Time to find a new place. Last weekend, no colored soap at all. This weekend (this morning), did a full cycle with no water then no soap. Then I got the colored soap! It dripped all over next to the sides of my car, not on it. The rinse seemed to work fine, but when it went to dry, it was like the rinse didnt shut off. Ive been using this place for a long time, and its gone downhill lately. I just got done using quick detailer at home to get all the dirt off before posting this review. Good luck out there.

We paid for the $16 wash and were so sad to see that the car still had a solid layer of dirt on it after the whole experience. There were clear, visible streaks of dirt and think coats of it where the wash had pushed it to particular locations. The vacuums, which cost $2 extra for 4 minutes, were also such a poor quality we ended up going home and using our own.The car looks fine from a distance, but it’s not the best bang for your buck. If you’re looking for a quick rinse I would go with the cheapest option because that’s about all we got from it.

I like this car wash. My only peeve about this place is the entry/exit is a little narrow making it a little hard with traffic in peak both ways. Their most basic car wash costs about $11 and does the job for my car. Been here a couple of times in the last year or so.

We wash our cars here when they need a wash. We have always had great a experience. Our cars come out clean and dry. We don’t usually use the vacuums but have sometimes. This place comes recommended from us!

Does 95% of the cleaning perfect and touchless. You will need some manual effort to get the final shine. Recommended for usual washings but not after heavy road trip wash.

A great touch-free experience. Different from other car washes. Great for normal cleansing but doesn’t work for deep cleaning - don’t expect all the bugs at the front to vanish.

First time experience with Aloha. Good $16 wash, some streaks were present on rear mirror, but overall good touch less wash.Note: I found it to be very busy all the time. Be read to spend at-least 15-20 there waiting and approximately 5 mins wash.

Its touchless, which is nice. The machine failed to get some bird droppings off the hood, and the dryer isnt very good, or its no running at its prime. My car was left with quite a bit of water left on it. Otherwise, its better than your regular carwash. Hand washing would definitely be more through though.

Ive taken my Elantra through this wash a couple times in the past few weeks, and so far Im pleased with the results. I was skeptical about a touchless wash at first, but now its the only type of car wash Ill take my car to. I really think the best value is just in the basic $10 wash as the Rainx treatment didnt seem to do much as far as repelling water from the surface of the car. The wash certainly gets the car clean, but the air dry and surface treatments could definitely be improved. Both times, the car still came out quite wet. Overall Im happy with the results and Im looking forward to visiting the new Aloha wash near where I work when it opens!

Nice car wash. Fairly efficient. Being brush less it doesnt get into nooks and crannies but it also doesnt scratch the paint on my vehicles.

Washes have been great but I have one purchased through their app that I cant redeem after two visits. The code has a 0 in it and cant be typed in on the screen when entering the wash. I left a phone message and left feedback through the app that was never returned. UPDATE: Company did reach out via email, that initially must have ended up in spam. I also visited again (evidently after machine upgrades) and was finally able to input my saved code. Ill be back!

Updated to 5 stars because Ford resolved the problem! Thank you.Usually a 5 star cleaning. But most recently I paid to go through and the wash never started. It was after hours so I just went through and paid again and it worked. But I have had no luck getting a call back from the company to refund the wash I never received.

Visited Bothell car wash facility and paid for the $10 wash. During the drying process I heard a bump on the roof of my SUV and thought it was the power of the dryer pushing in my roof. When I arrived home I found the roof of my SUV had been scratched by the drying machine. Be aware of this as I will never visit a Aloha Car Wash facility again.

The wash itself was WONDERFUL! Attendant offered me an air freshener upon my arrival 🙂 . The area to leave in is most confusing and very tight. I dont think a full size truck could make it out easily. To enter was fine. The exit arrows painted on the ground can hardly be seen; if cars had been waiting I would not have know the suggested direction to re-enter the highway. I will go again...only if there are no cars waiting...to dangerous in my opinion. Super happy with the washing itself.

Usually busy around the afternoon during Summer. My only complaint is that it doesnt dry that well and doesnt remove the dirt from the roof of the car. I once took a really muddy car and it didnt manage to clean the roof. But I guess thats the best a machine can do.

This did a decent wash for a touch free car wash. I went around 3 pm and had 3 cars ahead of my line. I have an older Mercedes and had to get out of the car to reach the credit card reader, however it stated that a cellphone option might be coming soon. I paid for the best car wash. I did remove a lot of dirt but not all. I was able to take a towel I brought with me to remove more when wiping down. This seems like a great option if needing a touch free car wash or between major washes or detailing.

Was nice to be able to get my 1 ton dually a quick wash. Reasonably priced. With all the curves of my fenders and mirrors etc it did a nice job. Not perfect but real nice. Recommended!!!!

Washes have been great. However, its tough to get help when needed. My prepaid car wash did not work and I had to pay yesterday. Not sure how to get the refund or make it work. Waiting for my voicemails to be responded

Best car wash around. Car leaves very clean always. They also have floor mat washers that work really well and the vaccums have good suck power.

