We booked through a travel website for a cheaper price and absolutely loved our room. We were on the 5th floor and overlooked the main street. The room came equipped with a small kitchenette (including a small fridge, toaster oven, coffee pot, blender, dishes, etc.) Complimentary toiletries and towels and a binder with details about the area, Wi-Fi info, and who to call for assistance if necessary. The bed was comfy and it made for the perfect respite after a long day of walking and touring Boston. Tons of food options just mere blocks away. Bus station 3 blocks away, the T is just about half a mile or so as well. A local branch of the Boston Public Library is within a block alon with the fire department. Quaint street in the South End. You really cant go wrong with renting from this company. Only downside is there is no lift (but they tell you that before booking) so if you have stair issues, request main floor room - if not be prepared to get your steps in. Literally.

We did not have the quality of room we were shown when we booked. Very expensive therefore for what we had. Half price would have been more realistic.

Cozy, very conveniently located in Boston center and quite affirdable. WiFi works great. You have super nice places for breakfast close to the place. Beds are comfortable, moreover you get towels, a well equipped kitchenette, a fridge, and there is a laundry room in the building. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, both for business or pleasure. I recommend it.

Not to recommend - looks good on photos, but is a dirty dumphole. Dishes and kitchen were dirty and unusable. Better get a cheap motel than this crappy place. What a rip off. Don‘t rent there if you do not want be screwed. Very disappointing - does not even meet lowest accommodation standards. Staff only communicates through web chat - if at all.If you rate this place with more than 1 star you must either be a pig or the owner of the place.

It is uncomfortable for anyone to ask for help or ask questions.The door of my room was broken, and couldnt close it, i felt very insecure.The toilet paper was used and I had to buy one the next day because nobody got me back.The bedroom and bathroom were very small and the hotel was to expensive in relation to its quality.

They sell you the site as a luxury studio. Nothing is further from reality. Our two rooms were tiny, the kitchens without the necessary kitchenware or crockery, a single chair for what are supposed to be apartments, ... One of the rooms was in the basement, next to the laundry room, with some Fantastic views of the garbage cans, with the consequent bad smell. In the other room the refrigerator did not work and if possible, it was even smaller: the bed was glued to the wall and the nightstand had to be on the side since it did not fit, ... and thus a long list of defects. Also, there is never any staff in the building, you just get attention on a phone number. Nothing, nothing recommended since, on top, it is not cheap.
