Came in just to get a quote for some new tires for our truck. It was close to closing time and the gentleman told us ok but we will have to hurry as we close at 5. He looked up prises told us and did print anything out for us to have or look at. We left and will not be back as the customer service here is not good.

Discount always has competitive pricing, I used to use the yellow brand for years but got fed up with their service, albeit in a different city. Their warranty process is simple as well. Ive never hadThe manager at this location is excellent. Professional and has great attention to detail, courteous and is helpful. Flats have been fixed with no fuss, they are accommodating and let me drop off a tire and pick it up later without delaying me for a long time. I had a minor hiccup with a new guy, but it was easily resolved and no harm, no foul.

Great prices, good sales, good job installing tires, done in under 30 minutes. Made appointment online. This was second vehicle that we got new tires for at Discount Tire in the last 2 years. Both excellent experiences.

Worst tire shop I have ever been to. Bought tires that then wore out way too fast. When I took them in they said the car was out of alignment. I then asked if the old tires showed any wear, there answer was we do not know. There are no notes in the system. Then I asked cost to replace it, they said $228, but my car I have to replace both fronts together so it will be $456. Mind you the other front is under warranty, but it has too much tread left to be replaced.I called my last tire shop in CA to ask if they found any alignment issues, they looked in there system, said their were no alignment issues on tires they took off. They happened to have impeccable notes in the system.I will turn this over to my attorney to battle from here, and will take my tire issues somewhere that is not just a sell 4 tires and walk a way service.If you get your tires done at Discount tires to save a few bucks, it could cost you a lot more n the long run.Alignment mechanic is assuring me this did not happen over night, and certainly not in the last 10,000 miles, but had someone alerted us to fix it my alignment would not need so much work to fix. Judging by the ware on the tires, the ones taken off must have shown ware in a similar pattern and we should have been made aware.

What a joke!!!! Had an appointment to get tired rotated and only one person at desk, one tire mechanic wecould see doing a work. Had music on in work bay area you could not hear if someone yell help or anything else. Waited 20 minutes after aliment and left. Thus use to be a good store. Not going back there anymore

Brandon S. is the man. He went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Brandon was attentive and direct with his explanation as well as understanding when deciding on a product. Will be coming back for my future needs as long as Brandon is still there.

These guys have always treated me good and their tires are excellent, Ive gone to the other tire shops around here and none compare to the speed and consistency of this location, I bought a new set of 40k tires for very cheap they currently have 42k miles on them and still barely show any wear so very high quality. Would definitely recommend

Ive been buying tires from Discount tires for over 25 years for multiple cars, ATV, trailers and motorhome. Came in with a screw in tire right when they opened (first one) and found they are instituting an appointment program and they didnt think they could work me in or at best it would be over a two hour wait. Called les schwab and they could take me immediately. Then DT said theyd work me it. That has been part of the appeal of DT, was customer service special in emergencies. Could keep traveling with screw in tire. Will have to consider alternative tire shop who still puts customer service first and foremost.

Great customer service, wait times are reasonable, price is reasonable, they call you when your car is ready and they are very prompt. Clean facility. Only down side salesmen can be SLIGHTLY pushy, but not enough to rate them less than 5 stars.

Went in today for a tire repair due to a nail in the tire. To be honest its been getting to where Id like new tires, but with my work schedule its just difficult to get the time to actually get it done.So unfortunately today my tire couldnt be patched due to inner shoulder wear (stock suspension, wheels, and tires; just the nature of the car). But Brian and Bran set me up with some new tires on the way - of my preferred brand and model - and also a new spare for good measure (should be replaced every 6 years ideally, and is unserviceable by 10 years of age). Since my tires were originally purchased from Discount and are still in their warranty period, they made sure to tell me that the new set will be pro-rated and the defective tire (with the puncture) will be replaced under warranty. Awesome!Shipping with Discount is usually quick in my experience, and I was told the tires will be here the next business day (Monday).I would like to mention how Bran talked with me like I was an intelligent human being. He was great and considered exactly what I was looking for and what I already knew to be true. He walked me out to my car, IDed the defect and showed it to me, then went over my options.Working with him was a joy. The lobby was pretty busy as I was heading out and he and one other employee (sorry I didnt get your name!) were handling it like champs and with smiles on.

Awesome service. They get it done and way cheaper than Les Schwab even with the friend discount at Les Schwab. My tires at LS were $600 more than at discount. Why. I was told because we do everything, not just tires. Well I am not paying for everything, I only want tires. Holy hell. Yes Discount is the best.

