Showed up on time. Gave me a great deal on a professional install of a new residential system in our mobile home! Best of all, we were able to finance the new system, low monthly payments, 0% interest!

I called to report an issue with one of my units and a repair man was at my home within a half hour. He fixed the problem and was on his way in under an hour. This is not unusual for LenAire. We have been happy with their service for fifteen years!

From the first phone call to the salesman to the installers all were above professional. I expected good service in replacing our entire AC heating system. What we received was compassionate, carrying men lead by Patrick. they were so careful in protecting our home. There was a small incident, but it was handled quickly and better than before. Great job all around and we would definitely recommend them.

AWESOME!!! Came out same day, troubleshot the entire system and explained what needed to be repaired/replaced as well as needed maintenance. Had everything up and running in a couple hours.

I expected more and attempted to contact someone at Lenair in regards to this complaint before writing this review online but nobody ever called me back. I was greatly disappointed in the service my real estate client received due to inflexible scheduling and being quoted incorrect pricing. The home was a vacant property that is under contract to be sold. The new buyer wanted the system cleaned and serviced so I contacted Lenair for the job. With only a 30 minute lead time call with Lenair, it made it almost impossible to jump thru hoops to meet the tech at a clients home almost 45 minutes or more away. I have a busy schedule too and could not always bend to Lenairs demands. The scheduler refused a 45 minute lead call because they werent allowed to do it, but could put me on the next rotation. That meant being rescheduled again which I could not allow happen to my client. This was after being rescheduled twice already (they rescheduled, not me), so I refused to be rescheduled again and broke who knows how many laws to get there with wet hair, no makeup, and barely dressed because it was early in the morning. My client pre-paid for a clean and service of a single unit but when the tech arrived, he quoted another $700 on TOP of the $119 that was already paid to clean and service the unit. The owner refused to pay that much and who can blame him. We had to call another company to come out and clean and service the unit and pay a more reasonable rate. The other company was there the next day to complete the job. Im sorry but dealing with the hassle was not worth it to my business nor my clients interests. The scheduling policies there should be overhauled along with over the phone price quotes. A clean and service should never cost over $800. It appears this is a very successful company, and I wish you the best but I will be taking my business and recommendations for clients elsewhere for HVAC needs. :(

Technician came out to trouble shoot my problem, discovered problem and made repair in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and offered advice on preventing the problem from reoccurring. Only charged $85 for service. LenAire is the best HVAC contractor in the Shreveport/Bossier area!

In the 3rd picture u will see the pickup and trailer in tow however that guy was parked next to me he had to maneuver his trailer and truck around ur tech

We called LenAire when our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days so far this summer. They came to check it out that same day. Our unit was at least 20 years old so it was definitely time to replace it. Marcus, the technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. He presented all options to us. We decided to get a new unit inside and out. The next day, Dale and Hunter got us up and running. I almost forgot the ladies in the office called to keep us informed on the workers’ pending arrival time. Those ladies also have the BEST phone manners! It was time for my fall tuneup and I only had two days off before a long work stretch. They fit me in and Dale came out first thing the morning requested. He performed the checkup, took pictures of the issues that I had and went over options to correct them. He also offered suggestions on cooling and heating the house more efficiently. Scheduled a service call to come check everything over before the summer got too hot. Marcus arrives and is extremely nice and professional as he explains everything he will do and document. After everything is said and done, a dye test is done to check for leaks due to a low freon reading and the following week I get a followup visit.Upon checking things over for leaks, the coil was damaged accidentally. After explaining what happened with the owner, everyone is onboard with fixing everything at no charge. This could have easily been put on me, the homeowner and I was dreading having to state my case to get it fixed, but Marcus was honest and LenAire made things more than right in my book with zero hassle. That is something you just dont find anymore very easily and that is integrity in the business world.From the time the coil was damaged to the time Brandon and Hunter came out with the new part, installed it and got me up and running like better than new was only a few hours total and that is driving all the way across town. I cant say enough good things for everyone that was involved. Everything was handled professionally and with a great attitude. I definitely will do my business with LenAire in the future. I had a great experience from start to finish. The customer service rep who took my call was very cheerful and offered to get a technician out immediately. When Marcus came over, he introduced himself with a smile and handshake. He even captured a gecko that wandered in and scared me to death. Marcus had my heat back on in no time and I was finally able to be comfortable again in my own home.

The technician was courteous, and very thorough. He provided some lifesaving information to me on trying to use an opened oven door to heat a room. He also gave me some education on carbon monoxide detection units and left some information about dangerous levels and there associated symptoms. Very nice and helpful young man.

What can I say, my air conditioner went out at 11:00 pm, I turned on all my fans to make it through the night. I called Lenaire about 6:30 and left a message. Lenaire called me back when they opened and by noon my a/c was fixed.

Marcus was great, he showed me everything he was doing and explained what needed to be done. I will definitely have him come back out for any servicing needs.

I wouldnt trust anyone else to service my unit. Everyone from the office to Marcus, our technician, is always polite, courteous, and friendly. Marcus has become a good friend and trust his work whole-heartedly. The whole company will work with you and make sure everything is done to their best and that you are completely satisfied. We have currently moved from the house that we originally started using their services and made sure that we continue using them in our new home. We have had every aspect of service through them from their yearly service plan, to replacing a compressor, even replacing a whole a/c unit. Tried to rip me off! My A/C went out in the beginning of summer and I called LenAire to come take a look. After an hour of diagnostics the technician (who was on the phone constantly and did not seem to know what he was doing) came back and said my condenser was shot and I will have to replace my whole unit. The unit is relatively new so I was uncomfortable paying over 6K off the cuff. I decided do some research and get a second opinion. I then called Brooks Heating and A/C. They showed up promptly and the technician was very knowledgeable. He stepped me through everything he was doing and taught me a lot of things about my A/C unit. He found that a safety switch would have to be replaced. A $250 fix versus a over $6000 fix! I have since purchased a service contract with Brooks and have had them service my system. My unit has worked great throughout the summer. I wanted to make sure before writing this review but I could not be happier with the decision I made. Be careful when using this company.

Showed up on time, very detail oriented, went over all of my options and the price seemed fair. Was a very good visit. Fixed our AC in about 2 hours. You can tell they put a premium on customer service.

Only AC repair company that didnt charge extra to come out after 5pm! Diagnosed my problem quickly and gave me an estimate for the parts required so I could make a decision. Once the part came in they installed it and everything works Great! 90*+ temps during the day so NOT a good time to lose the AC! Marcus and Samantha were very professional and kept me updated on the arrival time for the part.

Dale Stevens is the best! He came out and found exactly what the problem was and fixed it. He came out to just do a tune up and saw an issue which resulted in us needing to get a whole new furnace. I feel a lot safer - will sleep much better! Now I know our home is protected from Carbon Monoxide!

Our AC stopped working on Memorial Day, so I called LenAire and within an hour, Marcus showed up at our house. He was very respectful of our home and was very kind. I have used Lenaire for many years. I love their friendliness, great customer support, and vast knowledge. I can not seeing any other company helping our needs like Lenaire. We use their service contract program and have had units replaced by them. I trust them and will only use this company.
