Terrible service! I had an appointment for both of my elderly parents. We were a couple of minutes late and they did not wanted to assist us after a 45 minutes drive. I’ve done passport before and it doesn’t take more than 5 minutes to sign and pay for it and the lady refuse to help us. Really bad customer service. Employees are all grumpy you can tell they don’t even like their job. Very disappointing.
Beyond grateful for their help with our passports. Employee (I believe named Gabby) went above and beyond to help us! Much appreciated and highly recommend. Thank you again Gabby!
They have a self service kiosk! Yay! Quick and easy for regular shipping and postage.
Priority Service 950550668881107830....They charge double the regular service rates and yet, 7 days after i paid for this parcel it is still in Florida... somewhere???Who knows where? Not these CLOWNS.The job is to move the package, Fail. The job is to move the box quickly, Fail. With tracking so the box can be tracked, Fail.Management unresponsive.
Worst treatment I have ever received in my life, I arrived at my appointment to make my passport, there was only one worker attending to two clients, so as not to interrupt her I waited in line and then when I got someone to attend to me she told the other worker that I was late, incredible that she was so busy she had time to look at what time I came through the door. I arrived at 11:05 ! And she said I arrived at 11:07 what a big difference. I understand that the rules have to be followed but she was very rude and I was treated very poorly, I think they do not do their job and it is preferable to cancel an appointment than to serve you courteously. With workers as rude as her customer service is terrible in this place, I wonder what she is doing working with the public when she is able to refer to them in such a rude way. I felt discriminated. I got the impression that she would not have done this to a native American, I feel that she was discriminated against for being Latin Knowing two languages should be a source of pride not a shame. I hope you will take this into consideration and reevaluate the customer service you are offering at this place.
I’ve been here 5/6 times and every time the employees are absolutely the rudest and most inconsiderate people. I avoid this location at all costs
Absolutely do not buy money orders from the post office! My father sent me one for $500. It took me 2 weeks and 5 locations to finally cash it. Very nice employees work here.
The couple of employees I’ve dealt with at this location are very rude. I’d rather drive further to another location than to deal with the unnecessary attitudes of their employees. I find it disheartening that one acts this way in the service industry.
Unbelievable customers service all the employees were extremely friendly and helpful.Great experience!
THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST OFFICE IN THE UNITED STATES! The postmaster, AL GUCMERIS is the rudest person I have ever met. This post office lost about 200 pieces of mail and cant even give a decent reason. I mailed a few pieces of mail to myself, to my son and to friends in another state, in addition to about 240 pieces going out for business reasons. It has been 4 weeks and I still havent received my mail and no one else has either. About 75 pieces were returned to me for no reason. DO NOT TRUST THIS POST OFFICE. ITS EVEN WORSE THAT THE POSTMASTER HIMSELF IS A CARELESS PERSON THAT COULD NOT CARE IF YOUR MAIL IS DELIVERED OR STOLEN IN THE POST OFFICE.
NO GOOD SERVICE THEY TOOK LONG TO RECIVE YOU MAIL
Gwen is the kindest most helpful and patient postal worker ever!! 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very disappointed! I had the passport apt for my little daughter. I was 5 min late, while nobody else was there and she told me i can not do it, you need to reschedule the apt!
Great place, helpfull.. Quick, clean
Every experience I have had with the Bonita Springs Post Office has been wonderful. The employees are friendly, well-informed, and efficient. Anne (supervisor) is one of the best assets of this branch.
It is always a problem when the signature is required. Fortunately I saw the truck and I went downstairs. At the same time I got a text message that was not possible to deliver the package. I went downstairs and I saw her putting mail in all mail boxes. She did not even try to ring my door bell to see if I was at home to sign. She just left a note I was not there. When I asked why she did not try to ring the bell she answered that the doorbell was the other side of the building (18ft away). Incredible. Now I know why when the signature is required I never get my mail.
Every time I come to this post office, I feel like I am walking on egg shells. Everyone seems to be moody and act as if it were there CUSTOMERS job to make them happy. Also, I never got an apology for them closing the door on me. I was closing my last package as the blinds or wall to the front desk started to go down. The lady looked me in the face which shocked me because she hadnt the dignity to talk to me. NOBODY SAID ANYTHING TO ME BEFOREHAND. Another lady who came in before this happened explained I should complain because they do this often. I came 15min early (lots of packages) and finished 3min after closing. 3 MINUTES couldnt wait. I never wrote corporate but hope this leaves some kind of mark. I am so happy I do not live here. I cannot run business with such an awful post office..
AlwAys helpful, alwAys polite, always caring to customers
This place is usually not too busy. The employees are friendly and move the line quickly.
