I dont do reviews at all tbh, but this girl shes really nice, smart she knows her stuff and oh God shes really pretty im sure shes the manager.Came in she help me out in no time, so if yall want good service yall know where to come!!

The ladies here are so sweet and considerate. I walk in and they’re greeting me from wherever they are in the store. After only going in a few times they now know me by name! They are knowledgeable and pleasant and they also stayed a little late once so that I could pickup my packages on my way home from work! I would recommend this location (E Boughton Rd) to anyone who values fantastic customer service and friendly, smiling faces!!

So every other UPS store prints labels for free but this one? Lady was not helpful and will never be returning. I have been to 4 different stores, this was just the most convenient at the moment, and they wanted to charge me $2 per printing!!! I am already paying $6 each for these returns and I get this printed for free at another store so no thank you!!! Dont waste your time

This is the absolutely extreme worst UPS store in areas Ive lived during past 5years and its not getting better.I shipped my camera lens through this store...and got damaged during the shipping..because i did bought insurance ..they declined and never helped me....the lady name Ailene ..couldnt read English well.. ask me to resend them email with return receipt...and charged me $15 for using their computer!!The saving grace is knowing that all UPS and personnel are not like this.I get disgusted hearing the rudeness directed at other customers too. Humility is a must, but never enough when dealing with this UPS store. Sadly its not just a few individuals. Avoid this place and ironically they just might be happy. Make sense??..??

Love love love this store! We go here to mainly do amazon returns and the girl that always helps us is so great! She is professional, personable, patient and very helpful! I love going to this store the most out of any of the local UPS stores. Highly recommend this store!

Heather was such a great help after a stressful day! She was knowledgeable about my options and patient with me especially when I needed to change my package in-store! It seems like she really cares about her work and the customer experience - I was there for a while and observed her with several customers. I don’t typically write reviews but I definitely had a positive experience and highly recommend this location.

Excellent customer service! I took in a package that needed to be closed with a little tape. The ups across town wanted to charge me for the tape. I brought it here and they didnt charge. When i asked them about it, they said it was ups policy, but they dont do it because its so trivial and they want to show good customer service!

I came here to print out a 24x36 family crest and I called the company and paid for a digital copy to get a great print out instead of a blurry one. The lady manager there did a great job and I recommend her and this location for any of your needs. Very professional! Thank you again ❤️ Villalobos Family

Not sure who assisted other customers that left bad reviews. I had the pleasure of being helped by Heather and couldnt be more happy with the service I recieved! Heather is very knowledgeable and helped me with something other competition stores said they couldnt do! She even stayed past her shift to help me complete my order!

We have our business mailbox at this UPS location. The staff are always friendly, cheerful and helpful. Since we started here in 2014, they have never missed a package or given me the wrong packages or mail. Great location.

This store is a joke - the employees are so rude and completely unprofessional! I brought a box that I was shopping back to Amazon, the employee scanned it and threw it across the floor - thankfully it wasn’t glass but if this is how they handle returns I can only imagine how they handle incoming packages.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Theres a nice older latina lady who I think maybe owns the store and she was very nice and helpful. She also has an amazing body and wears nice clothes to show it off, def stacked in the chest!Overall great experience, I recommend this store over some of the other UPS stores in the area. Plus you have something to look at when you go there. Who knows, she might even be single...

Poor customer service!!!! No greeting, told the person I have two packages (very light) and all she says its gonna charge you $1 for the tape and I said no. She simply turned around and ignores and I leave. I would understand big or bulky boxes but these were very light, hardly 1-2lbs each. No wonder this store has a bad rating. Dont go here for your packages.

UPS customer service and employee accountability is terrible. I will never select to use them as a package carrier.I had a package delivered by Amazon to my house. Ups took it to this access point instead. Ups then blamed Amazon and said Amazon told them to deliver it there.I called Amazon to verify that this was not true. Amazon had to call ups on my behalf to get them to deliver to the right address because ups refused to do that.I had to call ups and Amazon multiple times and a week later the package was still sitting at the access point instead of being delivered to my house.Ups employees gave me conflicting information as to whether or not the driver even showed up at my house on the first delivery attempt. Some said they never came here and some said that they did.Ups never cared when i pointed out that their employees lied to me and gave me wrong information.They are a terrible company to deal with. Save yourself the headache

Unfortunately, staff does not have proper training to know how to securely package items. Terrible customer service for any issues. I have had two items damaged and a finger pointing game between the store and UPS claims. The owner is never available for help, and associates keep saying to speak to the owner.

Poor customer service after package arrived damaged. Uneducated staff, poor email correspondence. Even the owner, Cecile has very little concern for her customers. Finally had to address matter with corporate.Perhaps that explains the sub-par reviews.

Staff is friendly but theyre the staff. The owner, I think her name is Celeste, has totally ignored my correspondence regarding a big issue I had with a print job with them. After sending the files in no one would return my calls regarding the status of the job and I had to go to another UPS store to get the job done in time for my meeting. Mistakes happen so I emailed both to voice my concerns as well as left messages - yet I never got a call, email, anything, back.The staff can handle small issues but if its anything important I would stay as far away as possible from this owner.
