I was very displeased about 101 Brook Ct, Bolingbrook, IL 60440 location. This location should order all jiffy lube oil products in advance, so that the customer would be able to choose its regular service. Not a more expensive oil! A customer cant be properly serviced if the product shipment is not in stock! Very Poor Management!

The first time I came here for an oil change in April, the service was impeccable. An employee greeted me right away and explained there would be a short wait. My options were explained with no undue pressure to upsell (if I’m getting the better oil, I’ll do it without a sales pitch) and the experience overall was just very pleasant.This second time was not acceptable. None of the four employees came over to greet me and inquire about which service I was seeking, they just waved me to pull up behind another car. After 10 minutes of waiting, I poked my head out to say, “Hi, is it possible for me to get an oil change?” This was just to give a hint that it’d be nice and reasonable for at least one employee to greet me and explain the wait time or inquire about my desired service. One of the employees (gentleman with a closely cropped haircut) responded quite rudely with, “Yea, when they done.” I was taken aback, but kept my composure, thanked him politely and drove away.That’s terrible customer service. There are too many options for an oil change for me to deal with that. I’m not an impatient woman, but the common courtesy of greeting a customer should be standard practice in any business. Smh.ETA: The super pleasant and helpful sales tech for my first time here was Sabeeh (sp?). I like to give credit where it is due, so I hope management sees this to note his fantastic service skills and nice demeanor.

My oils change was super overpriced, my grandfather was quoted less over the phone but when I went in I was charged about $30 over what they told him. Could be sexist, could have just been misinformation. Either way it did not make for a great experience. The bathrooms were super disgusting, straight out of a horror movie. I feel bad for the workers that have to use them every day.

The technicians went above and beyond I was very happy with the service that I received. Thank You so very much.

I only give reviews when something sticks out to me and the service I received definitely did. They were friendly, competent, and went above and beyond to assist me with a safety concern I had on my vehicle. They could have easily dismissed me and sent me to a body shop as the issue was out of their wheelhouse yet they did everything they could to get find answers for me. Thank you!

Totally disappointed. They damage the drain plug of my car and didnt tell me, their excuse was that they dont have the right tool to remove it but they tried and damaged. I went next day to submit the complaint but they just ask my information but never call me to fix this issue. I never will go to this place again

I’ve been going to this place as long as I’ve had a car and am always pleased with their service until my most recent visit. I rolled down my window and the massive smell of marijuana hit me in the face as if it was smoked right before I pulled in so I know someone didn’t bring it in their car. I’m not impartial to the smell working in EMS or am I judgmental to those who do smoke it. But if you are working on MY CAR you should not be under the influence of drugs. I’m going to be getting my oil changes elsewhere sadly from now on.

I had a wonderful experience this morning at this Jiffy Lube. My oil change was friendly, quick and professional. They kept me informed the entire visit and provided various options in cost. I appreciated their honesty in showing me the air filter to prove it was fine and didn’t need replacing. Of course that should be expected, but I was still impressed. All of the employees were so friendly and, as an added bonus, the coffee station was stocked like a Starbucks. I will definitely return.

I visited the Jiffy Lube in Bolingbrook today I met a gentleman by the name of Antoine. He displayed professionalism, courtesy and quality. He also did his best to make sure we were well taken care of. The services he provided were punctual and exactly what I asked for. He made sure to smile and do his best to make everyone feel comfortable he also explain to us the importance of staying in the vehicle wow receiving a service due to the virus concerns. He apologize but made us aware that it was the best thing to do as far as safety and health. Great service and his coworkers was nice too very nice men on your team.

This place is the best . Nobody would take out my over filled transmission fluid without charging me an arm and a leg and they did it for me without cost they are very nice and helpful here .

Stuart assisted me a few months ago. He was so warm and knowledgeable. Today I went in because my car was rumbling a bit while idle. DeAndre assisted me. He was very thorough, and a sweetheart! Noah supervisor on duty was excellent manager and role model for younger trainees. His customer service and professionalism was outstanding.

This place close at 6pm but there’s a sign up stating they on lunch at 4:23 & the guy stated when I called they won’t be back until 5:30 then said I mean 5pm. This BAD BUSINESS. You close at 6pm why lunch now?

This is my second visit to this location. My first visit occurred about 4-5 months ago for a standard oil change, at the time they were under different management. I was overdue for another oil change and returned to this location. The technician notified me that they were unable to remove the drain plug. Most likely the technician who completed my last oil change was at fault by stripping it or by screwing it in too tightly? In any case the manager, Stuart assured me they would take care of it. They proceeded to replace the drain plug with a new one, took care of my oil change and cabin filter, and added a gasoline treatment for free. The new management at this location impressed me and took ownership for the old managements mistake. In my opinion they went above and beyond good service. Stuart and his team were friendly, efficient, professional and I look forward to taking my car back to them in about 3-5K miles!!! Thanks guys! I highly recommend this location.

