Mike was awesome! We had bought a cheap washer from tommy Browen off of Facebook and got completely ripped off, Mike took awesome care of us! Took the washer away with no charge and got us a brand new washer! He hooked everything up for us, He was friendly and definitely knowledgeable! My washer malfunctioned and Mike was quick to respond to my call and came out the same day. Fast service and super friendly. I recently had my only refrigerator stop working and was blessed to have come across Mike and his business to get it removed from my home to allow for a new one to be installed. My interaction with him was initially to look into repairing the fridge and he was prompt in trying to give me an initial diagnosis of what was wrong w/o needing to come by to look at it and charge me a service fee. After we discussed this option I decided to buy a new one and he offered to haul away my old one for free. We had to reschedule the haul away twice due to scheduling conflicts. We discussed having the delivery crew move my old fridge out of the way and Mike said that previous customers have told him they will do that. The evening before my new fridge was scheduled to be delivered, I went to the retailer to determine whether the delivery crew would move the old fridge out of the way w/o doing a haul away service and was told they would not. I then asked the associate if I could add on a haul away service and was told it was too late & that the delivery crew would not move the old fridge in order to be able to install the new one. So I called Mike at ~7:30 pm that night and told him the situation. To make a long story short, he kept his word and came by that night to remove my old fridge for free. The next day during deli, the delivery crew mentioned w/o me asking that they actually would have moved my old fridge to a different location in the house w/o the haul away service. Mike went out of his way to help me resolve the issue and I am truly blessed that he did so!!

My dryer quit working and we replaced the belt that was broken, but it still wasnt working, smells burning!! Called Mike this morning, he came before 1 oclock, took out my old, put in the new(used of course), but it is on my 3rd load right now, doing great. Bottom Line Up Front: YES, I would recommend Mike for home appliance repair and will use his services again when needed.Mike replaced my leaking icemaker (May 2021). He responded quickly to my request and did a diagnosis and determined it would be better to replace the 15-year-old icemaker (i.e. metal corrosion/fatigue). He provided me with the online site to order the part myself (i.e. no contractor mark-up on parts). Once the part came in (less than 3 days) he came back out to install.
