Great place for group activities. Plenty of space to social distance.

It was very cold room, went there for a blood donation with no heat.

Held a three day music event with new and old band mates a week ago. Second time using the Bothell Hall. First time was two years ago. Cindy was great and very accommodating. The Hall as a whole was neat and clean. I definitely recommend its use for any occasion.

Weve rented this facility several times for Birthday Parties, Work related Parties, Thanksgiving and 2 Wedding receptions.Cindy was a pleasure to work with and the Hall provided everything we needed for our large groups.The kitchen area is plenty large enough for several people to work while cooking or cleaning.The bathrooms are clean with plenty of supplies needed.There are sufficient amounts of table and chairs either in the oblong or round giving you a choice of how you would like your guests seated.The hall provides you with plenty of cleaning supplies to work as a group cleaning after your occasion ends.Would definitely use this hall again!Thanks so much for all your help Cindy!!

Best place in town to Party! Under best ownership! Excellent hospitality. They will guide you throughtout planning,organizing, wrapping up. Very genuinely priced!

Great location, lots of parking, good hall manager to work with on any type of event

It’s a place that I will never ever deal with again in my life!!!!There is no customer respect or appreciation what so ever. They tried to give me a lecture as if they are better!!!People there, they can cancel there appointment with there customers last minute!! Or even be late once until they showed up 20 minutes later, it’s fine!!But My husband being there late once on the night before our (Big Day) Wedding Day to meet up with them and get charged for it, it’s okay!!?? we got charged for late appointment show up fees!!!!If you have a business and barely have the time for your customers, why even bother to run it!??My husband, my self, and my family felt insulted and disrespected.Same feeling and experience as my husband.

Works as a good event space. Mostly 1 space but with a kitchen. At a light so easy enterance.

Recently met with a large group of friends here for the second time. It is a perfect spot for our event and has everything we need.

The managers were very helpful. The hall has been renovated recently (new paint, acoustic improvements).

Terrible service and I didnt even rent it. I called 10 different time on 3 different days and I got no reply until I finally called again and we scheduled a time to look around and when I called to confirm a few hours before she said oh Im glad you called! I have to cancel the meeting later. As if she was not going to tell me until I called. We scheduled another one and that was canceled the night before. I made the time and asked for the day off both times, but she simply cannot commit to making time for her clients. Whats the point of owning a hall if you are never available and have bad customer service?

My experience here was awful.! The place is too old and ugly. I had to buy a lot of things to transform it beautiful. The bathrooms smells terrible.!And even worse the owner is an old woman, she seems nice but is totally a b $? & @ .. She just want to charge you for everything.! I did all what she want me to do to give me my full deposit back and she charge me $ 100 for an after visit.! And you visit was an appointment with her to see if everything was okay.Please dont rent here. !! There are so many better places than here.! For example: Bear Creek Country Club.! Way better. !! The view is amazing and they have so many packages to make your event comfortable. The space rent is just $ 500.00 dollars.! And the place is clasy and elegant.I have to write it also in Spanish to help the Latino community too! My experience here was nothing good. I rented the place for the first time for my sons christening and I wanted to never do it again! In the first place, the owner is a super special old woman! You are charged an advance that is non-refundable (beware, there are many other places that if returned in case of cancellation) the place stinks. !! Its very old and horrible! I had to buy a lot of ornaments to make it beautiful, the bathrooms stink of horines and according to that they deliver it to you clean .. They are 700 dollars of deposit apart from what they charge and in the end do what the woman you do tells you does not return the deposit full.! I take 100 dollars from there for a visit after it was to hand over the key! Its stupid.!! It is preferable to rent elsewhere. !! I was about to rent elsewhere before here but they had recommended me here .. Bear Creek Country Club .. They charge only $ 500 for the rent of the place and it is beautiful. !! Now I regret it but hey, we still enjoy the party .. I just hope the same thing doesnt happen to me.