I am giving Brian the manager a 5 star review. We ordered a set of wheel and tires and the wrong wheels were sent by the distributor to the store. The team at Discount Tire Bonney Lake went above and beyond making the situation right. I appreciate their attention to us as customers, even though it wasnt their mess up, they made it right even gave us a free upgrade due to the inconvenience. I was upset and disappointed at first but Brian had extremely great customer service. I will come back for future service!

Great service! Even though I couldnt get there until about 15 minutes before they were supposed to close up for the day, they were happy to get me set up and back on the road with safe, new tires. They had the tires in stock, even though they are a little known brand.

Amazing, what can I say. They meet me outside and got my information in under 5 minutes and the car was getting worked on in about 15 minutes. The senior assistant Pablo is definitely they guy to talk to. Very friendly, professional and upbeat. I would definitely recommend coming here and will do so myself in the future.

Not a good experience. Definitely would not go here. I ordered my tires AHEAD OF TIME and made an appointment!!! YET someone who had an appointment AFTER me, 50 mins after me, getting the same procedure as me, leaves BEFORE I do and I got here 50 minutes prior to this person!! This is ridiculous HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF FIRST IN FIRST OUT? Definitely will be going to a different location next time.

Had a bad tire due to a nail. They quoted me a replacement. Didnt once try to sell me a full set even though I was down to a 5 on tread. No high pressure sales. I love that. I replaced them all anyways. Quick and easy replacement. Best even Costcos price. Ill always use the Bonney Lake Discount Tire. Thanks guys!!

Ive been shopping with the Bonney Lake location for many years now, almost since they opened. They have always been fair and courteous and even when the tires arent theirs, they still provide air service and basic repairs. Its the first place we go for tires.

I would not recommend that you buy tires or wheels from this location. I will give you some background information on why I cannot recommend this shop. I bought 4 tires for my truck nearly 2 months ago and had a very positive experience. This led me to refer my friend to this location for his new tires which he spent $1500 on. In the installation process they popped one of the studs on his rotor that the lug nuts go on. The employee then went on to tell my friend that it they were not liable and he should go down the road to have it fixed. I will add that this happened on a fairly new truck that had no rust. It is disappointing they treated him like this because they lost my future business, his future business, and anyone that asks for my advice on where not to shop. I am advising my friend to contact discount tire corporate and will also urge him to file a complaint with the BBB and attorneys general office if this is not resolved. I will finish by saying I had a good experience here, and that I have no qualms about other discount tire locations.

They asked the right questions, didnt try and over sell me. Matched prices and I was done in 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and didnt try and pressure me.

Been sitting here for almost 45 minutes. Cars still sitting in the parking lot even when I scheduled an appointment yesterday. All this time for a tire rotation. Some of the employees are pretty nice. Sometimes you’ll walk in and have two employees up front who won’t say a word to you until theyre done with what they’re doing. I just wish wait times weren’t so long

This tire shop has been my go-to since I moved to the area and has helped to get me back on the road. The only feedback I would have is to have the staff be a little more responsive to customers walking in the door. On my recent visit, we waited 15 minutes before being greeted and asked how he could help us (even after making eye contact several times). Overall, their work quality is great, but customer service needs improvement.

From ordering and scheduling online, to actually have the work done, it was a flawless transaction. They got me in on time and beat the estimated time to be done. Christopher was very professional and made everything go smoothly. Would highly recommend this location.

I ordered 4 new tires for my suburban mid week (10/28) and the sales associate mentioned they would be in the next day where he would call to schedule an appointment. He called the next day and I setup a time to come in on that Saturday at 8:45am. I arrived on Saturday at 8:30am to find out that they did not have an appointment for me, but they mentioned they could still get my new tires on. About 25 minutes later, the sales associate came to talk to me mentioning that the person who placed the order actually only ordered 1 tire so they would need to order the additional 3 and have me come in again later. I had a very small window that I could get this done where I can only come in on Saturdays due to work. I barely got an apology out of the sales person and I requested a full refund and mentioned I would taking my business elsewhere where they still barely said sorry. I called down to my local Chevy dealership, thinking in no way would they be cheaper, but they were. Discount was charging me $259/tire while the dealership was $214/tire. When it was all said and done, I saved almost $300 by going through the dealership with all the same guarantees and I qualified for a $100 mail in rebate.

