My husband and I had a great experience with CitySuites during our three years living at 7 Henchman St. The apartment was newly renovated and very clean. The common spaces such as hallways, elevators were well taken care of. Maintenance was responsive for us--whether indicating that a hallway light bulb was out, that our stove was broken, etc, they always responded and fixed the issue. The rent payment portal makes paying rent easy.

I lived in City Suites apartments for 2 years for work. As a young professional in a new city I definitely would say they made my living experience in Boston quite enjoyable. No issues ever, I only left the building because I am relocating for work.

Renters BEWARE! The worst place you can possibly rent from. Do not live in any apartment managed by this company. If I could go back and pay $500/month more for a different place with different owners and management company I would to it in a heart beat. I cannot possibly describe in. the space allotted in this review the level of disrespect, unprofessionalism, predatory behavior, unresponsiveness. These people are con artists who could care less about their tenants. All non-one-star reviews are fake, I guarantee it. Read the other bad reviews, believe them, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!

My wife and I had a City Suites apartment for a year.Our apartment was clean and newly renovated. All maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and our full security deposit was returned after move out.Overall no complaints.

I had an overall good experience with City Suites. They were always available and willing to help, no matter the time of day. The property manager for my building was very friendly and helped me on a few occasions. Would recommend

Avoid living in a City Suites property if you can. Unfortunately, they control many rental units in the North End. They have the worst customer service of any property management company I have come across. We rented a CitySuites apartment and moved in to find rotting leftover Chinese food in the refrigerator and a toilet with an un-flushed #2. It was repulsive, yet they do not come to clean/rectify the situation and continue to charge rent as if they are offering a luxury experience. Half of the lightbulbs were out upon moving in and I asked that they be replaced. The answer was that we are responsible for them. We were told that the apartment would be ready like new for move in condition. They do not even clean the units. The property management is run by the owners son and everyone in the office is incredibly rude to tenants. He is a glorified slum lord.

They do not respond to any maintenance requests. And they did not turn on my heat until the second week of November after it was already in the 30s at night. Management is poor, I would never rent through City Suites if you even expect mediocre service.

Reasonably rated place to stay in the middle of Bostons Little Italy. Easily walkable location provided access to the Freedom Trail, Quincy Market, Boston Public Market, and the T (metro). Stairs are a bit treacherous and would not recommend any guest with difficulty walking or a history of falling down when tipsy.

Like others have noted, the management is terribly rude. Management has randomly called from unknown numbers (private numbers that literally read Unknown caller, with no number), barged into our apartment 15 minutes later, and yelled at us for not picking up from those anonymous numbers.
