This is a review of the massage services there. I have been going for quite a while to see Tanya. She was awesome and always made my body help recover from hard workouts. A new lady is there and while her style is quite different from tanya she is just as good. So if you need recovery from your workouts go see one of the therapists here.

The place has all the machines and weights you could need but the weights are old and get stuck on the bar need to take rubber on the inside of weights out. When I come in the mornings the trash is always overflowing. Its not clean. If the YMCA wasnt so far away that would be a better choice.

The massage with Tanya Gray was great. Yes i was sore like i worked out hard but i will be back for another session.

New equipment. Always open. No contracts to get stuck in.
