They always go above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of and that my car is safe to put on the road! I just want to say that Tanya, the lady in the lobby who handles the phones and customers is AMAZING!!! The lady is a saint!!! So patient, and courteous, and professional!!! She jumped through so many hoops trying to get my cars extended warranty company to dish out for a covered part. Tanya saved me $1100 out of pocket. Thats food on the table and rent paid for a month for my family. The woman practically saved my life as my job completely revolves around being able to use my car all day to get from client to client to repair their furniture. Tanya rushed me in for service as soon as possible, made call after call for my warranty, AND she turned down a cash gift i tried to give her for her patience. This place is my go-to for service from now on. Give Tanya a raise, lol! As someone who has been in customer service for 15 years, i must say Tanyas customer service is OUTSTANDING!
Hi, I was there two weeks ago because I felt like the $1700 I spent there would be well spent. I am very disappointed, Not to mention how hard I have to work to make that kind of money during a pandemic. I am so upset, my car is doing the exact same thing. It makes the same exact noises, feels the same in every way. My next visit will only be to a dealership. I hope and trust it will be fixed correctly because they will want to sell me another vehicle . Always follow your 1st mind. Hope this helps, I probably should have mentioned that I am a female. I will keep you all posted. I am taking my car to dodge to get a vehicle inspection to see if the work I paid for was actually done. Fingers crossed.
They had my car for 5 hours never called me. Came in to see if car ready. Not even done. Still parked . Nothing but apologies is what I got. I was told they had some emergency. I been going there since they opened. An original customer. Service has declined with this new management . Thinking of finding another Firestone to use, probably gonna loose me as a customer.
My daughters and I were on a road trip and got a flat tire on the highway. We had to book a room for the evening but wanted to get on the road as soon as possible in the morning. We showed up immediately when the doors open. We were greeted with such kindness. After explaining our situation we were told our car would be looked at immediately, and it was. We then found out it was not the tire but the rim/wheel that was damaged. We were blessed to have them perform this repair that otherwise wouldve caused us to turn around and head home on our spare time. If you are in the Bolingbrook area...this is the place to stop. Great customer service and amazing mechanics! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

DO NOT GO!! I actually want to give them NO stars. I went for a simple tire change and instead of just doing a simple tire change they proceeded to try and upscale me by diagnosing my car with other problems and while doing that they broke my breaks and all my oil leaked onto their floor. My car was fine before going there. I had enough and decided to go somewhere else and asked if it was okay to drive a short distance they said yes but when I went to drive it the breaks did not work at all. I could’ve DIED if I didn’t check it myself. These are not professional men. They don’t know what they are doing and are just trying to get more money out of you. 0 STARS BTW****

11am oil change appointment, asked if i was going to wait while they were done i said no. Called around 12:30 and they told me my car was next, uncertain why i had an appointment at that point. Didn’t get my car back til past 3pm…Won’t go here again
Brought my car in for leaking fluid and spent a few hundred to fix, iirc. Not only was my car not fixed the first time, but two more visits failed to fix it even after assurances from the manager on duty theyd put lining underneath the car to monitor for fluid leak. Three failures to fix a leak is a strike out for me.
Management needs to be trained again.not going to say anything else,not enough time!
This place is so bad..i had set up an appoimnet for an oil change since last week..then i came in and there was a guy and a lady at the front desk the guy told me hold on i will be with you in a min i was seating at the lobby for 10min then a guy and 2 ladys came in and they guy started taking care of them i was just like ok..i got here first..terrible service..never come back here ever again..
I took my car in at 3pm for an oil change and left it there to get it fixed. They called me at 5:11pm saying it needs a gasket fixed so I agreed and I asked if it would be done by the time they closed (6pm) and he said yes, but if not then he’ll call me later to let me know that it’s staying overnight. I called at around 7pm to check to see what happened but no luck. He did not call me back so I wasn’t made aware that my car was staying overnight and I had work in the morning which caused me an inconvenience considering I didn’t have a key to open up for my job in the morning. Luckily they didn’t end up doing the gasket so I can get it fixed somewhere else. They didn’t even give me a sticker to let me know when my next oil change is so I don’t know if they even did the oil change.
They were quick, efficient, honest, easy to work with. Quram was very patient and helpful and he understood my needs as a customer. Thanks guys!
Had an appointment for an oil change. 2+ hours later I called to see how much longer and I was told about another hour or so. Took my vehicle elsewhere.

