One of the worst companies that I have dealt with. From promises of two week setup times which took a couple of months to falsely stating fees and pricing. Multiple employees told me incorrect fee structure and after receiving first bill I called to question and was told that I was told the wrong thing. They openly admitted that they made these comments but did not correct the situation. Issues are not dealt with timely and in multiple occasions my customers had issues using the site. These issues cost me money to make the situation right with my customer but when asking Ordereze about the situation it was never there fault. Even showing proof was of no use. I am in the process of switching and only wished I would have sooner and went with my gut feeling after they openly admitted I was given wrong information and they did not make it right. If I tell a customer something and it is wrong I will stick behind my word. Shows the true character of the company.

Seemed like a great company to partner with for a website with all the included services. Once the account is set up and running, the service and upkeep is absolutely terrible. Company continues to make mistake after mistake with no explanation or plan for improvement. If you dont watch your site every single day you will experience problems. 0 Stars if it was possible, I would absolutely avoid this company and look for other solutions.

Ordereze is the worst IT vendor I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is terrible, simple changes take days. Many times I dont recieve ticket numbers for the changes I request. Sometimes the changes are made and I dont get notified. Their processes are inconsistent. Calls to management never result in permanent improvement. Ordereze doesnt deserve even one star. I would not recommend Ordereze to anyone.

The most responsive Ordereze have been is when they received a bad review. Im frustrated that tasks take days to complete, yet a bad review motivates them. Would not suggest.

I started my journey with Ordereze and salesrep Doug Kozar about a year ago. I badly needed to update our website but let the day to day ops of running a restaurant get in the way of following the project through. Doug never forgot about me and would touch base frequently. Fast forward to a week ago, I sent Doug an e-mail and told him that I had to get this done! He responded immediately, and after me having to cancel our phone meeting a couple of times, finally spoke with him on Monday. He introduced me to Annie and by the time we hung up Annie was sending me information via E-mail, and by Tuesday afternoon Annie had a working site for me to look at! They make it so incredibly easy, why I didnt finish this up a year ago is beyond me! Until you work with these folks you dont realize how painless it truly is to get a beautifully designed, professional website up and running fast! Their pricing structure is very doable for a small business like mine and lets face it, you cant afford to operate today without a strong internet presence and a well constructed, navigable website. Great people, amazing customer service, pro-active and quick turnaround. I really feel like they want to help me succeed.

Ordereze, has been our web site host company for over 10 years, We do all of our e-mail post through them also. They have been after us to update our website for a few years, but we have refused. We recentlydecided to make some changes, they were quick to respond. The new changes gives us a lot more ability to make price and menu changes on the fly. Would give zero stars if possible... so deeply disappointed with the lack of customer care and responsiveness on all counts. Many tickets only get half completed and each fix takes 3 days even for very simple things. My team and I have never felt like they even care to keep our business.
