Friendly, great service. Found me jobs all over, with a college degree in Fine Art. Placed me in accounting for Joan and David shoes in Everett, Password administration for Partners Health Care, Conservation Law Foundation, Harvard Medical fundraising. Great connections. I was able to go into the office and use their computers for classes in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and that really boost my opportunities. Its a two way street, if youre not working for them and making use of their tutorials and tests, theyre not going to be able to do as much for you. My work experience in jobs they found me led me to success as a professional artists, all of the classes I took here I used later in my own business. Thank you PSG!

I applied for a position posted by this company for a switch board operator position in Chelsea at the soldiers home. I filled out all the required paperwork to start the position, was told that the position was mine, and that they were waiting to hear back for a start date. Have me waiting for 2 weeks to be told that position was never mine an continued to try to have me work with them for other positions. No what! You don’t tell someone a position is theirs an to wait on a start date this is horrible to do. People have families, kids to provide for an holding up someone’s chances of employment by telling them they have a position just to keep them with your staffing agency is extremely unprofessional an shows lack of care in the client. Do not work with them!

So unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. So a few years ago, I sign up with them and get a job that vastly underpays my experience. the job only pays $10 in Cambridge, Ma. One of the most expensive areas in the state and Id be driving to work in 1 hr and 30 minute traffic to get there. They tell me, its just to get my foot in the door of this prestigious institution So I made the mistake of agreeing because not only was the position NOT what they told me it would be, 2 days went by before I even met the manager of my position at this place and didnt even acknowledge my position not being what was promised. So I contact my rep back at PSG and explain what the last 2 days have been like and she tells me If you dont like it, well get someone else who wants it. Talk about unprofessional and rude. No interest to advocate on my behalf since I was not gaining anything from working there and it wasnt what they said it would. I left them after that since their staff refused to help. Now FF last week. I see PSG has better reviews and decide to try them again. This time, they just ignored me completely as my emails went unanswered and no call back to my voicemails. No doubt Ive been blacklisted for refusing to be racially discriminated against and disrespected from the first time I worked for them. If you are BIPOC, dont bother reaching out to PSG.

I worked with a recruiter names Gregory Menzone and it was a terrible experience. He was very unprofessional and does not have your best interest from a client standpoint. Instead of having both parties best interest, all he truly cares about is his commission as he has a position he has to fill. I have worked with many recruiters in the past but this agency is cut throat as it gets! I highly dont recommend this agencies services.

After a fantastic intake with Katikie back in April, I have heard nothing from anyone and after my two follow-up e-mails expressing my concern that I have not received any leads from them (yet have applied to 60+ jobs on my own), makes me feel like the whole intake was a waste of time.I’m sure they field a lot of individuals on a daily basis but the fact that my search seems to have fallen through the cracks is wildly disappointing, incredibly careless and speaks to their level of organization and professionalism. I will avoid recommending them to friends who might inquire.

I have had a good experience with PSG. I appreciate that they were honest from the beginning about the fact that you may not find your dream job through the agency, and that you should continue to use other resources in your job hunt as well. They are genuinely friendly, kind, and encouraging. They contacted me about lots of jobs right away after my interview. I got the second position I interviewed for, and I liked that they helped me prepare for the interview questions. I like my long-term temp job a lot! I will definitely continue to work with them in the future.

In the beginning it was a good experience. Then later I went back to PSG to find a job again I was contacted by representative where it sounded like I was on speakerphone there was no good connection whatsoever and then I was misled and told I would lease hear something rather be a negative or positive this happened not only not once by two times and when you’re wanting to have your foot in the door in advance and career somewhere and not have the opportunity action letter or communication. Also there’s really no good communication rather text her via email question you try to schedule an interview no one bothered to call you back instead they say they call you and then you check your phone and you don’t even receive my message you sent and just your daily schedule to be Available. I would highly recommend doing business with this company you’re better off setting multiple profiles through the companies in applying yourself at least you get some kind of communication or rejection letter or even applying through indeed at least you’ll get a rejection letter or they want to set you up for an interview.

PSG was amazing with me. They took the time to get to know me and figure out what is the best fit for me. They got me my current job which was a direct hire, so I didn’t have to deal with anything to do with being a contract worker. They were extremely communicative and easy to work with and they got me a job within 3 weeks.

They do a good job at finding positions that best suit your resume. They work hard at finding assignments as quick as possible. Also, seem to have a lot of solid connections with prominent organizations in Boston. Definitely more interested in boosting their numbers than helping your career. Would agree with other reviews that they post fake jobs to get your info and bring you in for an interview.Overall, satisfied with their services.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I had an interview with Matt T. and honestly, it felt more like a conversation than an interview. He asked the right questions to help with the search for the best job for me. If you are going to PSG for an interview, make sure to allot 1-1 1/2 hours. There is some paperwork to do before your actual interview (which is optional at that time). Because they want to fill you in the best position right for you, the interview portion is about 35-45 minutes. Overall, great company and awesome staff!

