The staff at Sunshine storage is knowledgeable and up front about the charges and monthly cost. Happy I found space there … this is the second time in a few years to accommodate my needs.

I needed a larger storage unit and the staff was extremely helpful in finding a way to solve my need. the large size I desired was not available but through some reorganizing they were able to make an offer on two units that has met and exceeded our needs. The important part was the staff being responsive first by listening and then finding a way to solve the problem that worked both for them and me. I appreciate the good work by them.

I have been at Sunshine Self Storage as soon as they opened up over 10 years ago. They have always taken great care of my needs and are always responsive to any issues. Only a couple rent increases over that time. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a storage locker or parking space. Ibis is always nice, friendly and great to be around.

The gentlemen was very helpful. My mom is elderly and he was very attentive to her needs. He found her a unit on the first floor from the third floor to make her storage needs much easier. The transfer of units was seamless. He was a tremendous help.

Fantastic service. Super clean. Friendly service and they go above and beyond. I was nervous about putting my things into storage for a year to take a fellowship opportunity in the Midwest, but Sunshine put me at ease. The facilities are very clean, which is unusual for a storage place. The staff runs a tight ship. No rodents, roaches, spiders, centipedes--nothing. Even the public restroom was sparking. Ask for Ibis, shes the best.

Sunshine storage is great. The place is always clean. The employees are professional and very helpful. Plus Ibis makes a great coffee that is so delicious.

Havent been customers for long, but so far so good. The office staff has been nice. I just wish the parking spots were wider. We have our rv there but cant even open the door and pull out our stairs to load/unload in our spot.

This has been a wonderful experience. I’ve had and continue to have Storage units with other companies. None can compare to the level of service, the personal recognition and customer service that exceeds my expectation.

I had called several storage units on a Saturday, last weekend of the month not realizing how busy it would be. I spoke with Sotha close to closing time. He said to come on over. I got there 30 minutes before closing. He was kind and helped me with navigating to my storage unit. He was decisive on the phone, but not pushy.

Ibis and sotha were very very very helpful, with the fear of a hurricane coming to hit us I had some valuables of mine that I wanted to lock away, naturally the entire southern Florida was also in a rush to secure a unit and they walked me through and made me feel welcome right away. Left with peace of mind and a great deal on a unit. Thank you guys!