Yesterday I spoke with the manager Sal and indicated the I had an issue with my bumper clip. And asked can I come in first thing in the morning to have you look at it and see if its something you could fix! I was there before 7am and got in and got out. Sal had one of his techs who was leaving, pop it back in place before he left! Outstanding service!
I been going there for many years but no more! Employees think they own the place especially the manager. The only friendly person there is Tania. I have a life time alignment and I ask for a oil change and alignment when I scheduled my appointment. They told me they did the alignment but I know they didnt my car still pulls to the left as before. Manager is super rude ! Another time the technician did not install the oil filter correctly and my car leak all the oil by the next day, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back this time but no more!
Only brakes took all day from 8:30 am until 7pm. When in original plan they told me my car would be ready at 1pm.

I have been going here for years. Tanya ( service advisor ) is fantastic. I have had a couple of issues in the past but they have always made it right. They have stood behind everything they have sold to me. The lifetime alignment is also a fantastic deal if you plan on keeping your car for a long time.
I purchased four new tires and life time alinement in July 2020. Its December and they cant get the alignment and balance correct on the vehicle. They did 8 alinements and had to go back for a second rebalance.They insisted the vehicle was good. It had a dangerously strong pull when you drove. Which I explained to them and the said the vehicle was fine. They did feel anything. I came to find out by going to another firestone one of the tires has a factory defect and they couldnt tell. Vehical was unbalanced and out of alinement.

This store should be closed down, I my self was almost a victim of their scam. I bought 4 tires and had them balanced with new valve stems, but this store tried to without my permission do and alignment on my vehicle. What stop them was I used to work in a shop, so as I watched I asked how come he was under my front end so long and they informed me he was doing a alignment that I never ordered. While I sat in the lounge I observed it in more than one occasion, just beware if you need tires and go to this establishment

Quality work at a fair price. This location is very popular, if you want to get your vehicle serviced by a certain date I would drop it off a couple days early. Good people work here and you can tell they take pride in the service they provide.
I feel weirdly violated. I dropped car off 6am before work it is by my job. I wanted to get battery terminals replaced and check an oil leak. They called 9am to confirm what i wanted done. Did not get a call all day at 6pm i was wondering so called them no one answered. They hours say 8pm so called more then drove work truck there and they were closed and my car was locked inside. I have no arraignment to get home or back to work. Forced into a 50 dollar uber ride. They did not call me all day and locked my car in the shop. Im still in shock as i sit in uber.... Mind blown!! Would not recommend anyone take car there if this could happen

I went there to have four tires installed that I purchased from tire rack as Firestone is a approved installer from tire rack. I was quoted about an hour maybe a little more, but it took two and a half hours. The service itself seems good, but dont believe their estimates.
Much thanks goes to Chelsea Valiente for recently helping my wife and me when my Mini Cooper lost power on a Sunday drive. The car had been acting up a bit so I had an appointment set with the dealer for the next day. Chelsea helped by allowing us keep our car on their lot so that a tow could pick it up the next day and in getting us connected with Uber so that we could get home safely. Further, she helped throughout the process of getting the tow truck on his way the next day. In the end, there was no charge for her help, but it sure left a great impression on us. So happy they let me edit this review everyone please be aware of this place when in spin 750 normally I drive my car 4000 miles before I change the oil Firestone just supposed to change my oil 3 weeks ago or like Papa no 2700 more miles to go before I normally get a oil change and its a fair car so they take care of the oil change and other things but since I have to pay for the brakes and I was at Firestone go ahead change the oil 3 weeks later I found out they never change my oil everyone beware watch these people they move too fast they try to get everybody in without appointments on the weekend be careful its been a lot of money and cars just for them not to do a oil change thank God my engine then lockedHad an appointment early thought I was going to be in and out two hours tops should have been Nope 5 hours for a brake job way too long everyone that came in after me that didnt have a appointment was getting in and out before me.

