DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING INSURED HERE!!!Called to make a payment was on hold for 10min.Once assisted the agent was extremely rude and hung up on me.I tried to call at least 7 times after that because I need to put my insurance. The first 3 times she picked up and hung up. Called again with a different number and she answered,gave my information then was put on hold for 10 minutes then she hung up!!!Called again this time she answered and transferred me to another office where they finally took my payment.Lack of communicationLack of professionalismLack of customer service / gratitudeLack of multi taskingI can understand if busy but don’t hang up on people on purpose. Once my policy is over I’m never using this company.

I get my personal car insurance here, and for car insurance whether it be personal of business its a good price, however their business insurance for on the job is a scam, because I didnt have the 1000 dollars up front they wanted me to pay over 500 and then about 130-150, I said oh ok for what 5 months for the year? No they wanted over 500 down and 140 or so for 11 months, what kinda scam is that?!?! Then they refused to bundle my policies for my business company because I bought the auto policy last month, I went to next insurance, I paid just over 300 for my deposit for first and last month and I am also paying about 150 a month like this company wanted me to, but for even better insurance than what was offered, they had originally told me they were gonna call me with another policy, the second I heard this policy deductible I said no, then I called back to have my business insurance cancel stating I had new insurance, its illegal to have 2 insurance policies for the same stuff, so I tell them I have a new policy, and they claim I have to come in and sign documents to rid my old policy or send them my new policy, why so you can charge people properly?!?! Ive never had to do anything that confirm on the phone I want it canceled, claiming my phone call isnt enough to legally cover myself, so I guess we will just have to see what the Better Business Bureau thinks of this situation🤷♂️
Called and tried to make a payment and they just left me on hold for 6 minutes. Hung up and called back and the lady rudely yelled she only left me on 2 minutes, I informed her I had proof it was 6 minutes and just wanted to make a payment. She then just put me on hold again. Very unprofessional ! Called the Joliet location and the lady was beyond sweet ! People here just don’t care. I never leave reviews but for this treatment I had to.

This place is unprofessional, if you not Mexican or can speak spanish then they Treat you like u less then and they talk about u in your face when knowing u don’t understand spanish, and dont waist your money or time with them and they cancle your account before the due date and tell u to put down more money for a down payment 👎🏼

It is one of the worst agencies for car insurance because it has a bad service and a bad staff trained to solve problems about your policies would be one of the last agencies to recommend. Since when you cancel them they always leave with excuses and no solution because they end up hanging up the phones making themselves worthy

Ive been a magnum customer in bolingbrook since 2015 and the agents give you a good price. Likewise, they treat you with great respect, ask for Gabriela, or Luis, who is always there to help with accident claims.
