Nobody is happy about needing a COVID test, so people should go with a positive attitude. The staff here is friendly, efficient, polite and accomodating while working under trying conditions. They do a fantastic job and the results are quick and efficient, Five stars for all these hard working folks.

Very efficient clean place to test. I have tested here multiple times and they definitely have improved their efficiency. Its easy to access your results via the online patient portal. Some tips to speed things up:-Pre-register online-Try to go midmorning or mid-afternoon. Dont go right when they open, around lunch, or right before they close. At 10:00 I had no wait time. My second fastest was about 2:00.-Bring your ID and insurance card and have them ready when you approach the desk.

The new location is a covid exposure risk, coming here youll need to get tested next week, ideally, elsewhere. The room holds 40 people who potentially have covid, the line is unmonitored and they will drink their drinks and lift their masks freely. You will wait an hour to process indoors. The articles of this new location boast 10 people being tested at a time, now it is 3 people testing and about an hour wait once you are indoors.This is a dangerous place to go, I wish I had not been optimistic the line would have me out without being exposed.

Hour and a half wait - 20 minutes or so is indoors with lots of other people. Not a smart idea to pack a ton of people indoors to get tested. The medical professionals were very nice, though.

Was pretty busy even in the rain so I waited outside for around an hour and a half, which I expected and didnt really mind. Everything was well-organized and the lady who administered the test was very nice! Will definitely come back if I need a test again.

Not a good idea packing people inside. They should let people stay outside until they are ready to test them. The staff is nice and professional.

Line moved faster than expected. All staff very nice and professional. Got results by phone in less than 48 hours. It took some emailing and calling to get a paper document, but everyone was very responsive.

Wait times vary. We walked right in the first time and had to wait an hour the second time. Signs posted saying how long the wait is were accurate. Staff very friendly.

Very efficient professional operation. They use very small swans for nasal passage testing. Much more comfortable than the hard plastic swans used elsewhere. Email you the results within 24-48 hours. They take insurance. No appointment necessary.

Friendly and efficient staff and service. Make sure you use the QR code to pre-apply. No issues accepting my Medical Insurance and we were in and out within 30 minutes.

Terrible phone service. I called 9 times in one morning and each time I either got hung up on or sent to a general voicemail when I expressed needing to speak to a representative. The person who answered the phone was rude and kept forwarding me along.

If you need to do a PCR test for travel-related purpose, this is the place for you. My flight was on Oct 15. Came here on Oct 13 and waited in line for about 3 hours (8:40 - 11:40). Test result PDF was available online the next day, only 26 hours later.

Let me preregister for covid test. Test must be done that day for registration: I show up at 12:02 only to be told they closed at 12. Website still says open until 6. What a joke.
