The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Very responsive, unfortunately the refrigerator isnt keeping temperature but the technician offered to return to fix. Thank you.

Expensive. Labor was extremely expensive and not worth to fix an older washer with shot springs. Other than that the guy was knowledgeable.

After calling many other local companies who seemed actually determined to not earn anyones business, this Sears was responsive and did a great job. The only reason for the 4/5 starts is that they are the most expensive. But compared to the service from the other companies, they are worth the higher cost.

The technician was very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous, characteristics that are very important to me. While I hope to never need this service again, I hope that this technician is selected to do the job again.

The repairman, Sam, was professional and experienced. He explained the pricing & items covered in detail. The work was completed as promised, in a reasonable amount of time. I am very satisfied with work and the experience. Sam was friendly and helpful. I will use them again next year.

Well trained technician. He was on time,courteous and very kind. I highly recommend Sears to everyone. Im now trying the Why not lease it program. So far I have no complaints

Repaired A/C

They called and gave a time arrival and were on time. Did a good job of cleaning while they worked. Very thorough cleaning of the vents. Replaced water filter but did not run the water to ensure it was ready.

My maintenance and service repair was thorough and complete. A very small defect in a hose fitting was terribly hard to locate but the service man never gave up. He was patient, determined and satisfied when he solved the issue. I appreciate his work ethic and spirit of not giving up with a bandaid fix but a permanent solution as to not cause other issues in the future when my expensive machine may be out of warranty and parts hard to find. Thank you sincerely for reinvigorating my hope in the service industry.

Serviceman was quite the professional. I appreciated the face that he called before he came. Also, my whole day was not tied up waiting for him to come. Very well pleased.

Extremely pleased with the service provided by Sears and the servicing technician. Problem solved in minimum time.

Very disappointing experience. I would rate 0 stars if I could. I told the on line service the washer would not drain but it cycled meaning the pump was bad. They showed up and told me the pump was bad but they did not have one and it would take a week to get one. This is a $30 part that is very universal, used on many machines. I basically wasted my money because they charged me $95 for telling me something I already knew and I did not get my repair done. I

We have had them out 3 times in the last 3 weeks and after paying them over 400 dollars in repairs now my dish washer is more messed up then before. I will never let them touch anything of mine again