Purchased a pair of tires that they suggested that were comparable to my old tires (that i loved). I got those put on and I absolutely hated them. I went back three days to get a refund but then they ended up telling me that I could bring in a quote from Costco and that they would match them because I had found a tire that I wanted for $700~. So a couple days later I brought in the quote to get my tires done they took my car took the old tires off put the new tire on and they pulled my car up and I went to go pay the difference for the tires which should’ve been about $130 from the tire that I didn’t like to the quote from Costco that they were going to match. I’m pretty sure it’s the manager but pablo said I had to pay $400 more on top of the $ i already spent on the tire i didn’t like. which didn’t make any sense he said a couple days prior that all I had to do is bring a quote in and they would match it and all i would be pay was the difference between the tire price which should of been about $150~ not sure why I would go to discount tire and spend $1100 on a Michelin tire when I could go to Costco and get the exact same tire for about $750 he did not have a clue of what he was doing or saying obviously. I only paid $113 after the whole fiasco happened cause i’m sure he was very frustrated and felt like he was getting ripped off which he was cause costco had $200 off the tire that i was buy from DT so they were loosing $$ and to top things off the installers put the tires i was returning to them in my trunk after i told them 2x that i didn’t want them and that they were their tires. I will never be going back to discount tire ever again but since I have their tires on my car right now I will I’ll be going to Puyallup but do not go to or discount tire in general.

3 of our vehicles needed new tires. The staff at BL Discount Tire provided excellent service for each transaction. I feel they did not try to oversell me. All staff members I encountered were polite and professional. Considering this is a younger staff, these qualities stood out even more. Great job guys!

I went there as soon as they opened at 0800 and there were about 4 other people in front of me. I had two kids with me at the time and needed a repair on my tire that had a screw in it. Nick approached me and took care of getting me signed in and when he came back I asked him approximately how long it would be since the toddler was a bit of a cranky pants today. He looked at the bays and then took it upon himself to do it instead of waiting. I thought that was super nice of him to just complete it himself instead of possibly having to wait longer. I just wanted to say thank you to Nick and I really appreciate your kindness and amazing customer service! We have been here a few times without any issue. Recently found out we needed new tires stat. I ordered Friday morning (specifically a tire that could be delivered and installed the next day according to their online system) When we went in we were told their system was not accurate. After my husband explained we could have gone elsewhere (cheaper but further away) and why we needed it asap, the manager kindly went to pick our tires up. Nick was especially respectful, helpful and kind- I would give other names but I was not at drop off. I greatly appreciate them going out of their way to honor the online time. We will continue to purchase and refer. Thank you!

I was going to get tires at Costco as they always have great pricing and service. I saw great reviews about this store so called them 1st and told them the costco tires i was looking at. Very informative employee helped me decide what was the right tire to go with for performance, noise level and longevity. There was no pressure and they even beat the Costco deal by a little. I do like that Discount has more locations than Costco and it focus 100% on tires only. It gets better!! I show up an hour early for my appointment, Bryce Siguenza was at the counter and remembered talking with me. They got me in early and were finished in 38 minutes! What a great experience from service, pricing and quality of work. A++ for that store and Bryce for an outstanding job. Loved everything about experience

First time using Discount Tire and so far Im impressed!! Made an appointment online the day before, arrived at the store and Craig was already out the door, meeting me at my vehicle. Transaction was very quick and he said my tires will be ready in about an hour. First time a tire shop has ever delivered on time! I dont think Ive ever had a better above and beyond experience before. My husband and I had an unusual request to swap wheels around while replacing our tires. The manager personally scheduled an appointment for us so he could oversee the process. They let us get in quickly and worked efficiently to get it done before I needed to be back at work. You could tell the employees loved seeing the change in our cars and wheels really make a HUGE difference in the aesthetic. Every time I look at my car now I think of the great work they put in.

Even though they were busy, they still took care of my snowtire needs. Great service.

I have to thank Discount Tires, Bonney Lake store for proven me right. I preferred Toyota, River Road for all my vehicle needs, but my husband got a set of tires from this store at a good price and good service so he talked my daughter into using them. While they went in on a Thursday, the store didn’t have the tire she want there on site but could have them by Friday so they set up an appointment. She reworked her Schedule to make her appointment only to go in to find out they never order them. “Apologies and would give her a 25% discount and come back on Saturday we will give you a call.” NEVER heard from them. A week later she called them, the tires were in set an appointment, should have only taken one and a half hours. While three hours later the car was finally done. NO discount refunded for all inconveniences this place cause. Just a bunch of lame excuses for the whole fiasco!! Three other tire shops in the same area, not sure our family (with 5 vehicles) will return.

The staff is exceptional in consideration and helpfulness. Clean, quick and professional.