Don’t bother making appointments. This was my last strike with them since my previous oil change I had to add more oil only a week after getting an oil change done and only drove my car to and from work for 4 days (30 miles a week). I set up an appointment a week ago and called and confirmed my appointment time the day before for a basic oil change (that normally would take around 45 mins to an hour from my previous visits) but it took almost 2 and a half hours even with my appointment being the first one of the day. They didn’t even tell me there would be a longer wait time let alone apologize the wait time, just asked me if it was cash or card. Definitely going to be going elsewhere for my oil changes from now on.
They where very helpful. A family member slammed in to a curb and bent my rim. So i got an alignment and rim in stalled.. You and make an appointment or walk in. They are open very early like 7 am... in and out!! They also have a credit card that could be Interest free if you purchase over a certain amount for 6 months.Thanks Firestone for helping me with my bad rim!!!

One of the few places where you can pay >600 for a brake job (and I had a coupon for $60 off). Your car dealership is cheaper. My gear-head friends laughed at me for going there in the first place. Definitely learned my lesson...will go back to my old mechanic & never return.
They put multiple clearly wrong parts into my car. They put the wrong spark plugs into my sisters car and almost totalled it then refused to pay for any of the damage caused by their incompetence. Thankfully after long Debate and ample amounts of evidence they didnt charge for the incorrect spark plugs. I would never send anyone to Firestone. No mater how much I hated them.

I had a full exhaust system installed in July of 2016 and it was never right. I brought the car back a half a dozen times to have it repaired and was assured everything was good even though I could hear & see that it was not. It never sounded right and never looked right. It hung way to low and was obviously installed with no concern for quality or longevity. Just had the exhaust replaced again at an independent garage and the mechanics were shocked when I told them it was just replaced a couple years ago. I wouldnt trust Firestone to put air in a tire.

Went in for an alignment. Previously purchased an alignment, so I had the “lifetime alignment” service. Just as others have recently said, staff is nice, store is clean, service was fast, however work was never done. Steering wheel off to the left, and pulled right. I noticed immediately as I pulled away onto Boughton that a wrench was never on it. Came right back into the store and explained. We will see how it turns out, as I am here now writing the review.It would be much more helpful if mechanics would go over any work performed, as they do in other stores, with their customers. I ALWAYS keep ALL documents to my vehicle. I have it all filed away in its own binder. So, yes, I want the alignment report as well. Thank you.
After going elsewhere to get my vehicle serviced for the last several years, I decided to to take a chance and let the Bolingbrook Firestone service my Buick Rainier based on online reviews. I was very pleasantly surprised and happy with the service I received from the sales associate (Mark) to the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. I was very satisfied with the experience.
Have taken my vehicle here a few times, but i think my last visit will be the last. Took in for a nail in the tire and the technician told me because the nail went in sideways that it was no good. Ive repaired my own tires in the past and knew this was fishy. Took the truck back to the dealer the following day and they said it was completely repairable and the angle of the nail doesnt matter as long as its not near or in the sidewall. Trying to sell a tire to make some money when clearly it is repairable.
I recommend you come on your day off reviews of long wait times are accurate. Staff up front are very nice. Lobby is dirty chairs are stained. Also techs don’t wear gloves so expect black marks on your interior. I noticed they don’t have a lot of guys in the back room which is probably why services take forever. I set my appointment for 7:30 and the car didn’t get pulled in until 8:30 all I needed was an alignment the tech did some adjustments and test drove it and I was told it was still not right and instead of doing more adjustments and a test drive they parked it and worked on other cars and I had to go wait just doesn’t make sense to me why one car can’t be finished first. Total in and out time for me and was roughly 4 hours no joke for an alignment I had scheduled for 7:30AM
They would diagnose a prob and ask you to pay which is more expensive..the same issue Grease monkey would diagnose for free..common guys... not going back...done with Firestone anywhere in the world.

