Very professional company. They helped get rid of our odorous house ants using safer methods than just spraying tons and tons of chemicals. They explained everything very clearly.

I got a great call back from their business manager Todd who provided me with some great info about preventing Bees Wasps, etc, he was soo nice and I have never gotten a call back from a company who would share info to prevent insects from coming near or around my home. Based on this customer service experience a lone, I highly recommend them and I will call them if I do have any issues in the future.

Todd was very responsive to my calls and got back to me within the hour.  He was very knowledgeable regarding termites and carpenter ants and answered my questions prior to contracting.  He gave me a simple test to help pinpoint the infestation and upon agreeing to have the house treated had a technician out same day. Kid and pet friendly products too!A++, I highly recommend them.

I called this company to take care of my carpenter ant situation. Chris the technician that was sent out was very professional and informative on explaining the process. He addressed my biggest my concern which was the safety about the exposure of the product around my pets and children. He explained that insecticide is used however it is applied directly into cracks and crevices outside of reach. He also explained how patience is required for any green pest control technique. These guys are great! they solved my carpenter ant issue on my previous property. Now new home same issue, I love the green approach with zero exposure to their chemicals. It took a few visits with the baiting but after the exterior treatment the ants were Dunzo! Thanks Greent planet

I called because I noted some carpenter ants outside on my porch while remodeling: they gave me essentially a quick free consultation where they told me what to look out for (and call them back if still a concern) but reassured me that Carpenter ants were normal outside this time of the year. Hopefully I wont need to call back but theyll be the first on my list if there turns out to be an issue.Extremely helpful and honest; stark contrast to a few other companies I called who basically immediately offered to nuke my property with pesticides.

Bought a house and noticed something under the wooden floors on the subfloor. I assumed the worst and called 2 places- one place said theyd come out for $100. Green Planet came out for free to make an assessment. Turned out it was not anything I needed to worry about. The rep was professional and suggested I did not need anything at all and then still responded to two more of my emails. I highly recommend them and will refer to anyone who needs this sort of service.

Todd was helpful and honest. We didnt end up using them because he suggested making sure the building did not already have a contract with another company (which it did). All contractors should be so honest!

I have been meaning to write this review for some time. We have a 3 family apt building and had many issues with mice, bedbugs and cockroaches (all at the same time!). We called Green Planet and they came by to treat all 3. they have the longest warranty for mice and cockroaches than any other of the companies i contacted. they are extremely professional and use safer non toxic chemicals that are still effective. I would highly recommend Green Planet Pest Control and will continue to use them for our house whenever we have any issues.

These guys are great. We had road construction in our neighborhood in West Roxbury and shortly after had a RAT infestation. We tried handling it on our own and caught 4 inside our home and thought the problem was solved but realized that there were more. Having had enough, we put a call intoGreen Planet. Todd came right out and vetted the point of entry. He created a one way door so they could get out but not back in and sealed rest of the foundation. Our foundation is old field stone and had several small gaps that could possibly been reentry points. They have come back since to refill bait boxes outside and make sure we have no more unwanted guests in our home. I would highly recommend these guys.