I have ways been a Discount customer but chose to go with Costco becuse of a sale they were running. Long story short they were awful and refused to install the tires on my factory wheels because my spare had a different width wheel than my running tires.....I went back to Discount and not only did they insall the tires I wanted right away but they beat Costcos sale price. Save yourself the trouble and go to Discount!

I havent driven far on my new tires, but they seem to be good. The thing that i noticed most was the service. The service is very good. An example: There was an older gentleman that was in front of me, and they actually filed the rebate for him and applied the discount right away which I thought was very sweet because some of the older people out there may not be on their computers as much as younger generations are.

I have been a customer for about 4 years and between the Auburn Wa location and Bonney Lake location I have not been disappointed. The longest I have ever had to wait without an appointment was an hour and for me thats critical. I appreciate the honesty and due diligence the staff has with finding the best tires for affordable prices.

After ordering a set of tires for my pickup truck on a Thursday. I was told to come in on Friday to have installed. I show up Friday and am told they havent arrived and that they will be in on Saturday. I was disappointed but said okay they provided me a 1:45pm appointment. I showed up Saturday and was told the tires have not arrived to please wait another 39 mins. No phone call at anytime to tell me sir your tires have not arrived please do not make the trip. After 30 mins I was told they still have not arrived and i am welcome to wait God knows how long before they would arrive. I told them that was not necessary I will take my business elsewhere. So glad I went to Best Tire service around the corner. No upselling trying to sell bs warranties on tires that already have a 50k warranty and they were in stock. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Excellent customer service and fast turn around! They were able to get me in for a same day appointment for my flat tire! They got a new tire on my car and I was out within the hour!

The sales guys are nice and knowledgeable, got a great price on a 4 pack of tires. Only complaint is they told me to be there at 10:30am and Id be done by around 11:30. I didnt get out of there till 1:30pm. They were very busy!!

Found the truck tire I wanted, for a competitive price. Brought in a set of classic wheels and street/strip tires the next week. Installed them in no time, and they looked great. Forty year old rims are tough to replace, and they showed the utmost care. Will definitely be back.

Super impressed with this establishment. All employees, from salespeople to technicians are respectful and courteous to everyone walking through their door. By far the best customer service Ive experienced in a long time. Scott Burnett was my salesperson. My tire was able to be repaired and therefore I was not charged for the work. This is appointment by walk-in so the earlier you get there, the better. Again, great customer service!!

Was a Les Schwabb customer forever. Needed new tires on my truck, Les Schwabb was asking around $1900 for a set. Discount Tire got me a better tire, with lifetime of the tire protection, for a little over $1400. Not only did their price make a difference, I think they had way better customer service. I was in and out of there in about a half hour. Definitely going to take my business to them from now on.

Came in as they were closing in need of a new tire to get back to Seattle (mine got a flat after skiing so I had the spare on). They replaced it under warranty, and very quickly too! Definitely recommend this place.

Just wow! These guys are amazing. I spoke to Brad over the phone today as I was looking for a replacement tire for my car. Had already called 3 other shops and they didnt have it. By the time I got to their shop my tire had popped and it was flat. Not even 15 minutes later I was out with a brand new tire. We had a problem with them being out of my tires but they totally fixed the problem. In life I feel like it shows more about people when they make a mistake and how they fix it. They offered me a great discount no hassle on my part and worked with my schedule to get me on the road in a very busy time of the year and at their store. They were great the managment team there is great.

I brought my tires here 2 years ago, and because of a nail I got a flat last night. Tires were still under warranty, and I was able to get a similar tire, with as much use for $34.00. Pablo was so much help, and always is when ever I come in! Not to mention they got me out in about 40 minutes which is super impressive. Friendly and responsive staff but as a discount tire store still too costly if your vehicle is 10 plus years old. Prefer buying good used tires at Washington Used Tires in Puyallup on Canyon Road for my 14 year old car. Days ago paid only $37.50 plus tax each for 2 good used tires there. Three years ago bought 4 used tires from them for under $150.

I ordered 4 new tires and set up an installation appointment online. The website was fast and easy to use. After I arrived at the shop it only took an hour, maybe a little less, to get my new tires on. They were nice and explained things to me (the state of my current tires, my spare tire and my actual wheels) but werent pushy about trying to upsell me.

I havent written a review online for a business before, but felt the need to write one today. A few weeks ago I had some tires installed on my truck that I ended up being unhappy with. I stopped by Discount Tire today and Naoto and TJ promised they would took care of me. I got my tires swapped out for some others that I absolutely love. They got this done in a timely fashion and for a very reasonable price. I owe them a huge thank you for their professionalism and for going above and beyond. I will definitely be a lifetime customer at Discount. Thank you guys!
