My firm has been working with Servcorp now for a couple of years and we have nothing but wonderful things to say. The staff is always kind, friendly, and helpful and we have gotten extremely positive feedback from clients. The whole team is wonderful and Servcorp has really helped us develop our business. BUYER BEWARE! This establish is terrible and does not understand customer service. Not a good quality to have when you are expecting them to deliver good customer service to your clients.An error was realized in which they had charged me over $1,000 even after I had canceled my service before my trial ran out. They told me the email was sent to a misspelling of the contact persons name so the email was never received. Therefor notice wasnt given. This is remarkable since my email in which I cancelled my service was a REPLY to her. I have opted to take action in small claims court to get a judgment. In the meantime, I recommend all business folks stay away.Major issues with the space beyond this:No bathrooms! What?!Can only use one location unlike Regus which has thousands available to everyone.You have to get a guest pass every time you go to your own office!They own your phone number and you cant keep it if you leave.Stay away!

You got to be careful on their invoices. They generate creative items on your invoice and charge it to your credit card without notice.

Watch your bills closely--they pull every trick in the book. Expect to fight them on overbilling. Terrible customer service.

My Firm has been leasing space from ServCorp for over a year, and I couldnt be more happy with the services. The office space is beautiful and my clients comment on how nice it is. However, it is the things that my clients dont see that makes it a great experience. The staff at the office space is top notch from handling incoming calls and mail for my office to special projects that they assist me with on occasion. If you are looking to have space in downtown Boston, then I highly recommend ServCorp.

This is where my office is locatedand the staff is excellent, particularly Jenny who is really nice and always has a smile for everyone, all the other staffers are also great and always interested in maintaining an awesome customer service level. Love working here.