After my last trip to Brown Bear left a 2.5 foot scratch along the side body of my car, I was super thrilled to find this touchless car wash, which I didnt even know was a thing. Theres only so much you can expect from a drive thru car wash (if you want perfection, wash it yourself), so considering that fact, my expectations were met. For $18, the dry cycle could definitely use some improvement as my car didnt look dry at all, but ultimately as long as its not getting scratched or dented, Im happy. I could see the body of my car rippling because it was so forceful, but I didnt leave with any damage, so hopefully it stays that way with future use. Anyways, Im a convert, and wont be returning to traditional washes like Brown Bear again! Also, the attendants are very nice :)

The cleaning is good and worth the money. It just doesnt have an unlimited plan like a few nearby washes and also no dryer once the car comes out of the wash.

Good customer service!Car didnt come out very clean after my first visit to this place, and I have left a review about it (see the result in the first picture attached), the owner of this place contacted me and apologized, he also gave me a free coupon to go back wash again. After my second visit, the car is now clean (see the second picture).I have found a trick to get the best result, that is, you should park your car at the exact middle of the tunnel (use the vents at the top as an indicator), otherwise your two sides will be washed at different pressure and you may risk of uneven rinse and have residue left behind, I parked my car too left (because of the payment stall) which I think thats the reason of my first visit result.I will be visiting this place again to see if this is improved. But so far, Im still happy with the result.

We took the $13 service. 10miles from home but we are going to go here everytime... 24x7hrs service!Pros- absolutely zero touch less- car cleaned wellCons- there is very little room to park. There are only 3 cars that can be on the line for car wash.- this is for folks who clean the car often. 10/7 1 star :The front of the car was really dirty due to all the falling leaves and tree sap. I removed all the leaves and went through the car wash however the car came out just as dirty .... I think this car wash works if the car is not so dirty. Quiet disappointed for a 13 dollars car wash as I had to wash the car by hand afterward.Updated 10/9 bump to 4 stars for customer service : Aloha car wash reached out and provided an complimentary car wash. Excellent customer service and i will give them another try.

Considering I drove my truck for the last 3 weeks 90 miles a day in ran and snow I’m extremely surprised at how clean my truck came out.-1 just because the area is cramped for a truck when the lot is full and the vacuums are kinda close together inviting door dings on a busy day+1 back because security is not an issue :)I got the protect wash and it’s clean enough I don’t need to detail it much and even hand washing a truck as dirty as mine would have done minor damage. This knocked off 99 percent of the dirt so the next hand wash won’t swirl my paint. (Black truck problems)

I love Aloha car wash i get the card with multiple washes! Best part is the car wash is touchless and for me that is all that matters i drive a 2018 Ford F150 and last thing i need is for it to be scratched when i wash it. They have great vacums! and all the essentials to clean the inside of the car. Really nice location here easy to find. So glad this new wash is here!

AVOID IF YOU HAVE A WHITE CAR. I stopped by for a quick wash on my way home from work, got the most expensive package (around $18) and went straight home. When I got home I noticed that it did a VERY poor job of cleaning my car at all AND left this purple dye all over my car. I have to scrub pretty hard at most of them and Im thankful I found it right away/went home right away because it definitely would have stained my paint

4 stars at best. I chose the Touchless wash. It had a strong spray but did not clean the right side of my pickup. I had to wash the right side by hand.

See my photo from today (01.13.2021). The entire edge of the fender is not washed. I still believe this is a good company and the lower performance could be fixed.

My favorite car wash. After a bad experience with a brush breaking my roof rack off I only trust touch less! The only thing I wish it did was go over the car twice when washing off. Theres often still soap on the lip of my bumper.

Last Monday on April 12th 202, I was at Aloha for my very first time.I love it a lot, my car looks very clean as never. Unfortunately we dont have anything like that in Bellevue or Kirkland area.

The car was not dried. The blower did not come on. No one to fix this on site. Wont be back. Had to dry car at home.

My car looked clean but I think self service would give a better wash. Still a good option for quick touchless automatic wash

I have no complaints about the station itself, but want to note that the last several times Ive tried to visit, the self-service stalls have been blocked off and, recently, filled with freight pallets. Im not sure if its for COVID restrictions or what, but theres no signage Ive been able to see about when they might be operational again. Ill be back once theyre back.

Poor quality car wash, purchased the $16 wash today. After the wash completed I got out to see how the wash did and noticed there was still mud splatter around fenders, dirt on the hood, trunk, roof and wheels were filthy. I get that the touchless car washes cant always get every little nook of the car but I expect it to atleast clean the large majority of the dirt off my car. Aloha is not worth the money.

First time trying this car wash. Went for the highest price offering, and got my car 95% clean. There was a section of the front hood that looks completely unwashed.

I went into the car wash and the process never started. I ended up having to through and loosing my $17.00

Best time to go is first thing in the morning.

Took my suv and truck in for a wash and it didn’t wash everything off. The owner reached out to me and explained that it’s good to wipe the vehicle down with a microfiber cloth every few washes to make sure all dirt film comes off. Still better to do that then to hand wash and possibly scratch the paint. Over all the owner made sure I was satisfied with the end result. Talk about professional customer service!

