Paul was very attentive and went above and beyond what most realtors will do for you. He provides moving boxes and when we moved my mom out of state, he mailed items we had forgotten and took care of getting rid of anything left that the buyers didn’t want, so we never had to make another trip down. He always returned calls promptly and addressed any concerns. And we sold the property fairly quickly off season. I would highly recommend him.

They are just listing agents. Don’t ever show your property and do nothing to promote it. Lost our keys ( brand new lock that all matched). We were out of th area, so keep the water turned off, but it was turned back on and A/C was turned down to 71 so our bill was excessive. We canceled contract with them 4 months ago and lock box is still on our door We just resisted 4 days ago and have a great offer already. Didn’t get any Real offers with Exp. just a couple of verbal (bunch of BS). Bad News

Paul is a total professional. He asked all the appropriate questions in order to schedule showings at the homes WE wanted to see. He gave us great background info on the various communities we were interested and informed us about others we may be interested, never pushing any property on is. His Availability is superb. We came in from Maryland and he had homes all lined up for showings even having given him very short notice. We also have a rental home that he listed for us. He was very instrumental in helping us get ready for the rentals with a list of contractors, letting them in the property if we were not able to and finding us great tenants. I highly recommended him!