Happened to stop in today for my regularly scheduled oil change, and I noticed the place was a lot more livelier with more professionally Mannered and friendly employees. A huge positive difference since my last visit. It’s my understanding they are under new management..... I noticed the difference right away. Special shout out to Stuart and Jordan who left a positive Impression on my visit there today.Even had a fresh hot pot of coffee are running in the afternoon.Great job guys!

I happened to stop by for an oil change. My plan was to drop off my car so I wouldnt have to wait. When I arrived I was greeted by 3 associates who were very friendly! My oil change only took about 15 minutes. I was very pleased with how fast they were. The price was not bad, and my windows were washed and my interior vacuumed. I will definitely be returning!!

Got serviced by deandre and I believe Kenneth (younger team member)very friendly and courteous. Work got done in less than 2 minutes. Have never had such an amazing experience as when I did with those two. Very great service. Will definitely be my only auto care service spot. keep it up.

Came in to fix an oil leak in my car and was there for about 3 hours. Even though I was there a long time, the atmosphere was very friendly and the workers made sure to fix my car and ensure that it would not happen again. The staff is very nice and as I was waiting, other people came in and out for their oil changes, which took about 15 minutes or less. If you want an oil change quickly and done professionally, I recommend going here. I would go here again :)

Had a great experience here yesterday -- all of the employees were very friendly, and it was the fastest oil change Ive ever gotten. Plus they upgraded my oil and wipers for free because they did not have the products I wanted in stock. Overall I could not have asked for better service.

Ive been here twice and both times I was served quickly, greeted cordially and offered a solution on my second visit even though this site couldnt help me immediately. The manager called another location and ensured they had the battery in stock I needed before I went over. The vacuum of my vehicle with the oil change was a nice touch.

Awesome experience from start to finish. I came in for a Ride Share vehicle inspection. I was told these usually take 20 minutes. The team at this store had me out an on my way in about 8. Amazing customer service from Terrell, who was warm/welcoming and professional. Truly an exceptional talent that made me feel like a valued customer. Ill be back!

My husband usually does the car maintenance but is out of the country. I went to this place and they were fantastic! I needed an oil change. They changed my oil. They had a sale on wipers so I got some. They checked my tire pressure, replaced my oil filter and put Rainex on my windshield. Their customer service is beyond exceptional. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fri., Feb. 28th I called to this location to see what time they closed & if they could fix my blown-out front light. I was told 7p. they would close and it was around 6p. when I called but I was told to come in & that they should be able to get to me. Well, I did and they did. Not only did they get to me they put the bulb in for free! Often times women feel like they are being taken advantage of & surely this wasnt the case. I thank those 3 men that day ..... Not because of the free bulb but because they were professional & because they are everything else follows! Thank-you Jiffy Lube, I appreciate you ..... This is surely a place to do business with!

The Jiffy Lube team at this location are absolutely wonderful people! They went the extra mile in servicing my car. I came in for a quick oil change, trying to squeeze in before they closed. They took care of my windows, my carpet, all of my fluids and of course my oil change. They even provided me with windshield wipers as they noticed I was in need of replacements. They seem to work well as a team and it is very much appreciated. I tried to tip them but my offer was refused, Hats off to the staff being happy with providing their service alone.. This stores is terrible kids in their are so unprofessional they didnt put oil in my car and locked my motor I went to get it resolved the GM stuart proceeded to want to be combative an aggressive toward me and my wife when I asked for the dm number he got further frustrated from his lack of experience to the job and continued to attack me and my wife verbally and wanting to fight my wife called the cops and our situation wasnt resolved even after talking to district manager Robert he waited a week to tell us that the special team said our motor locked because their wasnt any oil in the car at all with no oil leaks from the land or the filter. My car isnt even due for an oil change not only do I use full synthetic oil I have only taken my car to jiffy lube to be serviced this is an insult. Will be taken to court.

I went back there weeks ago and the service was HORRIBLE!!!! The first time I attempted to go there, they had no fuel filters. Come on jiffy lube, you are an oil changing service. I was asked to come back several hours later. This was after being ignored for at least ten minutes. I went back as the location is so convenient. I again waited before anyone even acknowledged by presence. I specifically asked for the oil to be changed AND to add windshield fluid. I didnt think Id need to babysit this process. Two days later, NO windshield fluid. As they close before I get done at work, I explained what happened. They wanted me to wait for two more cars. Seriously??? You cant just pour the liquid into the car without being in a bay? This used to be my go to for oil changes. I will NOT be going back. As stated, see previous review, this USED to be a great place to go. Why exactly is this place under new management so often????Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
