Gutter helmets did a nice job on our roof. They installed covers so we won’t have to worry about cleaning them. I have had no problems. The customer service took a little longer than expected but probably because there was a storm. I think they are professional and did a great job.

Every tool and method to not hold the company accountable for any errors on the job were used. Contract that customer has to sign is a basic description, no exact detail or markup of the areas to be fixed listed. No adequate time is given before the work date is confirmed. I did not have the chance to schedule a day off from work, when I got the call end of day on a Saturday that the crew is coming out on Monday. Calling them on Monday morning first thing, the msg was that the crew had the plans for the work and they did not need me to be there. After having waited 6 weeks for Harry Helmet yo start the job, I could not afford to wait longer and let them go to the house. First rain storm after one of the key areas that the crew was brought out for was not addressed. Trying to get them back out at a time that I am going to be present was horrible customer service on their end. They cannot schedule or plan a date out in the future. It was always right before they know they can come out the night before they would let you know. Nobody called me back when they promised somebody will call me back. Complete disregard for customer service. All it needed was a corner piece that had to be added to have water flow the right way. I honored my promises. I paid the balance for the job within the 48 hours that the contract had me commit to. However gutter helmet did not honor their skills doing the job right. What a shame. Loss of a future customer when I have to make additional updates. They won when I called for almost 3 months straight waiting for responses and they tired me out. Bravo.

I’ve been a satisfied Gutter Helmet owner for about 10 years. I recently requested service to modify my system and had a minor issue. I submitted a complaint and received a telephone response within one hour from the Regional Manager. He listened to my concern and offered a refund. This company clearly cares for its customers!

We had Gutter Helmet installed 3 years ago and we are very satisfied. We have large trees surrounding our house and e never have had a problem with our gutters. the system keeps the leaves out and I never have to clean my gutters. If you are tired of cleaning your gutters, have gutter helmet installed.

Gutter helmet is the worst company you can deal with.Once they get your money you can call them they will disrespect you.I just got off the phone with gina,she told me she will report me to the branch manager.Ive been calling them for over 2 months and they will call you to schedule an appointment and it never happens...

The only reason why this organization got one star from me was because I was unable to comment with a zero star rating. The sales representative who came to my home promised me superior service and guaranteed that I would be able to make monthly payments for the Gutter Helmet installation. THIS WAS A BLATANT LIE! when the installers arrived, not only did they not initially announce their presence, but they proceeded to give me suggestions regarding home improvements they felt would be beneficial to my property value. In addition they also wanted to tack on additional charges for the Gutter Helmet system that I had already given a $900 deposit for. They stated that there were some things that the sales representative had left out. I obviously declined. Not only did the install team damage the outdoor lights above my deck, but they also displaced some wiring for my security system around the perimeter of my room. Perhaps this was in retaliation for me not accepting their offer for additional work to be done. About two weeks later I received a very unpleasant phone call from Jayne Mack, the controller from the organization stating that there was a balance due and it needed to be paid immediately. I advised the individual that I was told by the sales representative that I would be able to make monthly payments. She stated that this was not the case and the balance would need to be paid in full in order to avoid further collection actions. Of course I was thoroughly disgusted but ultimately had to bite the bullet and pay the remaining balance of $1500. I will definitely say that if I had to do it all again I would NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH GUTTER HELMET AGAIN. They lie, cheat, and basically steal from their customers. Its a shame that this type of business is allowed to operate.

Edit: Editing my recent review; Had a discrepancy about an estimate for repairs, Ray the General Manager reached out and helped remedy the situation. Overall satisfied with the customer service I received. Thank you.

My mother just had Gutter Helmet installed. So far, they have worked great! She wont be calling me to clean out her gutters in the future. I hate climbing ladders.
