I got the 89.99 Oil Change and Car wash package. It cost me $912 in damage they did to the side of my car. They refused to pay for it. 99.75 with tax and $20 tip and they wrecked my car and will not pay for damages. Stay away from here for your own good.

Soft Cloth Car Wash would be better and make this a great place for a car wash. Belanger is a good company that you should choose. Hope that youll consider it so the car wash can be better.

Went to them for car wash. The exterior was still dirty. For the interior, I asked the gentleman if they going to clean the dashboard too. He told me yes. So I went in the car and I saw dust everywhere. The windshield was still dirty (inside and outside). I literally had I clean the car again when I got home.

I am a bit shocked to see the last few low rated reviews. I have been to this car wash a few times over the past couple years and they always do a decent job of cleaning my car. I tend to come with a bit of dog hair on my seats that I try to get out myself but they do a much better job than I, and for that I am much appreciative! The cashier is very friendly and so are the attendants drying and vacuuming. I have not noticed any dust left behind or scratches on my paint.

I used to love this place and would travel at least 15-20 minutes to get my car done by this establishment. Having not been in a while I noticed some changes when I got there but decided to let them do my car anyway and paid for a more detailed package than normal......... huge mistake. I will not be going back and if you really want your vehicle clean go somewhere else

Absolutely horrible service. Came from across the island bc there aren’t many big truck washes around. There were no other customers in front of me, was told 10-15 minutes, then 30 and after 40 minutes I left without a wash. Place is understaffed, hoses were broken and prices doubled since my last visit a couple months ago. I’m a successful business owner and will never return to this place again.

My paint is completely done. Went to them for a “hand” wash. And they used a very rough brush, almost like a broom. Never going back. Everyone please be aware, this is no longer a hand wash place. They have machines. And even though I didn’t want to use the machine and get a “hand” wash, they still used a broom.

I use to like this place I will not be returning. Its a rip off the different prices all sound the same not sure of the differences. Wednesday is $5 off for women but thats only if you use the two most expensive packages, thats the same for health care workers, and teachers $5 off the most expensive packages. A certain restaurant owner from across the street came with his sports car and they took him ahead of me, I waited extra time for them to cater to him first and take his car ahead of mine. The only reason they got one star is because the gentleman that actually did all the work on my car did a very good job.

Worst car wash place in the world! I was charged $38 for a simple exterior car wash and interior vacuuming. They cleaned interior super fast and then when looked in the car, all my mats were still dirty and dashboard still has dust. I asked why the mats weren’t done and they said I had to pay even more money to have mats cleaned. This place way over priced and does horrible works. Highly don’t recommend and def never coming back.

Extremely poor work quality. Mud still on the truck. Had to get truck washed 3 times before it was even acceptable. 30 min waiting for tire shine to be applied after paying for it, and an argument with an employee because he didn’t want to wash the truck. Told me it was full of oil. A 2020 truck with 55k miles doesn’t have oil leaks when trucks are constantly being serviced with the company I work for

I hate going to call washes and this is why. I just came back from getting my truck washed. They were supposed to clean my rims and tire shine. When I got home I could see nothing but dirt.. then I did my tires and rims myself.. as owners you want people to come back.. I hope the owner reads this. The guy in the back is crazy rude and kept dirty gloves in his back pocket as he sat into my leather Interior.. TELL YOUR PEOPLE TO TAKE SOME PRIDE..

No longer a hand wash. Its an automatic watch now and you cant even sit in your own car. Might as well go to the car wash on Lakeland avenue. Edit: apparently it still has a hand wash (detailing). I asked the employee at the entrance no more hand wash? And he said no.

Worst car wash . Still dirty

When I got home. Noticed that car was only half washed. Dirt still on allot of spots. Paid for the lighthouse an did not get the full package. No undercarriage wax, no rain-x, they vacuumed mats. But left dirty under mats. Wax was here an there. Not on entire car. Windows were all streaky.I usually was my own car. But now I see why. Check your car before you leave.

Car was filthy after full service wash ($27)..the guy beeped the horn as if it was done..The owner or manager said I should tell the guy next time to do the brush really good and I should buy the next package up..apparently its a better car wash if u buy the next package up if u want ur car clean..btw the next package is $40 and includes liquid spray wax and armoral for the tires...To you response that your price was $21...here is what I was charged..no extras included...just a full service wash.

Ive been to this car wash twice and its been a fantastic experience both times. The attendants have been extremely detail-oriented and conscientious. And the hand wash is good for your cars paint job. Id love to drop in every time I drive to Long Island. Highly recommend!

Just want to share that after a long time I went to Bohemia Hand Wash to get my car wash done. I can say that I got the Light House wash and they did an excellent job and my car came out so clean. People working there were nice and helpful.

