We worked with Ignite Local for 8 months, we found out about them through some radio advertising. There were repeated monthly phone calls that were missed, the reports were not clear, Brad did not return many of my emails to set up monthly calls to go over the reports, our web site received poor traffic, not one of key words is even on page 10, and when I asked to see the Ads that were running they could not even give me proper access to read and analyze. I would not recommend this company.

Ignite Local has been my SEO company for a few years now and couldnt be happier with their results. Ive used other SEO companies in the past for many years and never received the type of success or consistent communication as I have with Ignite. Be warned about this company. They take hostage of your google maps and put a call tracking number on it. Then a custors regular clients that look them up on the maps and call them, are tracked by ignite locals tracking number as new leads they are delivering. This is a very unethical business practice. I know several people that have used them and their former business more biz and always the same story. They charge 500 plus dollars to basically do nothing. Any company can be on google maps for free and you should never let a marketing company put a call tracking number on your maps. The people that find you on the maps would find you there anyway and it has nothing do do with Ignite Local driving business to you. Which they try to say when analyizing the clicks and call report. Then when you figure out that they are a scam and you quit using them for your marketing. You are stuck with a google plus listing with a disconnected phone number and you cant get in to fix it unless you have the log in information, which they will not give up. Be AWARE of this type of scam!!!!!! Never give up your google places log in information to anyone. All kinds of crazy stuff can happen.
