The guys always do an awesome job of washing my car before it even goes into the car wash tunnel. They always remember to remove my antenna which I appreciate. Dont forget to tip those guys! They deserve it!

This place is a joke.The change machine doesnt work and its a $1 a minute to vacuum. Never got a chance to wash my car, so cant review that, but this place is a waste of time.

Had to move stalls mid wash because the hose didnt have any pressure. Next stall didnt have pressure for the foam treatment, hoses kept hitting my vehicle, not enough pressure in the pressure washer, and after using the foam brush, car was still dirty, not deep cleaning or thorough. Car has lift and roof rack so unable to use auto wash. Skip this place, or wash yourself.

The guy that works here is super thorough. Prewashes like his own car. The car wash itself is pretty short but would come back if this guy is around. Props for his commitment to deliver the best service.

First off Im from upstate New York where Ive had the best donuts especially the apple fritter. Ive yet to have a decent apple fritter since leaving New York 20 something years ago and this place is probably the closest Ive had their donuts are amazing and delicious and fresh. Customer service is really good the price is a little bit high but considering what it is its okay to splurge on yourself every now and then. If youre going to splurge choose frost

The hose line to the wash wand broke my back wing window. I suggest a foam wrap to correct this issue. All wash places have this issue. Pipe insulation would probably work. Good luck.

I used the do it yourself car wash station and it was awful.- the power soap option just gave me water. I had to use the presoak option to get any soap. Because of this, my car really didnt get cleaned well. Not for the $7 I was charged.Also, I did not realize that they put a $25 hold on your card and called in questioning this. The man I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional. He acted like I was wasting his time for asking a simple question.

I had an issue here that was resolved in a timely and professional manner. I used the self wash bay and there were no instructions on how to stop the time running if you pay with card. (Note, you have to press stop button and THEN press the other lit up stop button near the card reader). I emailed the owner and he got back to me next day and we came to an agreed resolution. He looked at my account history, found out how much I was overcharged, and gave me a little more back in coins for the car wash.Owner seems to be a good guy.

Beware they will pre-authorize far more than the $1.00 the vacuum states that the charge is! I have filed three complaints because by law they are required to have signage stating that if you use your card there may be a pree authorization.

I just witnessed the manager ripping into his poor employee! I was there to vacuum out my car when I noticed a big, bully of a boss yelling at the worker 2 inches away from his face a pointing his finger at him. The employee was trying to turn his head, probably because the manager was spitting on him. This went on for over 5 minutes and I saw the whole thing. It is not okay to yell at employees, and not in front of other coworkers, and especially not in front of customers! Not only that, but my 3 year old daughter was in the car and saw, too! Management101, sit the offending employee in a private setting and give them a proper assessment of the negative situation and tell them how they can improve for next time. What could the worker possibly have done to deserve such a lashing? How could the manager hold the car wash to a higher priority than the way he treats another human being? This guy should not be in charge of anyone. I stayed to watch only out of concern for the employee because it seriously looked like it was going to turn into a fist fight, and I think thats what the manager was honestly looking for with the way he handled it. Needless to say, I wont be returning.

My two kids found used needles from drugs while I was cleaning my car!!! That is morally inexcusable. I have lived here 20 years and always thought it was a brown bear. Looked online and discover it isn’t. That explains why I usually go to Woodinville to wash my car. Soap is thinned and hardly comes out. Rocks in brushes. This has always been a bad car wash but when they are not even cleaning up the lot for drug use come on!!!My kid had to use the restroom and instead of asking he tried to take care of it himself and find a tree. Which he got in trouble for. But he is a 1st grade boy. Finding needles when he did was not OK.

This is the 3rd time Ive come to use the carwash, put my money in choose high pressure soap and no soap. No one in store can help you without manager here. Convenient way to rip people off!! I will never use this car wash again. I warn others to stay away from here.

After using the self wash I quickly realized that all of the chemicals were out. The wax, tire cleaner and engine degreaser are all water. The foam cannon mixture is either wrong or the pump is going out because it barely does anything. This place is a huge waste of money. Will not be back

Waste of money! Car still dirty after their best available choice of wash. They probably cheat by giving you basic wash even though you buy the top one.

Overpaid/overcharged for ineffective wash. The parking lot is filthy with garbage, hair, dirt, cigarettes. The machine delayed in turning off and changing settings, charging me for extra minutes of no use. Everytime the setting changed, it took more than 60 seconds for it to be effective! At the rinse cycle it sprayed soap for 30 seconds. What a waste. I talked to the cashier before writing this review, who told me its not their problem that I used self serve and maybe Im bad at it.Thank you!!

Too expensive, 9 minutes wash 19.50. Unbelievable.

The people who work in the coffee stand smoke cigarettes right by the drive through window. The kids that work at the car wash would rather socialize with the garage crew than manage the wash line. The car wash is way over priced ($11 for a basic wash, Brown Bear is $12 for their best). The vacuums are $1 for 5 mins of weak suck power and they make you buy a token instead of using quarters. The positive part is always the people that work in the mini mart they are always nice and the one star is for them.

Believe the many reviews saying this place is a scam. Broken and/or leaky sprayers, being over charged, diluted chemicals (soap, tire cleaner conditioner etc), tokens instead of quarters. Take your money and go elsewhere. Although I cant recommend anyplace as it seems that there are no good coin-op car washes in the area.

Awesome service

Horrible. Paid for the $15 wash. Didnt include anything but a pre-soak that was only capable of covering the bottom 3rd of my vehicle. The second right-side brush is broken and tied up with a section of rope. The second set of air dryers dont work. $15 wasnt enough to get a spot-free rinse or spray on wax. When I exited, I still had dead bugs on my windshield and sap and pollen from parking outside. $2 in the self serve wash wouldve done a better job. Afterwards, I went to the vending machine and spent $2.50 on a window cleaner and dry cloth (to at least clean the bugs off my windshield) and it took my money without providing me with the product. I had to go back up to the service station for a refund and they told me that I would have to wait and have someone escort me to the offending machine to make sure I wasnt trying to pull a fast one on them. Apparently, theres a new scam out there on the streets in which people try to hustle $2.50 from unsuspecting car washes and send the funds back to the Taliban. Total rip-off. Buyer beware.

I had a terrible experience here. I was refused a car wash after driving a foot into the alignment rails.... i was scolded for not reading the sign properly and told to leave without getting a car wash. When i went inside the gas station to get a $15 refund after being denied service, the attendant made the comment that the manager and car wash attendees act like a holes now and again and this is a common occurence. Ive never been denied service in this manner before. I highly recommend staying away from the gas station, oil change lot, and definitely the car wash.

Too expensive. Not a very good wash. When I stopped by the machine was broken so I asked for a refund. They said No, we are not authorized to give refunds.. I was not happy but came back at another time to claim my less than ideal car wash.

Wow .. What a mistake. I paid $10 for a wash that was horrible. Really the guy did most of the cleaning with a brush that scratched the paint. When entered the tunnel i noticed how old the equipments were and out of shape. Anyway, the car back wasnt touched there was dirt still. Waste of money.

There was still dirt underneath my license plate AND one of their brushes was off or not working... so it cleaned the front HALF of my car, but not the rest.Im sorry but if something is broken on a car wash then they should tell you so you dont have high expectations of them actually cleaning the car.