Had a very expensive detail and at first glance it looked good. However, they never bothered to clean with drop down cup holder in the back where most stains usually reside. I am turning my car over for lease end and was forced to buy carpet cleaner and scrub the seat myself. There was dust and grime still on my trunk cover and they left a sticky part on my dashboard from a phone holder. Why bother paying so much for a detail when they don’t actually bother with the details?

Car washes are usually pretty good. Sometimes you have to double check the interior before you leave. Some employees do a better job than others. I don’t like how they never do the trunk.

Came here sometimes when its cold and its always been less than good, but today my truck had big deep scratches down the whole side of the truck. I told the manager and he said it was impossible that it happened there. I watched the employees use the same rag they clean the rims and tires with to dry the cars. When they dried my truck they must have picked up some grit and scratched the whole drivers side of my truck. 0 stars they definitely earned it. Dont use this car wash.

21.99 is a decent price for a full service wash. When I opted to not pay extra for a more expensive wash the man checked off the box large truck. Yes, it’s a pickup truck, but it’s new, pretty clean, and I don’t know how it’s any more difficult to clean than a car. It has a front and back seat. No one cleans the bed of the truck. In my opinion it’s easier to clean than a car because it’s easier to move around in. Paying the $5 big truck fee just doesn’t make sense and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Do they give a discount for a small Prius versus a full size sedan? The clean was ok, just ok and I have all weather floor mats that are easy to clean.

For the price this place is a reasonable deal. They do a very good job with cleaning your car and make it look very good. I will say that even on days that they are not busy they are a bit slow compared to other car washes so budget a little more time than you are used too.

I purchased the groupon for the lighthouse wash for my Jeep grand Cherokee. They took the groupon and charged an additional $37.49Because I have a dog and the back had dog hair. That would have been okIf the vacuumed the dog hair. They lifted the 2 back seats that were down and only vacuumed 1/2 of the back of the car.

I spent $70 on a car and a truck. Both cars came out terrible. Had to rewash my rims, and wipe down the body on my truck and re clean the windows on the car. The car wash was great. It changed owners and went down hill. Will never go back.

I brought my truck in for a wash and a hand wax, and the guys did such a half fast job. I paid over $90 and I got terrible service. there was still dirt in my rims and the tire dressing stained my mirrors. there was still wax on my truck and some spots were missed. I had to return home and re wax my whole entire truck. Very disappointed

This place has become a dump. This car wash has gone down hill. Have been a customer for years but noticed car not cleaned very well several times. On my last visit on Sunday January 20th, I pulled up to the door where they drive the car in and sat for 20 minutes, blocked in and watched the guy who greets the customer, eating his lunch. When the cars finally started moving I pulled up and asked what happened that the cars werent moving for 20 minutes. He gave a sarcastic response about him needing to eat his lunch. I was going to leave but there were cars blocking me in everywhere. My car got washed and as usual it was a sloppy job with all the windows streaked and dirty spots left all over. As I waited for my car to be finished I looked around a realized that the place was filthy. Garbage all over the ground where they dry the cars. At this point I decided that I was leaving and finding another car wash for the future. As I drive away I realized that the so called greeter had deleted all the presets on my radio as a childish retaliation because I asked why we had a delay. Later I called to speak to a manager and nobody answered the phone. After several attempts to contact a manager, someone answered to phone the next afternoon and refused to let me speak to a manager and kept asking why I wanted to speak to a manager. Finally I left my number with the guys promise to have a manager call me back, and guess what no call. This place has lost my business forever and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to go elsewhere.

Great car wash that actually WASHES your car and leaves it spotless. They do a great job here on the exterior and interior of your car. My only gripe with this place....they take a while. If you do come here plan to be here for at least 20 mins. Even longer on a busy day.

I spent TWO HOURS waiting for my simple oil change and wash! When I realized my car hadn’t moved 20 minutes into my wait, I asked the mechanic how long it would be until I’m finished and he said 20-30 minutes so I sucked it up and sat down to wait. AN HOUR AND A HALF later I got out of there.... and get this: WITH A FLAT TIRE! It sure wasn’t flat when I went in there but I noticed something felt off when I drove away. Sure enough I arrived home (safely thank goodness) and the front passenger tire is shot! NEVER coming back and taking all of my friends and family away with me.

I have been cleaning my car here for almost a year now. They do pretty good job in and out. I always pre-pay for the next car wash and get 50% off discount. Good people and value their customers.

