Ordered a doorman manifold on amazon that turned out to be bad, Had to go through them on a warranty claim which was a nightmare to begin with but i understand that was doormans fault.. after following warranty claim approved by doorman RPS was the handlers between doorman and amazon. here i am 11 months in and 6 months after approval and RPS claims they are waiting on amazon. spoke with amazon and they are not aware of the claim. i was told many times they will look into it. they take months sometimes to respond to emails I have amazon investigating them now. Really not much you can do. you are at their mercy.2/1/18 update: still no refund, nearing 2 years, Julian keeps given excuses that it is amazons fault, then doorman, then paperwork error, and on and on. Then when they said they had a check they are going to give me 1/4 of my refund back and asked to sign a hold harmless agreement.. Seeking legal advice and hopefully doorman drops them.
