Called this office and got a quick answer, which is not my experience with other offices. The woman on the phone easily and quickly answered my question related to a report of sale that I didn’t get a clear answer from another licensing office.

Probably the best place to take care of your DOL stuff. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Lack of parking is the only reason they dont get a higher rating, I shouldnt have to park 2 blocks away but as they only have 5 parking spots thats how it plays out most times, not recommended for disabled individuals as you better have a secondary source of mobility after finding a parking spot.

I feel absolutely blessed fortunate to have this place open for my vehicle license needs during the pandemic. No complaints from me, even though my licensing was little higher than expected. Thats not there fault I live in where I do, also not there fault city, state taxes are high we all have to pay to drive.So again thank you for being open, and being safe.

I visited Worthington Licensing to register a car from out of state. The person who helped me was extremely helpful, patient and understanding. This was the best experience that Ive had with a licensing office.

I have always had great service here. From things as simple as picking up tabs that I have ordered on line to more complex operations such as dual plating a dirt bike. They understand the system that they are navigating.

Went in to transfer an older trucks title. They would ask a question( which she would mumble and make very hard to hear) and I wouldnt know the answer and theyd respond with well its not my job figure it out. Thats just the beginning of the rudeness I got from this one staff member. They dont help you. They dont care. They want you to know they have all the power. Dont go here!

I cant say enough about my experience at Worthington. I visited multiple licensing companies to get a quick title for a boat & trailer and my clerk was the only one that did it correctly, in a timely fashion. Im very grateful for their professionalism.

It took me less than five minutes to register my vehicle here. I came Saturday morning and all three stations were occupied. I waited just 2 minutes. I was in and out quickly. The staff is super friendly and very efficient.

The staff here are always knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. When you can find a great customer support team like this in an industry where most customers are frustrated because of the process, go there and let them know theyre great!

Highly efficient! My only wish would be for longer weekend hours, as I tend to be in Downtown Bothell most Sundays already.

Small office, only 3 windows. I went on a Saturday and there was no wait, I was helped right away. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Got my out of state vehicle title and registration taken care of with new plates.

Worthington Licensing is the best. I’ve been going here for 15+ years for all my vehicles and trailers. They’re always friendly and helpful. Just be sure you have your paperwork in order to save yourself some hassle. You can find any info about what paperwork you need online or simply give them a call. Don’t show up unprepared and you won’t be disappointed. 5-Stars. Thanks for all your great service over the years. :)

I just bought a used electric car for $26,900, and I had heard that there was no sales tax in that case. The ladies at Worthington license hadnt dealt with this special exemption yet, and there was an issue that I got a good deal on the car and the normal websites they use were valuing the car around 36k, which wouldnt qualify for the exemption. They helped me out and found that another site, Edmonds, showed a low enough value that I could get the exemption. I did end up having to also visit the department of revenue to clarify that the exemption was not zero sales tax, just 16k reduced off of the taxable value. So tip: if any DOL tried to push a higher taxable value on you, ask them to check for lower usable valuations, particularly Edmonds.

Great service. Fast and easy. I had a more rather complication and the workers were able to understand in a timely manner while giving me a satisfactory service. Recommend coming here if you are in the area. 10/10

Went to Worthington Licensing to straighten out an issue with donating a car to my son. We had filled out the incorrect paperwork and were faced with an expensive mess. Cheryl was so helpful and was able to get us straightened out in a very short time. We were so thankful for her kind and efficient service!

The women in the office were rude and had an air of superiority to them, as I was trying to process a change of ownership for an old project junker, I was told I needed to pay taxes as if it was a fully restored running truck. This people and agency are not there for peoples interest, I felt as they are there for their only gain and to serve only the right kind of people.I was better assisted by a different agency, remember these agencies are private enterprises and have personal philosophies.

Its always fairly quick I can get in and out within 15 minutes at the most parkings decent and they do have an ATM machine if you need one inside

The only licensing I ever go to even before. I lived in Bothell. Friendly, small business, family owned. They always have the answer. just ask the mom, daughter, or granddaughter....they all work there!

2 weeks back, I went to Licensing office Bothell to get title of my car transferred to my name from co-signer’s name. The lady at the office explained me that there isn’t a need to transfer the title in my case. She saved me $90 that day. Impressed by the honesty and excellent customer service being provided by folks at Worthingtin licensing. Keep up the good job.

We went on Saturday July 28th 2018. The women that helped us was Hispanic and wearing a bright orange shirt. She was so rude, No customer service skills at all. I watched and listened to the other two women working. They would greet each customer, Hi how are you, and when they were done it was have a great day, nice big smiles.The women we got stuck with never made eye contact, seemed she would rather be somewhere else. As we were waiting on something to be printed out, she was on her cell phone. She was snobby and short with us. We went to that licensing place because we live in Bothell, we have lived here for 10 plus years, and it was convenient. Next time we will go else where. Bothell has changed a lot and some people are very rude and snobby. I guess this women fits in just fine with the majority of the rude people in Bothell.Maybe she needs to take some lessons from her coworkers on what customer service is!!
