My firm is a long-time tenant at the Park Plaza, and we leased two workstations in Suite #535 in order to keep our staff socially distanced. It was an efficient way to keep everyone on-site safely. Every staff member who used it was very productive while there, and all said it was a pleasant and quiet workspace. We would not hesitate to take advantage of that space again.

Ive been a tenant at the Park Plaza Executive Centre (PPEC) for decades. The location is phenomenal as its close to local transportation, shops, restaurants and the theater district. But what I like most about the PPEC is the exceptional staff and support. A special shout out goes to Lindsey and Jennifer who are a pleasure to work with.

Centrally located and within steps of public transportation, the Park Plaza Executive Center is where you go for the “right size” office for your business in a mature environment. It’s an old business model that will need to adapt to a post COVID market, but it’s the day-to-day service orientation of the PPEC staff that sets this center apart from dozens of others. These young women not only ensure tenants’ needs are met in a timely manner, they do an amazing job of building community.
