Quite possibly the worst internet service I have ever experienced.

Totally incompetent tech support.Leaving them RIGHT NOW!

Property damage case … they feel no actions are required! Are you serious!!! Let me trespass on your property damage your drive way and just turn the other way not even offer your money back for the internet service you had with them, not offer to fix the now permanent issue or what about the issues I’ll have on my vehicle in the future from this, and no compensation NOTHING!!! Way to go wave I have disconnected my service and I will never recommend you Nor will I go back!

I received my first bill from them stating I was $92.00 past due. I paid it. Within 2 weeks I received another bill saying o was 125.00 past due. Tried to contact. A 20 minute recording on how covid has distrupted their business and employees.. No kidding.. if you call the Sales number immediate service.. No details on bill and said there would be a password on the bill to go to website to see. I signed up for a 40.00 special and 10.00 rent on router. I texted and this person had no clue what I needed. I called again and 20 minute message and 1 hour wait. I was cut off over a month ago and from April to just receiving a bill it now almost $500.00 and havent had service in over month. I thought Comcast had bad service. Guess what. WAVE G WINS. WORST SERVICE EVER! BEWARE OF THIS CALIFORNIA BASED COMPANY...

Bad equipment i have to lose time and money for... Yo Mickey Mouse you owe me money. Worthless!! 45 minutes customer service line before i hung up. Icky company.

Ive been trying to get wave internet for 6 months. I have an active access point ON my property and they want $4000 to run a new line from down the block. You already charge excessive prices for internet, and you want me to pay for your infrastructure as well? Terrible and unprofessional.

Worst internet provider ever, terrible customer service

Stoped my service a wile back they came and picked up the motom it was a 50$ internet service but yet my bill is 340$+ but there hear to serve us as the customer right?

After going wading thru their 100 question automated front desk in then recieved awful customer service from the tech department. Gave overly vague answers on what the issue for no service was. Had to pry out any answer of a time frame and still wouldnt give a real answer. If I had any other choice for internet and cable I would use it. I would rather stick a rusty cork screw in my eye than deal with there tech guy again.
