Started out promising. Had an appointment then rescheduled due to snow. Did not show up for new appointment and no call. I reached out via text and got response half hour later to reschedule next day. Again no show no call. I called Chris an hour after appointment time and told him I had an appointment yesterday and today and he hangs up. Do not waste your time.

Made an appointment to apply film on patio door and side glass with Chris the owner for today Friday April 2nd at 11am, Well here I sit waiting 11:50 and no show. NO CALL.. NO ANSWER TO CALLS.. phone number is a cell, VOICEMAIL IS FULL.. No response to text messages..Obviously thinks nothing of wasting peoples time...DONT LET HIM WASTE YOURS.. Cant even imagine if there was an issue with the work that required a service call later.. If they allowed NO STARS ..I WOULD! WOW 2 MONTHS LATER I get a response and its all lies.. they never followed up, stay away ..total waste of time

Decided to come to Elite to get my windows tinted for the first time and this was probably the best decision ever. They did an incredible job and listened/did everything I wanted. Such great guys, incredible service. I am so pleased with how my car looks now and will recommend to all.