They supposedly change my Oil I almost got killed. On highway cause it did not have Oil had it road to nearest mechanic found out my oil was never.clean or they never put the oil 4..they only put two quarts then I paid for expensive spark plugs and they put cheap plugs will never ever go to them Again.
Sals crew has always gone the extra mile to take care of me. My battery light went off near this location. Tanya/Angel went above and beyond to take care of me. They even found me a way to get to work while my car got repaired. I wouldnt go anywhere else! Thank you!!
Sal, Tanya, Ruben and Kirk have been very good to my 1999 Volvo with 250,000 miles over the past 14 months. Better service, better repairs, better diagnoses and better PRICES than Volvo of Lisle down the street. Good people here. Highly recommend.
They take their sweet time. I went in for two tires. The simplest job on a car. My car was not ready when they said. Then it wasnt ready again when I went in. So I had to wait another 10 mins, and be late to work. I do not recommend this place. I think my tires are not weighted properly either. They vibrate after I got my car back. Save some stress and spend 10 dollars more somewhere were they appreciate your business.

Went to this location with the impression I would be overcharged and manipulated. My experience was completely the opposite. They were personable, honest, thorough, and helpful. A GREAT experience... and I do believe they now have one more loyal customer.
NO STARS!! We took our car in because it was leaking steering wheel oil to get an estimate and told us it would be over $400.00. at no point did they disclose to us that if another part did not get changed the problem would continue. The car was taken in on 1/13/17 and out on 1/14/17. Today 2/1/17 I went in again because the same problem.... spoke to the managing partner Sal Solis and said to call back Friday this week. I just want my money back the $472.15 because they did not fix the problem and had said this would fix the problem. BAD customer service. No communication skills. Will not recommend this shop to no one. You only get ripped off and dont fix the problem.
Avoid if you care about the condition of your vehicle! A $600 repair, went fine, but my bumper had a huge dent, and they BROKE MY HOOD RELEASE AND GLUED IT BACK ON!!! And they broke my glove box handle trying to snoop around!! (I had it locked.)And to top it off, Sneaky Sal tried to get off from fixing the three issues. I made him do it all. CROOKS!
I used to love this place, however they have recently cost me a lot of money and unnecessary stress. A simple oil change turned into a disaster for no one other than me. A day after my oil change I woke up with a garage full of oil underneath my car. I had to pay to get it towed to a more reputable place with knowledgeable mechanics. Please tell me how someone puts an oil filter in upside down. It cost me a couple hundred dollars to have the bottom of my car cleaned up. Not to mention having to drive around for a week with the sickening smell of burnt oil. This dumb as heck mistake could have shot my entire car for life. One day after the oil change there was almost NO oil left in my car because it was all over my undercarriage and garage floor. This was in May of 2018.A year before that I needed sway bar links replaced. They had ordered and put on the wrong sized parts and drove with it like that for a few months. Took it to the dealer when they discovered yet another mistake on this Firestone location’s end. Tanya’s solution was to give me a free oil change, that expired in 30 days. Thanks Tanya, but no thanks.Will NEVER return to this location because I clearly cannot even get an oil change done correctly. Their mistakes have cost me over a thousand dollars in damages. And a messed up stained for life garage floor...

Think Twice About Service HereI called to get a quote on a wheel alignment I spoke with Kevin & he told me $99.00 I scheduled and had the alignment done. The rub is the bill $99.99 ok whats a dollar right, and plus a shop supply fee that I was not told about $6.58 that equates to an added 7% to my bill. Kevin who was assisting me when I questioned the amount quickly pointed out that I signed the form agreeing to pay all fees. His attitude was condcending & demining and refused to take off what I called the RipOff Shop Supply Charge that I was not told about. Kevin did not even take the time to explain what work was done to my car, I was not treated honestly at this place of business. My way of thinking is if they cant be up front with their fees what else are they not going to be honest about. When I got home I read my paper work and their was nothing about paying a shop supply fee . I went with this shop due to its close proxcimity to my home, I will chose different shop next time.

