I never leave a bad review even if the service was bad but I was lied to multiple times so it’s time. I rented a car from this facility right down the block from MacArthur airport. When I arrived they did not have the 2 car seats I ordered in my booking. It took them 2 hours to get cars seats from other facilities while my wife waited in the airport with my two children ages 3 and 4. I was very upset with the situation but they told me I would get 20% off of the entire rental for the inconvenience. After returning from my trip I called them because I did not receive the credit. The lady who runs the hertz portion of their business told me I would be credited within 7 days. So 2 weeks later still no credit and I call back and now she has to run it through her supervisor? So she lied the first time. She told me her boss would call me. Another 2 weeks later the same thing and still no refund. I will be filing a complaint with hertz as well but I thought everyone should know that this is a dishonest business that does not keep their word!

Be AWARE of These CON ARTISTSThese people are professional scammers. Specially TONY the old guy and Jessica AKA Jess.They have scammed me two times. I will never go to this location again.When you go there to rent a car, they talk with you in a very sweet manner.They give you bogus deals BE AWARE its all verbal.When you check out, it becomes a different story. Everything they told you changes, including the pricing and they add hidden charges.A couple of days ago I had a very bad experience with them.They gave me a car with cigarette smell. I am a professional doctor, I don’t smoke.It was very uncomfortable because all of my clothing end up getting the extreme level of cigarette odor.The odor was so strong that it went inside my wallet.It took them 4 days to give me a new car.Jess {Jessica} the scam artist is a very good at sweet talk. This is how she gets you. She got me the second time when I got the car replaced.After I return the car, I was charged with humongous hidden fees which she never told me about.While, I was talking with her the OLD disgusting man TONY was extremely disrespectful and he told me that he is paying Jess {Jessica} per hour and I need to contact Hertz and I need to leave.This is behavior is extremely unprofessional and it must be investigated by Hertz Corp.These people are professional CON ARTISTS.Be AWARE of them.It is an opinion coming from a professional medical doctor.Thanks for reading my comments.
