Im so happy that my husband and I chose to host our baby shower at Empire. The owner and his family are extremely accommodating and provided us with one of the best experience ever! From food, decor everything was managed spectacularly without any issues. They make food in-house so it is all warm, fresh and delicious! The owner also invites you for food tasting so that you can customize the food as per your requirements. They also provide fresh pizzas in the kitchen so if you have invited kids to the party- they are covered and pretty happy relishing pizzas.I also really like where it is located, very peaceful. In fact after the baby shower most of the feedback we got from friends was that the decor was so beautiful and also the food was delicious. Ample of space, so kids are also busy playing and parents can enjoy.Thank you Empire Banquet for making our baby shower so beautiful and most importantly hassle free. We relied 100% on you guys and were left thoroughly impressed.

DO NOT BOOK ANY EVENT ON THIS PLACE!!!. The manager is rude, does have respect for customers. We did our wedding in the place and We really regret it. At first they gave us a quote and when we visit them for details, the manager just ask for more money that should include with the hall/venue at first place and with no fair and at all out of market price. He ask more money for lights, TV, Ice machine, clean restrooms, for everything I can’t even remember that ask in the zero minutes while the event was happening. Same thing happen with the decor. They gave us XXX value for the decor and when we meet the decor girl for detail, she just ask for more money same like the hall, she asked $400 for king and queen chairs, ( I don’t know what kind of decor they have for wedding with out those chairs) $150 to decor one cake table 😳😳😳 (she called me on last minute to tell me they will charge me to decor one cake table that I thought it was included at first place ) $100 to cover with sheet the stage with some candles. They don’t have a detail list, they just surprise you with a lot of money they just come to their mouth at zero minutes that you think it’s included.

We celebrate our son first birthday. They have a full packages food, decoration etc service is best manager is very helpful.

Empire was absolutely great- food, decor, and attention to detail were on point. My family and I didnt have to worry about anything as Tony and his team handled everything. Thank you so much for the amazing service - we would definitely hold another event at the venue should an occasion arise in the future!

Excellent customer service, delicious food and best decoration. I really enjoyed the music and had lots fun and we dance all night. The staff is very friendly and courteous. We stayed late and the owner Mr. Tony was very polite and nice with us and served us with extra food and deserts. I highly recommend this place for weddings, parties and special events. The place might be difficult to find because its in a light industrial park. Dont let the location fool you, though, the inside is as nice as any high end hotel banquet hall. Based on the decor, I think the primary business for this place is South Asian weddings. It is just around the corner from my employer who booked the place for the annual company holiday party, and we had a great time. The space is large and well decorated, the dance floor was great, and the food was good. This hall is quite large There were probably 80 of us but you could have fit another 150 people in there easily and still had room to dance.The nice thing about the location is that, if your event is in the evening or on a weekend, parking is not going to be a problem.

Great customer service, sumptuous surroundings, flexible arrangements. We held our company new year party here and the venue worked very well for our circus theme. They have lots of great decorations and props and different color coordinations to choose from. Good food & staff. We were able to reschedule the date for a reasonable fee when snow hit. Everyone was very happy with the results!

My husband and I booked this hall for my sons first birthday and it was the best choice. Management was very helpful throughout the party, making sure everything was running smoothly. The food was outstanding leaving my guests wanting for more! Their packages were affordable and included a lot of things. They have high definition LED panels! We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends and family.

Very elegant hall, very nice for birthday parties and other formal events! The tables and the stage is very nicely set up and the room is also VERY spacious! The lighting and decorations are superb and after celebrating one of my friends birthdays here, I would like mine to be here as well! Very good job with the placement of the room as well!

We recently hosted a celebration/party for our Daughter on Saturday February 1st and the party was an outstanding success. All the components of the party including the Food, Decorations, Cocktail Bartender, Waitstaff, DJ were above and beyond our expectations. We received wonderful feedback from our friends and family that the party was fantastic and expertly executed. We are incredibly grateful that the party was such a great success!!! I had my wedding on June 1st with a little over 300 guests, and this venue for sure is the best in the area!All of my guests were delighted!And loved how beautiful it is!More than anything, my Wife and I are both happy and we thank you for your exceptional service!

We had a new born celebration here at Empire. Their food was delicious and they do inside catering. Their waitress were very helpful all the way to the end. We took the right decision by booking at this venue. The parking is spacious. Their lighting work is amazing!

We hosted our party at this venue on July 13th and things turned out to be great. Venue is spacious with lots of parking outside. Food was fresh and great. Owners are very friendly and professional.We had made all our requirements clear ahead of time and they went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests.Go see the place and arrangements yourself. This place is one of a kind in Bothell and very reasonable.We will definitely host our parties here again.

Cheap service, rude staff and owner is the piece of art.Changed his price last min as he forgot we already booked hall for event.Now he double price as he had another event and if we want hall we have to pay double price.I would not recommend at all but if you guys still want it please get every thing in writing like what’s covered and what’s service will be provided.Very dishonest person I’m surprised how’s they are still in the business with this kind of dishonesty.

Beautiful venue with horrible service.They quote different price on phone and change it in person (website has no pricing details), the response we got when we questioned – “We want you to come down and look at our venue so we quote it cheaper on phone” (They don’t care about the inconvenience or your time and effort)Their tableware package means just plates. NO cutlery, NO serving utensils, NO napkins etc. Just plates.Don’t dare ask them any questions related to servers or maintenance (we asked if one will be enough instead of two) his reply (In a very offensive tone) – “Do you own a business? I own a business and I know how to run it so don’t question me.”The most insensitive, rude and entitled business establishment I ever encountered. It’s a shame coz it’s such a beautiful venue but would highly recommend everyone to AVOID IT.

As someone who works in customer service, the owners and staff of this place were incredibly rude.During our event this past weekend for a family members wedding, he never asked what we needed or made sure everything was working and taken care of. We had gone to the venue four different times to make sure we had everything in place and set to go. Yet he still had the date for our event wrong just a couple days before the event.The day of, nothing was working properly. The owner says, you guys never told me you needed all of this stuff. My family and I, instead of enjoying our event, were scrambling back and forth trying to make their equipment work so we could continue with our celebration. Again, instead of trying to help us he says, your event is so disorganized.The owner was completley unprofessional and we will not be having any future events here.