Not as good as they used to be. Have to look at your car and point out all the spots they missed. Clean the windows with the same cloth that wipes the outside of your car, so the windows look like they have a film on them if you get any moisture on them. They need to get better. Only went there recently with a Groupon. I wouldnt pay $20 to $40 dollars for this terrible service. Beware

They do a good job but sometimes the wait can be a little painful, plenty of old school retro games in the waiting room inddors to play to keep you entertained and they have those brookstone leather massage chairs also for $1.00 you get a 15 minute massage. I believe they should have at least 3 guys at all times working on a car rather than 1 guy or gal per car. I know its a hand car wash and you should expect to wait longer but the wash is fast and the drying time was the longest. 4 out of 5 stars only cause they need more workers

I got my oil changed here, and they either lost, broke or misplaced the plastic connectors that hold the underbody shield to the car. Instead of replacing the $1 piece of plastic with a new part, they drilled into the frame of my car with self-tapping sheet metal screws.Savages

Brought my brand new 2019 4Runner for its first car wash here. Not only were there visible scratches but the job felt rushed and things were clearly missed. I had bird poop still on the hood of my car after they even flagged me down to pick up my car. Along with a lot of other dirt. I will not be coming back.

Divorcing this carwash after 3 years. Its pretty poor customer service when you have to take the vacuum from the attendants hand and finish the job yourself because he just isnt putting any effort into vacuuming the dogs hair out my car. He gave it 3 strokes and said he was done, car was finished. Uh, No. Lazy workers here. No effort to satisfy the customer. You drive in with a winter filthy car and drive out with a 1/2 cleaned winter filthy car.

Ive been going to this car wash for a while now never had any problems but today I went to get my car washed and I did the bay breeze wash it was good but the main thing that they didnt clean was my whole center counsel it was still really dusty and sticky I believe that they should clean the whole car inside and not skipping spots Im sorry but this really upsets me

My last 3 experiences have been bad. The quality just isnt there anymore. I use to love having my car washed here. Not Anymore... 3 strikes. I see other recent posts about possibly the manager being the issue. Hope thats it. I would like to use them again. Stay away for now.

$32 for just an exterior wash on my F-350 dually, and it came out as dirty as it went in, they dont wipe it down, or dry it.Dont use for dually trucks, they do a rotten job.

We spent $50 for the wash inside and outside but the service we got is lousy. Front bumper of the car is dirty and has stains that I am able to remove from my fingers. Inside the car smells bad, looks like they use cheap stuff and dirty towels. Cup holder still has coffee stains. They advertise that they use Rain X for outside protection but when you see the car going through the wash theres no Rain X and when we asked the guy inside the store about false advertisement he said we use wax thats is Rain X. Misleading, lousy job !!The owner needs to wake up and start making changes before its too late.We are not going back there and will tell our family and friends to do the same.

Ive been coming here for quite some time now and I must say until today things were going very smoothly. Ive never had any concerns up until today. Let me start by saying I travel out of my way to come to this car wash simply for the fact that they do great service. The management team is very confident along with being very manorablw. I dont mind the wait at the end of the wash because it seems to be that they are very detail orientated. I have heard at times customers complain because I understand that we are in a society that time is of the essence but I would rather them take their time to do it right then to rush and miss many spots and of course being unsatisfied with the service.Now those were all of the positive attributes that I can give unfortunately weve come to the point in time where I have to list the negative experience that I had today. Now when you approach the greeter station there is a sign saying take your personal belongings with you or that they are not responsible for any items that are left in the car. So I am under the assumption that they are talking about cell phones, wallets, perhaps keys electronics and things of that nature. When my vehicle was serviced I get in to find that myself phone charging cord is missing along with one pack of cigarettes that I left in the door pocket. I was livid I went and spoke with the manager I did not create a scene and he took care of it by replacing both. I should have gotten his name so I can put his name on here but for those who are frequent visitors of the car wash Im sure you know why me very nice gentleman and he took care of the situation. Now what needs to happen is the gentleman that did it should be reprimanded or even dismissed from his post. That is something I have a zero tolerance policy for and because of that it has given me a very bad experience and now I know to definitely not leave anything in the vehicle anymore not just in this car wash but for any car wash that I go to in the future. I do not want anyone to stop going to this car wash because one bad apple unfortunately does spoil the bunch but not in this case so my advice to you I learned the hard way and I dont want you to. So please take all your personal affects with you when you exit your vehicle.

I went for ladies day half price car wash only to be charged extra money because they classified my car as a SUV/minivan. My car is neither!! When I told the cashier what my car was he told me that I would have to bring in my registration to prove what type of car I drive. When I did return with my papers he became loud and arrogant with me in front of other paying customers. I have been a customer of this car wash for over 8 years. I guess loyalty means nothing to these people!!! IT States on their WEBSITE they DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FEES FOR SUV. But they do!!!

