We got hosed by these people. As a non-profit I thought I could save some money buying from these guys. We dont get money for servers very often and we have a highly virtualized environment. We bought a server for 10k to be a VM host but it would randomly just freeze and then reboot. Whatever it was, happened in such a way that Windows Server didnt even log it, but the IPMI logged it as a CPU error. I returned the server several times and these guys always said they couldnt reproduce the error. They claimed to have replaced many parts but they would send it back to me and the problem persisted. Since they couldnt reproduce it, they wouldnt refund us, and they told me that from their perspective the problem didnt even exist, despite the IPMI error logs. I paid extra for a five year warranty. We spent a year trying to get it fixed. I have nothing I can use. The server is worthless.

This vendor is pure garbage. The other reviews must be bought, because we wait for weeks for any response or delivery from these people, despite the servers supposedly being in stock when we ordered them. They are evasive and slow, stay away!
