I was contacted a few months ago (via LinkedIn) by one of their recruiters regarding an opening for a contract-to-hire role. After calling me and telling me I was a top applicant, she proceeded to submit my application for the job, and even disclosed the pay and benefits. However, I was completely ghosted from that point on. I tried following up various times and unfortunately never heard back. Very unprofessional.

Madeleine Popp reached out to me through inmail for a role with Pear Therapeutics (I do not have a prior relationship with Motion Recruitment). She was surprisingly unprofessional, and frankly, rude from the moment I answered the phone. She berated me for not telling her sooner I split my time between Boston and Mexico City (which I tried to explain I had assumed the first informational call would be appropriate for disclosing, but I was sorry nonetheless). The rest of the call was quite distressing as she went on to make personal attacks of my character. I could not get off that call fast enough. If youre seeing requests from them in your inmail to interview, I do not recommend taking the call.

Someone called Chad contacted me for job opening and had interview over the phone and sounded like they are really interested and need to hire someone and asked for resume.. I sent my resume then he disappeared and didn’t reply to my email or calls.

Shane Tomlinson and Katherine Kelley have been nothing but great help and very professional about their work. Went above and beyond to help active job seekers and really care about what they do. You cant find a lot of employees now a days who are as passionate as them.

The supervisor Taylor Mazzie was extremely unprofessional.I was working with another recruiter on a position and she stepped in. She verbally offered me the position with different details than I was given prior and forced me to make a decision on the spot. After sometime, I declined the position because of the miscommunication of the job description. She then went on to say how I was going to be looked at in a bad light moving forward for declining instead of being aware that Motion is the one with the communication issues. If the position did not meet my needs because the description kept changing, why am I being punished?WHO PROMOTED HER?!?!?!?!?

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever seen! They call the interviewee whenever they want, no scheduling at all! They do not respect your time! At the end, you found yourself you could not take care of your responsibilities during the day because of answering their phone calls! The company should review their work ethic rules as soon as possible.

Not sure what the major malfunction was the first time I applied at Workbridge, after I had left 15 years with Verizon labs, but I essentially never heard back. Ive been placed by JobSpring/WorkBridge a few times during the last five years or so. Their recruiters are always friendly and polite, and get a much quicker turnaround from companies than youd expect if you applied directly. They will listen to you when you tell them what youre looking for, what you liked/didnt like about previous experiences, and why you might reject a potential position, and will use that information to find more applicable spots. If you have questions or concerns, they will work to address them. Definitely recommended.

Jobspring found me, had me come in to pitch a bunch of jobs, and within a month or two successfully connected me to a job that sounds pretty great.Edit: A bit sketch, I was asked by them to write them a review after they said I had a job offer, then they stopped talking to me for three days, and then updated saying the job offer was rescinded and they were not sure why. They gave me a couple more interviews before telling me to consider lowering my salary range. I then got a job from a different location that was in my expected salary range. They still call every couple months, so overall not the best experience.

Working with Ian at Workbridge was an immense help to me in finding my current job. I am very happy with the networking and tools they provided to set up interviews and help me get my foot in the door. I love the job that I have now, and its was by working with Workbridge that I was able to get this job. I definitely recommend Workbridge to anyone whos having trouble finding a job.

I took a leap of faith and met with Felipe. Within 2 weeks I was placed in a company that I love, that provided everything i had asked for, and a super competitive salary. Felipe was extremely detail oriented and practically held my hand throughout the entire process. Couldnt have done it without him or Workbridge.

They take a real quantity over quality to their job placement approach. While they seem to always have a lot of leads they dont seem to spend much time considering whether a position is a good fit. This is compounded by the fact that many of their recruiters are wet behind the ears, fresh out of college without any industry experience. Despite it being almost guaranteed that they will waste your time, they will throw enough positions at you that eventually something might stick. Do yourself a favor and work with a recruiter who actually values your time.
