Summary: Look for other recruiting options, skip SEP.After weeks of difficulty communicating with the recruiters at SEP, we finally got them to understand what our needs were for a position. Despite their too-high recruiting fee of 30% (which we talked them down on over even more emails), they finally provided a single candidate that fit our needs and the candidate accepted our offer. Then the candidate took a job at a different firm. While thats not the fault of SEP, the replacement candidates they sent us clearly didnt meet the requirements of the role (they were far to inexperienced or junior), and then they continued to ask for inappropriately high salaries so that they could still salvage some worthwhile commission.Over the course of months, SEP showed that they were not interested in developing relationships with the companies they assist but instead were focused on making a quick buck, and then giving up or resisting when that took actual work. Look for other recruiting options, skip SEP.

If they call, do not pick up. One of the most unprofessional group of recruiters I have come across. They call you regarding an opening with one of their clients, then gather as much information about you from you only to let you know, few minutes later, that they have nothing open that matches your skills. Why on earth would you contact me via LinkedIn saying my skills are very impressive and matches your requirements? Just to collect information about me and my current company?Please folks do yourselves a favor and do not respond. This is the last time I would ever fall for one of these dishonest shameful schemes.
