UPDATE!: Not only did this company use Facebook to delete comments that disagreed with her video, but she also wants to hide my very specific criticisms that detail frame by frame all of our contention with her work. This would have been avoided if she was understanding and at least apologized rather than dig in her heels saying she did a great job. She told me the video speaks for itself when confronted therefore I went through it with screenshots to memorialize the facts. As they reveal a lot of my problems. (I apologize for the poor quality of photos, its a screenshot of a screenshot because there were so many issues).DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! If you do, you better make sure she shows you a proof of concept, because she will write the vague idea of her responsibilities and then shell say that she held up her side of the agreement even though she verbalized that shed do more.If I were to describe this company, it is Over Promise and Under DeliverMy first impression walking into my nieces 15th and her sisters 3rd birthday (a single themed party). Was Wow, the decorations look patchy. From the moment I walked in it was clear that this company was a small birthday party company that maxes out at 100 guest events and they attempt to present as if they can do it all.My wife found this decorator online and recommended her to my sister-in-law because her Facebook appeared to have nice work. It was the biggest regret for both of them to be involved in hiring this lady to decorate for 500 guests. There was a conversation prior to two weeks before the event requesting if she had the ability to accommodate 300 more guests. She said yes and immediately ran her calculations almost doubling the price even though there were no changes to other principle decorations. I ran the calculations on my own and she charged a premium for this event.I wouldve understood some tables not matching since there was an agreed upon deviation from the original contract, but she clearly did not have the resources. Less than half of EVERYTHING matched. Different types of table cloths, different shades (some were clearly old and had a yellow tinge) different styles of vases (which didnt match the theme), tattered chair covers (because she put spandex banquet chair covers on non banquet chairs for this event), etc.I could go on all day, but will leave it on this final note. I was on DAMAGE CONTROL the day before because this decorator though that light pink fit into Burgundy and Gold. This mess caused my god-daughter to cry and when your job is to make everyones easier you comply.And to the lady who did the decorating. When the father of the children is upset about decorations when typical men dont care, you should look inside at what youve done and attempt to make it right. Your job is to know what they care about, your job is to make sure you have everything needed to do your job, and YOU NOTIFY THEM WHEN SOMETHING CANT BE DONE!Your greed led you to bite off more than you can chew and there are a lot of disappointed people thanks to your lack of self awareness youve irritated more people than the people who originally hired you, Many of us had to do so much work because of your failures in order to salvage the mess you made and the poor work you did.

This place was terrible,the service,the tables,literally everything.the tables had MOLD on them and the table cloth had GREASE STAINS.everything was disgusting.thanks for nothing :))

Bad service, if I were to give details of how bad the decoration was, it would never finish, the amount that was paid to him was very high for the decoration he did, he promises many things when he seizes the contract with one and in the end he decorates how he is He wants, a star is a lot for this page I do not recommend it
