Kristi and her staff have always assisted me any time I have called her office. They are polite and quick to the point which I appreciate about them. So far, I have used the app with ease and usually find what I need there. Kristi’s staff has never placed me on a long hold - as I said above, and they get directly to the point in a polite manner. Time management is important to them when speaking with their clients. They understand that time is valuable - even if we are in the middle of a pandemic!!!