Recruiters have strong connections with companies they recruit for, are friendly and dedicated to helping you succeed including reviewing your resume and discussing application strategy. Staff keeps in touch regularly so you know you havent fallen off their radar.

Dont waste your time with them. They are rude will find you the worst low paying jobs out there just so they meet there quota. They dont care if it doesnt pay or work they just move on another low paying job. Then if you get an interview some where they will call to harass you about it even after the person states they are no longer interested. There are other places that are better and worth your time

This place is very unorganized and unprofessional. I received their name and number from a good friend of mine. I decided to give them a call and see what they could assist me with. I called and spoke with a woman named Ann or Anna. She asked me a few questions and then instructed me to submit my resume to her (as I did). I was also informed that she would call me the following day to touch basis with me and further discuss my opportunities which NEVER happened. Three weeks had gone by and I hadn’t heard ANYTHING from this woman. Whenever I call her she doesn’t answer and never once returned ANY Of my calls. I decided to call the main phone number yesterday and spoke with a different woman who informed me that she would have Ann reach out to me later that day. Anne sends me an email later that day stating that she’s been swamped with “other candidates” and she has completed the interviewing process and I didn’t make the cut. My advice to anyone who is actively seeking employment like myself, use A DIFFERENT AGENCIES. These people don’t care about you and are very unprofessional.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was met with a warm and friendly atmosphere. I walked into the updated office a few weeks ago and within the first interview I was already given suggestions about my resume and asked questions specific to my needs and what I was seeking. They got me working in less than 2 weeks. I chose to have a variety of jobs so I worked a series of temporary jobs spanning from one day to up to two month assignments. Administrative Assistant so I can jump start my career in HR. They cant even fill an entry level position. Reps there sound so fake, telling me my resume is outstanding.....come on thats a lie, because you would have filled a position for me.So I ask if I can work as a recruiter, had my interview. Gives me the impression that I got the job by telling me to bring my ID and social.When I discussed pay thats when it got fishy.$13 hour recruiters make hourly working 50 weeks. He could not give me a straight answer on when we get paid.You get paid every week, but after 4 weeks you get paid bi weeklyFishy, and sounds like a scam when it comes to being paid.Only respectful kind hearted person was Jim, he been in the business for 8 years. Nothing negative I can say about him.

My experience with PSG was great.I had a long interview with a pleasant,professional team member called Mathew Thompson.He was clear and open to any inquiries I may have. I was impressed with the offices and the number of employees they had.I had more than one opportunity with big names in the area.Mathew kept checking on me every now and then. I wouldnt waste your time with them. You can go on the website and see all of the jobs they have posted but once you call in they will only want you to apply to the current jobs theyre working on. Why post other jobs if your only working on low paying jobs. They do not care about trying to actually help you apply to a job. Once you say your not interested in the job theyre trying to push onto you, theyll just say well keep you on file and youll never hear back from them.

The first meeting is a good experience, they bring you in, discuss what your strengths are and what you are looking for, they even bring you up to their offices and show you their collaborative workspace. While you are upstairs another recruiter will approach you with an interview, usually with Wellington or one of their other larger partners. That is great but after that, zero follow up or follow through from either of the recruiters. The position was one that I was over-qualified for and the interview was with someone internal from their firm who works on location at Wellington. I felt as though I wasn’t even considered as soon as I brought up the military, which should be just the opposite. The interview is obviously to boost their firms analytics on how quickly they get you in front of an employer even though you’re really not. Just another person from PSG. The job posting I first applied to wasn’t even a real position. I felt undermined and taken advantage of when using this staffing agency and would not recommend them to anyone. They are a waste of your time unless you’re actually looking for entry level or contract roles. STAY AWAY!

My experience with this company was horrible.i applied on their site for a job i thought was with their company. they brought me in to meet with a rep and the job was never mentioned. they couldnt place me right away so they put me in their program where i came into the office and sat at a desk all day. thankfully they paid me for it but i literally sat there doing nothing.they told me they wanted to find the right fit for me so i shouldnt take anything i wasnt interested in so i didnt. but they would always come to me with the same jobs nowhere near my field so it was very impersonal and like they werent listening to what i was looking for.after one day in the office program, they continued to tell me they didnt need me to come back and eventually stopped all together.they would call me to ask how my job search was going but hardly ever with any leads. i dont think my criteria was completely unreachable.there was one job i was interested in but another rep communicated that i wasnt interested in that job instead of the job they came to me with which i was actually uninterested in and i lost it.the emails and calls eventually stopped cold without even a simple explanation of we just cant place you right now.very unhelpful.