I took my van here because it was wobbling way too much, first of all every time I go they use the Handicap parking spot and the extra space for handicap to place their cars, so I couldnt get down with my ramp. I bought my 4 wheels there 2 months before, so I asked them to please check what was wrong, left the van there for couple of hours, they called me saying that my van had a broken tie rod and that was going to cost me $320. I picked up my van and took it to a mechanic he said that was not the issue, I ended up taking my van to the Dealer where I bought my van and they charged me $52 for fixing the issue which was a problem with the Kneel which was stuck!!!! So do I trust this place?? Not anymore! Is not the 1st time they do something like this. I do NOT RECOMMEND IT!*Staff in front desk are always very nice and friendly* other than that, Im very disappointed.
Took good care of us and were reasonable. We came in because are one tire was low. They found another tire with issue. We had to get a new Tire.
My car kept having issue after issue, but Mark kept working with me time after time until its purring like new again without one complaint or excuse. He cares. He is the very best!!!!!

I have been here a few times for new tires and oil changes. They are always very nice, but my last visit for a $95 oil change on my van took way too long.I had an appointment and told them Id be waiting. It was 15 min before they started on my car and then left it on the rack to drain the oil for the next 45 min. They finally put the oil in, leaving it sit in the garage another 25 minutes after I arrived I was done. 90 minutes total.With ten bays with cars in them it appeared there were only a few people working that day. Maybe they were short on effort, but Im not sure I would come back for an oil change. Best go to one of the oil change places where its in and out in twenty minutes. Time is money.
I needed a vehicle inspection for Uber and an oil change. Mark was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about my Camry. He notified me of everything that was necessary for my car and consulted me on the cost before making any repairs. This will be my new mechanic shop.

My beater car broke down and I had it towed there. They said it will be like $45 to inspect the starting trouble. It turned something major was wrong with the engine and they suggesting taking it to showroom. It was not worth fixing but when I asked them how much I owed them, they didnt charge me anything. That was very nice of them.Also had battery changed on the same car before - it was a good experience.
Never had any issues with them ever since I brought my vehicles. Their service was awesome.
Walked in with my usual ignorant questions and issues. They figured out what I needed, gave me options and did what needed and made sure all applicable coupons were applied. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE is why I take my car here... and my girlfriends... and my 4 childrens... Thank you!!

Waited 1h 20min to get the car inside. I HAD appointment for tire change. Showed up on time and left the car. It was a waiting appointment and they said it would be done in one hour and 30 minutes. After the time passed i came back to pick up my car but my car was not even moved from the spot i left it. So disappointed. I am taking my business elsewhere next time.

Said to return Friday (today 3-15-19) to talk to GM and again most utter disrespect Mr.cleto (tech supposably) said you should of been here earlier cause he left and now stuck paying cat mouse with these immature supposably techs.... Save your self time and money people these guys are unprofessional and will give no Fs about your vehicle..

Passing through Chicago on our way to vacation in Michigan. Following a semi-truck on the freeway that dumped bags of Halloween webbing all over. Yards and yards of webbing wrapped around our tires and melted forming hard plastic. We pulled off the freeway and tried to take care of it ourselves to no avail. Stopped at a few other tire places who were not willing to help us (three kids in car). Passed Firestone and they were immediately willing to help, resolved the problem and had us on our way within 15 minutes. Super friendly, empathetic to the situation and would recommend to anyone. Nothing frustrates me more than when people lie to me. They ruined my entire afternoon Bc they lied about how long it would take. Took almost 3 hours for me to get new tires put on when I was told 1 hour or so. And not to mention the restroom smelled like strong urine and the toilet did not work so I had to hold my bladder for three hours. After the first 1.5 hrs I asked how long and was told 25 mins, another lie. It took another hour or so. Normally I drop my car off and I catch a cab home so I can go relax while my car is being worked on however since They lied and said one hour so I stayed and suffered the entire time in the stinky little shop when I could have either gone somewhere else if I felt like waiting 3 hrs anyways ( I called in advance to make sure Id be in n out) or I couldve left and Id have no complaints. Im beyond irritated. If u value time/your life do not go here. Go to infinite auto up the street if you want fast affordable service, where I should have gone to begin with. I just didnt feel like waiting. But I ended up waiting anyways.