Helpful. And they had the 2013 label 228s!! Cool place.
I have been missing mail for three months now I go into the office to inquire about the issue. When I get home to days later I find a note saying that my mail deliver thought that I had moved out of my home which absolutely has not happened and on that basis has not been delivering my mail. This is absolutely unacceptable has held up me being able to do my tax returns this year as well as not been able to receive paychecks from a company that sends actual checks via mail. Hopefully I will have means to receive my missing checks and W-2 so I can get my taxes done this yearwhich I most likely will have to pay late fees on because Im not able to get it done by the deadline. Again all based on the premise that she thought I moved well you thought wrong.
Called them every few minutes between 9am and noon on Saturday...rings rings...never answered the phone. I tried again on Monday. At least 20 times. ....line is always busy. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would give them a zero rating if that was an option.
I sent a package that required signature and for whatever reason it was waived and placed in mailbox at the business. There was no reason to have the signature waived!
Great service & best place for money orders up to $1,000.
Having worked as a letter carrier in suburban Chicago in the mid-1960s, and later traveled all over the USA while working in corporate America, there are very few post offices that complete their work as quickly, in a very cheerful manner and really care about doing a good job as staff at the USPO on Old 41.
Firstly, do most all these negative commentators not realize this is for reviews of the POST OFFICE, not the carriers???The post office itself and all the staff are one of the only bright spots in all of US businesses. I live overseas most of the past two decades, and thus, on returns to SW Florida see the horrendous level of service (mostly due to the greedy business owners never hiring as many employees as they need.) Yet, regardless if there is one, two or if you are lucky, all three windows open and working at the old 41 P>O it zips. And, the people manning the counter also seem to be able to have lucid conversations while working quickly and expertly. Why am I such a fan of these guys? We have an on line business for many years, and in all that time we have only used the USPS, and this as out main post office. I have been there during Christmas rush when there have been 32 people on line (I count) and I made it to the window within 14 minutes - you do the math - and if you cant, then dont dare complain about these guys because everyone of them in the post office rocks big time and has made doing business on line possible. Now to get those at the very top of the post office hierarchy to be as dedicated and capable as those who run the counter at the Old 41 PO.
I was expecting medication for my husband. Instead of the medication, there was a note stating that the package was delivered to a post office box. What? I dont have a post office box. Tried to call, and the line is constantly busy. Went there, waited in line, and finally got to speak to a supervisor. She found the medication int he back. She did apologize btu siad she had no clue what happened. Nice.
For those who pack their own packages, could not be quicker or more efficient. No waiting for those who want someone else to pack for them and on every occasion, cheaper than the other services.
Fast. Friendly.
The phone line always rings busy so you cant even talk to them. Mail that should be forward is being returned to the sendersenders marked as undeliverable (important stuff). Cant get a person to talk to at 180askusps. What the hell? I need help, and not getting any. Ugh!
Carrier drove right past us. Got text saying unable to deliver. BS. Didnt even try. Bad. Cant talk to anyone on phone. Wonder why they going broke
The line (if there is one) usually moves fairly quick.
I sent gift cards to my mother for mothers day and they never got delivered to her. This location clearly has some gift card thieves!! scammers! im reporting it to the attorney general. hope the scammers enjoyed the meals with the gift cards. you ruined mothers day.
I can never get anyone to answer The phone when I call it the Bonita Springs main post office on old 41.
Horrible!! Ive been patiently waiting for a package, says it was out to deliver. Go check the mail & there was a pink slip saying to go get your package on Monday!! Its makeup weighs no more than a pounds and they couldnt deliver it? Or bring it to my door? Ridiculous
Friendly, helpful and efficient. Every time !
Anytime there is a sub the mail goes missing, our regular carrier is awesome.
The woman who answered the phone was very rude to me. They lost two of my packages and now are not answering the phone when they told me I should be expecting a call regarding the whereabouts of my missing packages. Its too bad that I live in Bonita Springs.
If there was an option to give negative stars I would!!! Over paid jerks, wouldnt just give me a piece of shipping tape to return a prepaid package?! I went to UPS, they taped my package and shipped for me free of charge. Why would I expect anything more from a government funded company.
Renee is the best mail carrier in the country
I have sent gift cards to my son, on two different occasions, who lives in Bonita Springs, and he NEVER receives them. I have tried to call, repeatedly, to no avail. Who is stealing these gift cards and why cant I get any assistance with this issue? I guess my next phone call will be to the police to have them check on the status of the postal workers in that location.
They close at 4:30 pm Mon-Fri and I think till like 12 on Saturday
They are pleasant, helpful, and speedy .
Excellent service
Seas
As in all post offices, the attention is very good and the services they have are also constantly renewed and updated.
