I applied to a 6 month contract position through Atrium and couldnt be happier! Very responsive, clear communication and expectations, and extensive follow through. My rep helped me land the job, checked in with me many times during the 6 month contract, and assisted when my contract ended and I was converted to a full-time employee at the placement. Highly recommend Atrium!

Most inefficient staff I have ever encountered. I work through them at a client location in Greater Boston area. These guys do not process any assignment extensions on time. There are issues with their time sheet systems and they do not fix them for months and your pay checks remain stuck because of it. They do not reply back to your emails making you feel totally worthless. Very unprofessional staff.

How could anyone say they like this agency? This is the worst staffing agency across the board. Its actually embarrassing to go through. Also, whats with the folding plastic chairs? If you use this agency, you must be beyond desperate. They cant even afford heat.

If youre wondering if whether or not you should allow Atrium Staffing to help you with your job search, DONT DO IT. Dont waste any precious moment of your time with this staffing agency. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. True, the recruiters were pretty friendly, which could earn them maybe half of a star, but let me share my personal experience.I am a December 2014 college grad and I planned to go away on vacation for 3 weeks (mid Dec to Jan 5th) I got an interview with them about a week before I left on my trip, and I told them that I would not be available until the first week of January and they said sure! thats fine! When I got back from my trip, they called me 4 days later about a potential client match at a new Uber office opening in North End, and then called me back a few days later to say that the client was looking for someone more qualified (How much more qualified do you have to be to answer phones and make copies and faxes at UBER?!) The next time I heard from them again was 3 weeks later when they called me at 9:05am on a Friday morning to rush down to a clients office in Back Bay just for that ONE day. Meanwhile, here I am, recent college grad, with car insurance and credit card bills overdue because I had so much faith that Atrium would do what they said they would do and provide me with opportunities when all I did was sit around desperately waiting for them to call me. Meanwhile on Indeed and Craigslist, there are plenty of opportunities that they post daily to lure in more people to scam. The lack of communication on their end is the main reason why they earned a 1 star review from me.At least if youre going to work with them anyway, although I strongly do not recommend doing so, let this be your SIDE JOB. Because there is a chance that they will leave you hanging with no work for over 2 months.
