Staff was very responsive Friday when one of our locations were having problems with connectivity. Dana came to the office and was able to resolve all of the issues, including issues we had not called on. Dana was very professional, and made suggestions to our current set up to increase our productivity! Fantastic service!

Tanet has been our IT specialist company for almost 7 years. As a home care agency that relies on our computers, laptops, emails, and website to be functioning 24/7 we have found the Tanet Specialists to work closely with us, be responsive to our needs, and to help us quickly should issues come up. They built us a new server about 4 years ago which pretty much solved the majority of our problems. They always are courteous and pleasant when helping us out. We love them.

Where do I start. Tanet has been very responsive to my communications. Always prompt with answers to my questions and promptly onsite when they said they would be. Knowledgeable staff even though Im partial to their guy Shawn whove Ive mostly dealt with. From multiple VLAN setup and migration to simple WAP integration Tanet hasnt been an IT source Ive counted on.

Our company has worked with Tanet for about eight years. We have always found the Tanet team to be very responsive and helpful. When there is an issue, they get right on it. And, while technology can be a bit mystifying sometimes, the people at Tanet always take the time to answer my questions about what they are doing and why. And, it is great to work with a local firm.