Truly phenomenal staffing agency. First talked with Chelsea Valentino, who assisted me in providing advice on my application process. From there, it was receiving job alerts for any openings that was a match. My main contact moving forward was Ricardo Grandt, who worked very diligently with me. He was able to get me a phone screen interview and prepared me thoroughly in each step of my interview process. What I will say I admire the most about PSG is that there were a lot of different employment opportunities from contract temp, temp to perm, and permanent, and I love how much PSG evaluates your qualifications instead of mass sending your resume to employers. PSG was great about contacting me right away and bringing me in for an interview. everyone who I spoke with, especially Stacey, was very welcoming and relieved my fears about working temporarily and still being able to apply and interview with other companies and organizations at the same time. I am consistently contacted about open positions and they got me working as soon as possible with the Guaranteed Work Program. They also go above and beyond helping people network, which was important for me since I did not know anyone moving here. PSG is wonderful and I highly recommend them.

Im very grateful to have worked with PSG. I had been applying to various jobs in MA for a couple months with sparse interviews here and there, but mostly experienced anxious waiting and dwindling funds. After interviewing with PSG, they were able to place me in my now (permanent) contracted position, after I started working as a temp for the organization only 2.5-3 weeks post-PSG interview. For the past month, I have been working alongside intelligent and passionate people, in a very welcoming and warm environment. I know that I would not have been so lucky to secure my spot without PSGs help. PSGs staff are very friendly and responsive. Additionally, it is true; you dont have to pay for this service!My only criticism is that their information database/communication is not always streamlined, so it will be normal to receive repetitive emails, or experience minor technical difficulties. My only advice is to be diligent about following up and definitely *confirm* with them the duration of an assignment; make sure you understand how long you will be working for a certain company for. Positions offered on a status of temp to permanent are still positions that you will likely have to speak with your host company to *interview officially* for.All in all, very satisfied with my new job. I have been to many staffing agencies, but this one is the worst. My agent stated that she would call every week to check up on me. It’s been 2 months and still no word from anyone. I reached out to her about an opening that they had and she said she would call me the next week about it. No call. They have never tried to help me and I doubt they will

They seem to be a good company, business oriented and ready to get you in a position. I just feel they have to many people working with one person. I got calls from Rachael about a job before the holidays but then I get a ugly phn call from another rep. That has an attitude because he called me 2 weeks prior about a position that he didnt keep me informed about. It seems like they are really busy but not communicating with each other. Rachael I am still looking for gainful employment. You seem to be on top of your job to help others gain employment. Thanks for your help.

My experience at PSG was truly wonderful. I was feeling a little stuck at my retail/customer service job, so I scheduled an appointment and PSG on a whim using the chat-box on their website. As soon as I walked in the door, I felt so welcome and like the staff was eager to help me with my job search. I interviewed with Stacey and she was extremely kind and knowledgeable. After my interview, everyone I spoke with regarding opportunities was helpful and very communicative. It is clear they truly care about the candidates they work with. In a matter of about two weeks, they helped me find a great new job. I wish I came here a looooong time ago!

They are very nice people and they want to find you the perfect job that you would be the most comfortable in.

At one point they did have a great staff but seems they were all recruited by the same employer that employed their firm.... Had issues with payment disbursements towards the end of my temp work. They basically left some of my money off the table and didnt record it properly after me and the company telling them I worked more hours. Unorganized and deceptive.

PSG literally told me that I had two different jobs lined up only to call me to cancel them both the night before. Then a staff member told me that I was her first priority and then I have no heard from them in two and half month.Do not waste your time.

I was looking for a job in Boston while still living out of state and PSG was able to accommodate my needs very well with phone and Skype interviews with their clients which I greatly appreciated. I found a position through PSG very quickly and so far its been a great fit. Overall it was a positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or colleague who was looking for a new position in/around Boston. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is due to their large staff size/structure of their organization. I talked to different staff members for each different interview/client I interviewed with. This got a little cumbersome and I would have rather gone through one person although I understand this allows them to develop deeper relationships with clients to better understand their needs in a prospective temp/employee.

The staff at PSG was incredibly helpful in my job search. Everyone I worked with through the process was extremely professional and gave great insight. One of the staff memebers Jed helped me by looking over my resume and sending me jobs best suited for me. I was always kept informed and everyone followed up promptly with new information regarding my job search. I would highly recommend using PSG to anyone looking for a new job!

PSG has helped me secure two long-term full-time jobs over the past decade, first at EF Tours and later at MCPHS University. Theyve always been extremely efficient and professional. My most recent experience is no exception as Mark Gavin and Dung Wilson found me temporary employment at MIT in their Employer Relations department. You have to be willing to speak to multiple representatives and go through their screening process before being placed. Remember that they ask questions to help find you something that will work for both you and the employer.

As other reviewer I had applied many jobs via Craigslist. Once they get our resume one of them will call you and set up an interview. Interview goes very well and the job we have applied may need less experience and had less responsibility but you will not be considered for the position nor for any future job you have applied for but they will hand you a nice HardcoverI am really surprised that they are so busy and have no time to reply or response your call or email.
