I hired On Top Visibility for building of a website and SEO services The site was built, and I sent them content, and photos, and they built it, but it took so long to finalize the site as I had to send email after highly detailed email with a list of changes, only about half of which would be implemented.I would again have to email the items again, and they would only partially install the changes - THE REST THEY FORGOT I GUESS. The obvious typos were not fixed unless I pointed them out. They would install photos on the site that were cut-off because they just did not fit, yet I HAD TO SHOW THEM! I was not charged for a month of seo fees because they admitted making a lot of mistakes. I then complained a second time about their lack of response to typos and other obvious issues with the site, and was given ANOTHER 2 MONTHS free seo services. They gave me 3 months free within my first year of seo due to them dropping the ball.They made updates to the site as they should have, but DID NOT PROOFREAD THE SITE after making these changes. For example, the navigation bar spelling for Hands-on Experience was spelled Hands-onn Experience. I was paying this company to get me business and they CANT SPELL HANDS-ON?? They just could not get it together.It was also stressed to me by these clowns at inception that the website they are building for me has to resize it self to fit hand held devices like I-phones so that nothing is cut-off or is missing from the site. After more than 10 months working with these people, my site has cutoff letters as seen in the picture attached. These people were UNBELIEVABLE!Another glaring error was the fact that they stressed to me certain words needed to be on many of the webpages for seo reasons, but would put words together that are not grammatically correct like the title header to a section of my site where I am on a ladder doing a commercial inspection, and the verbage under the photo says Commercial Long Island Home Inspection instead of Commercial Inspection. What the hell is a COMMERCIAL LONG ISLAND HOME INSPECTION?For a seo company to insist that very visible IMPROPER GRAMMAR is acceptable on my site because they are attempting seo is ASTOUNDING! If they had proofread it, they might have caught the error, but they did not. So if you are looking for web services, I would avoid OTV like the Plague, unless you prefer dealing with incompetence, and seo people who cannot spell or recognize obvious mistakes!
