Way too rough and doesn’t have great customer service. For example the X-ray censor was way too big for me and didn’t care to switch it out until the last minute.

This is the absolute worst dental office you could go to. The front desk lady, Puerto Rican I believe, has the nastiest and rudest attitude. Why she still works there is beyond me. She should be fired because for her alone, this location is losing business. I’ve had friends who completely missed their appointments because she refused to open the front door for them in the morning when the office was supposed to be open. She gave me attitude through the phone and in person when I didn’t do absolutely anything. I just wanted to make an appointment. And if she continues working there, this place will stop getting as many patients and I’ll make sure to tell my friends about her nasty attitude and they’ll stop coming here as well. Whoever her manager is that lets her keep her job needs to be more professional and find better employees. The office is dirty, unprofessional and has such bad energy. The reviews speak for themselves. Never ever in my life setting foot inside this office again. Especially with that RUDE lady in the front, she doesn’t deserve her position. Reading the reviews she’s been working there for way too long and has given this dental office a bad reputation. Hire better staff and maybe people will give good reviews and want to actually go here.

Good night, in recent days I visited this place for a maintance appointment convinced that it was a good place to trust my dental health, a situation that was totally different because the establishment was unpleasant and dirty the attention is perverse and malicious. Definetely not coming back.

Never ever again! My poor baby girl now have to find another dentist but not in East Boston! They refused to do x-rays and fillings saying she might not stay still!!! How do they even know that!!Poor girl is in pain crying! 😢😡😡

The reason I’m giving this place a 1 Star is because of the rude receiptionist and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this type of behavior at this location and I’m also not the only person who has experienced this,judging by the reviews.I understand that we all go through our own personal problems but when you bring an attitude to work with you and take it out on the customers,that’s not right.This dental place is going to lose a lot of customers if they don’t replace the current secretary because nobody wants to deal with her attitude when they’re calling to book an appointment.

This place is bad, my appointment was at 10am and they open at 9am, there was nobody inside, they don’t even inform you if they are gonna be close for that day. There were 3 people with me outside waiting for like and hour an half and we all left, we got things to do. If you want to waste your time the. This is the place you need to come. This place is trash with poor costumer service.

To be honest I was calling in to make an appointment but the 1st two second the phone they picked up they hung up on me and when I called back the lady was very rude before I even went there I had a good feeling that this place is not where you want to go and all the reviews are speaking for itself

I got my filling on my front tooth and now I have pains that don’t go away but before the filling I never had any pain in my mouth, but after the filling it hurts when I drink cold things or eat anything cold but now it got worse and it’s in pain every day I can’t even chew food with my front tooth, when I went to get it checked out they said I need a “root canal” which I heard is not good for your teeth and I’ll most likely still end up with pain

Today I went to a dental cleaning and they did not do it. Any. As I arrive with my dirty tooth, if I left