Quick, leaves your car super clean. It is a little price but I would say fair with how nice and clean it keeps your car. And the the colored soap is nice.

The touchless wash is great. I wanted to give a wash to my new BMW X3 and was hesitant to go to other automated(with brushes etc) car wash as they leave some scratches in some cases(I have seen on my Frined’s car). I drove all the way from Seattle to this place and it was amazing. Completely touchless and car was super clean after the wash. Worth going that far me. Will go again for sure.

Love washing my car here. Touchless is the best thing to protect your paint from scratches and swirl marks.

Waited 15 minutes or more, got to the screen and it froze before I could pay. I drove through and left as it was impossible to drive back around based on the awful design and traffic flow, let alone I wasnt waiting any longer. A complete waste of my time. Sadly the three people behind me had to deal with the same issue. Never again.

I came because of the reviews and was excited for my car to get ready for spring. Decide to opt for the most expensive thinking that the car deserves it this time, even though it’s $16. The car looks awful after, with stripes of dirt along the entire side. I was able to draw on the car afterwards and it’s not something I expect when you pay $16. Definitely not coming back here. To add to the experience there was still soap on on the car after the job was completed.

Im changing my rating because this place has changed the wash cycles and now my truck does not come clean like it used to requiring me to hand wash missed spots at home. No longer worth the $18.

The car wash is great, although it sucks when you are pulling out of the wash bay and wind blows spray from the neighboring bays onto your car. Getting in can be an issue and people tend to line up into the street, creating a traffic hazard.

Leaves a cruddy milky residue on black cars, every stinking time. I got the best wash they offer all 4 times Ive been here and hoped for a different result. No dice. At least it gets the dirt off

After the wash ended, there was still dirt caked under the spoiler and dirt residue in various areas around my car. But, some of this is my fault - I hadnt washed my car in over a year. I just let the rain rinse it 😁.

The best thing about the Aloha is the mat washing machines. Run your filthy mats through and get them looking and smelling clean again! Great touchless wash and good vacuums. On the negative this place can get busy, small lot with cars waiting in the street at times. Avoid peak times!

Great wash! I love that is contactless. Only thing is when I was selecting my wash the touch screen didnt work that well and it took a while. During the time it took me to complete my time with the touch screen my lungs and throat were agitated from breathing the mist from the wash being done in front me. My lungs still felt agitated the next day.

I always loved Aloha but my last time wasn’t as I expected. No employees were there to help people, one lady is front of me was struggling to pay and people had to go and help which took alot of time. And after the wash, 2 of the vaccums were broken and the windows of my car needed more wiping !!

First time using this service and was disappointed. The basic wash couldnt even get the rear gate cleaned properly.. Never had issues like this when I used other car wash services.

Awesome experience! We took our truck here for the first time today and our truck has never looked so clean. Not only was the owner on site and assisted us but he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was phenomenal. I for one will be taking my truck here for now on along with all of my family cars.I will also be recommending to all my coworkers, family and friends!

Im a steady customer and love you car wash,but i think there are two things to look into. On the $16 wash there should be one extra rinse(1.leave to much soap 2. 1 more drying cycle come out to wet.if you dont dry right away theres to many dirty dry spots.Are maybe just slow down those two cycle.I dont know just a suggestion....

For a touch less car wash it does a really good job. The only downside is the price being a little steep and if its the only day the sun is out that week during winter prepare to wait in line for a bit.

Good, not great. You still need to wipe off some areas of your car after you wash it and there will be some spots left. As long as you know you will need to wipe it down after you wash it, then dont be upset if there are some spots left over.

Would give more stars but wash drips soapy water while the air dryer is going and it causes spots

Great car wash, great customer service! Had a great car wash experience my first time in Bothell, but the second time had a minor issue. I messaged the owner on the Facebook page and he responded right away. He was very professional and even offered to give me an upgraded car wash to my refund and another credit in good faith. I used my refunded car wash tonight and it was excellent! Thanks again.

This automatic machines did a good job.

I have a white odyssey and went for the 1st time today. Lots of people waiting which is usually a good sign. Was easy process to choose and pay.When i got home, i noticed some areas still dirty and when wiping with a towel, still had a layer of dirt which is very noticeable on a white car.Overall, it came out cleaner than before it went in but it only cleaned about 90%.Probably good choice for after a snow day.

$8 for a basic no touch wash, rinse, finishing rinse, and blow dry. Came back from a road trip convering many highway miles down the west coast (think bug splatter galore) and several dirt roads. Pleasantly surprised by what the automatic no-touch wash accomplished.

Its a great carwash. I had to back out of 2 lanes because one was closed and the other touch screen wasnt working. Drivers werent happy

The vacuums werent free as advertised.And as they were indicated on the website, which apparently hasnt been updated.

Newer looking car wash. The price was in-line with prices in the area. The touchless wash didn’t get my wheels as clean as I had hoped, otherwise everything was as expected.

Very long lines midday on a Saturday (waited about 20 mins) but car wash did a good enough job!
