Interiors are clean. No trash in the hallways I have seen. Loading and unloading a truck is a bit frustrating with all the trailers parked in front of the entryway to the doors to the interior units. The gate is confusing too. Drive on the left and there is a code to exit the facilty too.

We have used Mission Bay for well over a year and what a great experience! The workers are all friendly, helpful and return your calls very quickly. The units are accessible 24/7 and always clean. Our air conditioned unit always has free-to-use dolly near by. I highly recommend this company!

I have used Mission Bay Self Storage on 2 separate occasions now and couldn’t be more pleased. Aaron and the rest of the staff are amazing... they went out of their way to be helpful and were so accommodating (not to mention very funny). When vacating my unit I mentioned that I had rented a moving truck from another company because it was cheaper and they matched the price for me. It was so much more convenient to have the truck at the same location. This is a top notch company and highly recommend them. Thanks again!

I reserved a trailer about 2 weeks ahead of time at this location and even completed the online check-in days before the reservation date. I arrived at the reservation time only to be told they forgot to get the trailer and I have to go all the way across town get a trailer. I then go to the other location and lo and behold, their computer system is down. So here I sit while the movers Im paying hourly are at my house with nothing to do but wait and rack up more charges.As if moving isnt stressful enough, Im now without a trailer incurring more expenses entirely powerless to do anything about it. Thanks Mission Bay Storage!

Do not rent here this is the worst company and storage ever yes it look nice but the management is terrible from the VP Scott down to the District Manager Rebecca they both are terrible they dont care bout the customers the only thing they actually care about is giving increases to the customers and making money they dont even care about their own employees. Rent anywhere but them trust me

This company makes you pay to reserve a unit online, then calls you and tells you the unit is already reserved on their end. When you ask for your money back, they say they cant refund it until you fill out a survey. Heres your survey, enjoy your one star.

Security is a joke here. Vehicles sneak in behind each other. Would not recommend for that reason alone. Buildings dont seem to be maintained.
