We really weren’t sure what we were looking for and location when we started to pursue a home purchase as we just became snowbirds in the winter of 2021. Michael spent a great deal of time with us looking at different locations in Southeast Florida. Michael would send us potential listings and we found a listing or two. Then we went home in March with no second home.However, we kept communicating while we were back home up north and Michael would send us listings. Twice Michael did FaceTimes to show us homes. Michael was extremely helpful in finding a rental for my son. I didnt think an agent would be willing to help me find a rental vs buying a property, but he was amazing. We met with him in June and he kept us updated on properties available in all of the areas I was interested in. We had to delay due to the pandemic and met with him again in January.
