Super easy and efficient. Made the appointment same week, arrived within window (after 30 min notice call) and cleaned out 15 years of dryer lint (guarantee previous owners never did it). I liked that they used the brush and vac. The owner even mentioned a special offer I wasn’t aware of when I booked the appointment!! Highly recommend.

Brian did an excellent and thorough job. I have a difficult vent to get to but Brian was able to make it happen with no damage or disruption. He also made sure the proper air flow was coming out the exhaust vent on the roof. He was super careful when on the roof which is very important. You would be amazed just how much lint and dryer sheets get into the duct work. I’m good for a long while now but will call Brian once it’s time to do it again.

Called and scheduled an appointment with Eve Air Duct Service for late morning and he called to see that morning to see if an earlier time was ok for me. Although it wasnt I really appreciated the check in. James was very thorough in cleaning my dryer vent and even explained what he was doing in case I wanted to do it for myself some day. Now my dryer dries like it used before the ducting got all full of lint.

I called on Sunday and was told I could get same day service to have my dryer vent cleaned out. Great!! Sign me up. Gave all my details, and was told someone will call me when they are on the way. No call/no show. Called Monday morning asking what happened, and could I get on the schedule. No real answer other than “I can ask my manager to follow up”. I was told I am on the schedule between 3-5. I called at 4, and the same person (didn’t sound very bright) told me they we’re probably not coming out today, he didn’t know why, and said he would “ask his manager”. He did say repeatedly they were closing soon, so couldn’t find out right now.There are plenty of other companies who want business. Skip this one because they don’t.

Excellent service. We were the first clients of the day, and they showed up promptly which was much appreciated. We have a weird old house, but Brian ended up giving us a bit of a discount on our duct cleaning, explaining everything they were doing as they went along. We even got before & after pictures the same day! It has made a big difference in the smell inside our home, which belonged to a smoker before us.

We got our air ducts cleaned today and Brian arrived before the appointment time. They finished the work within the time they informed us it would take to complete the work. They cleaned up relatively well after the work since theres a lot of white residue from the duct cleaning. Were glad he was able to accommodate our schedule by coming on a Sunday morning.