Manager was a prick. I brought my sisters car to get washed and he came up to me and told me the car was a mess and a wreck and that he didnt know if he has time for cleaning the car today because it needed extreme cleaning. The car was not even that dirty and never in all of my years of life have I been told that any car Ive ever brought to any car wash was too much of a mess to clean..what the hell do you want me to bring to a CAR WASH..a spotless car?!?!? .. He embarrassed me and said this in front of other customers and made me feel horrible even though it wasnt my car. I will NEVER go to this place or refer anyone again. The worker who actually washed the car was great and told me not to worry and had no problem. I tipped him generously and kept it moving. Hopefully the manager guy gets laid because I think he needs it.

Was not satisfied at all . paid extra for an over size (pathfinder) additional for additional to have all mats shampooed and none of this was done. still had the splatter on the back door, finger prints on the window along with all the sand and grass i left it with. dont think ill be coming back here didnt even complete the basics beside what i paid extra for

I have to wonder when a car wash offers a 50% off coupon, I guess I know why! I shouldve known better that a $26.99 wash would be $12.00 but its always worth a try. NEVER AGAIN! I was utterly disappointed, thankful I only paid half. They didnt really clean anything inside...at all. The shift knob is full of crumbs, the doors have all the dirty scuff marks on them and the carpet in the back wasnt even vacuumed. Pay what its worth somewhere else with better ratings.

I don’t even think they run a vacuum through the inside my dashboard was still dusty my rims are still dirty I am very unsatisfied I can assure you that there will not be a next time thank you for ripping me off on my birthday nonetheless

The car is still dirty. They didnt wash it so much as move the dirt around. The wait was over 40 minutes and I had to get to an appointment. I brought the car back a couple of hours later and they would not correct the problem. I had been coming to this car wash for more than 10 years but they apparently have hit a low based on other recent reviews.

I went to this place twice..I dont know why I gave it a second chance but after my first experience was an epic fail I went back. The first time I went for a basic oil change and the guy told me I might have a leak. He said he changed the oil and wanted me to come back in two days to make sure..mind u, he left my tire pressure light on and said hed do the tire when I came back as well. He also didnt fill up my washer fluid. When I went back some guy told me they fired him so I told him what was up he opened my hood, and then attempted to check my oil. He did not know how to locate when the oil goes. He said let me get someone else to check it. With that being said I left with the intentions of never going back. But I did cause I need an oil change quick and this place was most convenient. I told the kid I needed an oil change and also for them to top allllll fluids. As soon as I got out of there I realized no washer fluid was put in. I call back and speak to the same kid. I asked why isnt there any washer fluid after u guys said u do top off all fluids he said yes but washer fluid is two bucks extra.. I said ok what fluids did you top off he could not answer.. I asked again he said pretty much all..What kind of answer is that? Also all but washer fluid?.. this place is a joke! if something happens to my car due to their lack of good work They will definitely be hearing from my lawyer!!

I used to go here years ago, when I worked close by. They always did a great job. Saw a Groupon for it, decided to go back today. Drove 12 miles to go back there. One of the worst car washes I have been to. Luckily I did not pay full price. My first clue that it was not the same place was when I saw I was the only one there. Thus placed used to have lines on Sunrise Hghwy. The exterior was just ok, the interior was barely cleaned. What a waste of money. Very dissapointed. Go elsewhere. Even ROBO in East Patchogue is better than this place. Too bad they do not do interiors.

Had it not been for purchasing a groupon for the light house wash I would be even more upset about spending my hard earned dollars on what appears to be an exterior wash and vacuum. Plenty of dirt remained on seats, I dont believe they were vacuumed, blowed, or wiped. Dash board was completely dry, car felt the same way as when I drove in. Didnt smell any chemicals upon entering either. All the car wash attendants appeared cranky and showed zero enthisiasm or care towards any customers. I am VERY upset about my experience with this establishment and am dumbfounded at the fact they have 5stars on groupon, no wonder I was unable to rate it there and only apply a thumbs down. Smh at groupon for misleading.

Have a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 and had a detail done... Truck came out mint. Hard to find a place that will detail a crew cab long bed for a decent price that you can trust. And i got 50 cents off a gallon right after when i filled up my gas tank from them. Rims have never been washed and they took 60,000 miles of heavy duty brake dust right off. Awesome service, awesome people inside, hell they even washed the truck bed which had never seen any kind of washing but rain. Plus they have a nice waiting area, and 2 for $3 nathans hot dogs. Next day i returned with my international hook lift truck and their full size truck wash accommodated it with no problem whatsoever, appears like they can fit a daycab with trailer in that monster size wash area.
