I have received wonderful assignments that were suited to my preferences. Any of the staff that I have dealt with; Sarah Cosgrove, Brooke Conley and Roman Ward have been pleasant and professional. Im glad I went with Randstad above other agencies.

Over the years Ive worked with many recruiters from several firms. Although shes yet to place me Katie Tamoney has been outstanding to work with. Shes smart and perceptive. Just as important shes always professional...follows-up promptly, keeps in touch and checks in, willing to listen...candid and direct but in a very nice way. Shes also a team player in that shell share my background with her peers in other areas.She puts me first and I enjoy hearing from her. I expect the Katie will excel in all aspects of her career...Im happy to leave a shout out for her!

Worked with David hunt - who never responded and then John cambareri who was unprofessional by stating I was “rude” when I wouldn’t tell him why I wanted to leave a company . You’re better off somewhere else .

Katie Tamoney has been great to work with. She was encouraging and very diligent in finding a position for me. She made sure that I was ready for my interview and kept in touch to ensure that everything went well. She answered all my questions and gave me good advice prior to the interview.

Ive been working for Randstad since late 2013. Almost all my assignments were very enjoyable. When someone I temped for asks for me to come back for another assignment, the Randstad recruiters make sure they contact me before calling another temp (I know other agencies dont do this). In the past few years, Ive mostly worked for Brooke and Sarah . They are very professional and overall, excellent.

They contacted me thought Linkedin and I had a video interview with one of the recruiters which was the perfect way for them to get to know me better as well to know what I was looking for in my search and my skill levels. I worked for Ranstad for about 6 months before I was hired directly by the client. It was a very positve experience! My Ranstad manager, Bill Jay, was on site and was very supportive.

They’re a great group of people in the Boston MA office. I use them for contracting assignments two or three times a year. They are proactive in finding me work and pay well!

This review is for the Boston MA location. Ive worked with a fair share of temp agencies and I can honestly say that out of the 4+ temp agencies Ive worked with, Randstad has been excellent to work with. They have always been consistent with follow up and assignment/role placement and work on easy to navigate systems. Every recruiter I have spoken with or worked with have been both kind and professional. I have actively worked with Brooke Conley who has gone above and beyond to help me with my job search and through trial and error processes and she has been wonderful to work with. I am now about to start a temp-to-perm position not far from where I live with her assistance. At Randstad they are never without roles for too long and I highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to apply to an employment agency to aid them in finding a good opportunity.

I worked an assignment as a medical records clerk for Randstad for 2.5 years and enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the position closed up. Nevertheless, after that, Ive done other assignments through them that were helpful too.

Randstad helped me find a position where I found something I enjoy doing! I was a toddler teacher and I was unhappy and always sick! Now Im always coming to work with a smile! And Look I won the Random Act of Kindness award!

Very professional, was placed in several exciting roles, one of which, turned into a full time salaried position. The Randstad team was easy to work with and their communication was superb.

They were able to help me get a temporary job really quickly. I was able to go full-time at that company several months later and it has worked out great!

Worked with John J Deignan. He was very professional. He responded to phone calls. He always kept my best interest in mind. I recommended working with him.

Please don’t waste your time with recruiters here, they will send you one or two job and once you submit resume you just wait and wait and when you contact them again to inquire noOne would reply. Very unprofessional. I was working with Katie Tamoney she submitted my resume for one position, I patiently waited here for her and had to inquired she simply said if I here back from them will let you know, again I waited and emailed her to check if that position is closed she can send my resume for other position if she had, since then I’ve been trying to reach her but she just simply ignores you, won’t respond any emails. Very unprofessional!!

A lot of the jobs simply require customer service experience. I have over 10 years of Customer Service experience, so I was interested in meeting with a recruiter to go over expectations and qualifications. I applied, e-mailed my resume and left a voicemail. No response. Is anyone even working here anymore?

Best place to work with a lot of open roles. Love the efficient and friendly staff. They have an edge over most staffing agencies with a $22 Billion company :)

They do not pay on time. They do not do what they say they will do. The people I have worked with seem incapable of getting anything resolved or even getting answers to my questions. Extremely dissapointed and surprised at the lack of service provided by a company of their size. I don’t suggest anyone work through them. In hindsight, I see this company has lots of bad reviews all over. Work through ANY other agency if you can.

Do not trust them with any kind of job opportunities. They misguide you and fail to help you reach your career goals. I was given an offer and they cancelled the job and did not inform me about it. This company is very unprofessional, avoid their calls and do not attempt to use their services.

Easily the most unprofessional staffing agency i have ever dealt with. Inquired about a job posting which claimed to be hiring immediately. Set up an interview and drove to their office which was a cubby hole in the cafeteria of the warehouse they were hiring for. Oh and the entrance was on the rear of the warehouse with absolutely no signage indicating the staffing agency was there; apparently i was expected to know this. Showed them my resume and they said there were forklift positions open that i was a fit for - great, this was better than the picker position i was expecting to apply for. Waited in the cafeteria for over an hour for the shipping manager to interview me which was a 5 minute tour of his area that ended with him telling me there was no positions available. When the tour was finished no one from the staffing company was around nor did they seem to care about following up with me. They followed up several hours later with a phone call telling me they could still get me a position in packing and would call me back in a half hour. They did not. I followed up with a phone call and email of my own and never received a response. An almost impressive display of incompetence, spend your efforts elsewhere.In addition - the shipping managers first question to me was Why choose (company name)?Wait what? I applied through a staffing agency; i have literally no idea what company Im applying to until i arrive. Just proves that there is not enough communication between the staffing agency and the actual warehouse company, he wasnt even aware i had came from a staffing agency.

I got a call from 50 randstad recruiter in span of 2 month and non of them gave me any job. They called me in their office on 100 Summer street 10 times for in person interview and each time their dump recruiter rejected me front of my face saying that they don’t hire non US citizen. In stead of call n email they called me in office to insult because I am immigrant

They were transparent and always kept me informed through the process.

Even I applied, e-mailed my resume and left a voicemail. No response. Its one my worst experiences of my life.

Calling me back 1-2 years after I originally spoke with someone here.

Emails requesting updates go unanswered. Im done with Randstad.
