Rob was awesome! Super knowledgeable, efficient and answered all my ridiculous questions. Service was just provided yesterday and after months of mouse activity there wasnt a sign of them anywhere this morning!!

The initial inspection and follow-up services were thorough and promptly carried out. Nick left detailed notes on what he had done and what more needed doing. All questions I asked were answered with courtesy and knowledge. The advice I was given was spot on. Everyone I had contact with including the office personnel was equally professional and responsive.

I have used Ultra Safe over the years for many pests. I have found Ultra Safe to be professional, timely, thorough and most of all effective. Our recent discovery of flying squirrels taking up residence in our home was disheartening to say the least. Especially having my wife capture a squirrel in her bathroom. It took one call to Ultra Safe to have a team arrive at our home and remove the captured squirrel. Ultra Safe then formulated a plan to finally evict the squirrels from our home. They arrived at the time they said they would and did the job... completely. Squirrels gone. Thank you Ultra Safe for having old fashioned values and professionalism.

I had a yellow jacket problem last summer and contacted Ultra Safe to come and take a look for me. They were on time and professional. The tech that came out was Mike and he was great to deal with and was able to take care of the issue quickly.Fast forward to this winter, we had found some mouse droppings in our basement. We caught a few mice on our own but wanted to enlist a professional to make sure we took care of the issue as a whole. I reached back out to Ultra Safe and they were able to get someone out here the next day even with it being a short week with the holiday. They sent out Eric who was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He cleaned up all the areas where there were mouse droppings as well as set a couple bait boxes and about a dozen traps strategically throughout the basement which he identified as “high traffic” areas where mice like to travel typically. He also found their entry point outside by our front stairs very quickly and sealed it.Overall my experience with Ultra Safe has been amazing. I have signed up for the annual maintenance plan to make sure we have coverage for anything that comes up.Thank you ultra safe! Ultra Safe did an excellent job of sealing the openings through which mice were entering our home, and removing the mice that had gotten inside. We have them inspect our home twice each year to maintain this level of protection. We could not be more pleased.

Love these guys. Used them twice for ants and mice. Only issue was last time was $900 bucks and payment terms where it discussed upfront. We are an HOA and when I told them when they where done it would take a few days for a check they seemed very unhappy.

We just moved into a new house that came with a wasp infestation. I put a request in on Home Advisor and within an hour or two I had Dave calling me to set up an appointment. He was knowledgeable and gave me options on how to tackle the problem. Dave had a tech there within 24 hours to come fix the problem. The tech explained to my wife how the wasps got in, and also identified other potential problem spots. Would definitely use again if needed.

Ultra Safe was responsive and professional. We had squirrels in a section of our roof that was really high up and other companies wouldn’t take the job. Our technician Tim was excellent and scaled the high ladder every day for five days. He trapped the mom squirrel immediately and the juveniles the next day. A starling got trapped by accident and he came minutes after I called about it to set it free. He also alerted me that the squirrels had chewed our electrical wires. I am so thankful to Tim and Ultra Safe because being quarantined with a family of squirrels wrecking your house is no joke!

Tim came to the house the next day after I called asking for help to get rid of bats in our attic which were coming down to the rest of the house. He was awesome, he did a thorough inspection, provided lots of information and promised to send a plan to evacuate the bats according to Massachusetts laws. . . BUT. . . . after waiting for 3 week, I got notified that they have no plan for my bats and now I have to find someone else to help me out. . . hmmm

We had a major infestation of wool-eating moths, even in cedar closets. We called several pest exterminators and this is the only one that had the proper equipment to deal with the problem. Their technician came out to walk through the house and patiently and courteously gave us a thorough explanation of the best ways to deal with it. I still had some questions and was apprehensive about the whole deal. Not only did they answer my e-mails but they came to the house again and walked us through and answered every question I could possibly come up with. They not only know their business, but are so courteous and understanding that I was totally relaxed by the time the appointment rolled around. It has been quite a long time since Ive done business with a company who showed how much they care about their customers the way this one does. I wish I could express my satisfaction to the extent that I should, but Im not really used to writing such a positive review. Just that I cant recommend them highly enough! And Im not on social media, so if anybody wants to copy this and put it on F/bk or whatever, please do.

Usually by the time youve contacted a Pest Control company youre not to happy with the world, I was definitely in that space when I contacted Ultra Safe, Id called a couple other places after finding out as much as I could from them, but Sue just made me feel at ease so I pulled the trigger with Ultra Safe, they came out 2 days later and found evidence of what I thought I saw and began to treat. I had a thousand and one questions with enough nervous energy to fill a warehouse but the technician was able to keep his wits and answer all of my questions, in the end they explained how they would be able to treat my storage unit to the moon and back, but they had no control over what was in every one elses units, they even took the time to show me how little the facility had done to protect its tenants, now mind you, this information was going to potentially end my business with them, but they were professional enough to give it to me because it was in the clients best interest, THIS client! imagine that a company will provide you with good information instead of taking you for a financial ride?! Im truly grateful, this was an experience I was not familiar with and they were able to not only handle the issue but make me all the wiser, As I told Sue when I cancelled my ongoing service because I moved out of the unit Its not often that someone will tell their Pest Control provider that they hate to break ties, but I really do! If I ever have a need in the future, theres no place Id ever chose over Ultra Safe.

The technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what could be done to mitigate the rabbits that were destroying my flower garden. The problem is their pricing is so high, ($1200 for a fence) and almost as costly for trapping that it was prohibitive for me. Instead I went to Home Depot and bought a trap for $25.00 I was able to catch two of the three rabbits that were in my garden. The third one disappeared on its own possibly because someones cat all of a sudden began hanging out in my yard. Ive also been using a repellent (Amazon has a good brand) which works but has to be replaced after a rain storm.

I called the company on behalf of my client who is currently in the process of selling their home. After an home inspection we were required to do a treatment on the property. I called and spoke with a call center rep who was nice but unknowledgeable and gave a lot of incorrect information and pricing unbeknown to me. Later that evening, the Manager, Marty and the owner called me to let me know the information and pricing was incorrect. I was disappointed as I had already accepted the original price point and cancelled any other inspections and quotes from other companies. How inconvenient!! BUT!! Marty and the owner was amazing in helping understand the mistake and completely went above and beyond to accommodate me and my client. I was shocked that companies still hold integrity. I expected them to tell me to go kick rocks and I was prepared to be angry but they smoothed over everything. They made me feel like they cared about my business, that I was a valued customer. They came to my clients home, professional, on time and with a big smile ready to work.After such an experience, I would use them a million times over. Not just because of the great customer service but during the appointment the technician explained everything and was knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. I couldnt have asked for more. I worked with many companies and this was the best experience I have had so far.
