I called this man with a business proposition of doing a popup shop for a weekend at a CITY-OWNED space that has been vacant since it was built 9 years ago (I exaggerate). He was so arrogant and condescending. He goes Our commission starts at $25,000. Not interested. The irony is popup shops are a brilliant idea, especially for this overly long vacant space. So he basically is not even telling his client about the opportunity because hes lazy and selfish. As well as uneducated and out of touch.
