I feel safe and not squeamish to live in my home 🏡. It was less than a week since Eli and Elmer caught and killed the Rat. In 1/2 hr they found it and killed it! Elmer came out twice to check traps and all clear! Professional, courteous and very understanding of my fear of having a rat in my home. I can’t thank them enough!

Alix has been our Terminix guy for the last 5 years. He is awesome. does a great job. Takes time to explain everything. Actually showed us an opening that a rat had chewed through. Good news the Rat is dead !!

Alix is always on time and he always provides exceptional service. Alix takes his time and explains everything to me as he goes, and he makes sure that all of those unwanted spiders and ants make their way out the door, never to be seen again! I would highly recommend Terminix and Alix’s services.

I have several area around my front door that seem to allow ants to get in through the glass. My tecnician always focuses on making sure that area is tread heavely. Also does the porch and garage when I leave it open for him.

I have a service contract with Terminix. The technician is very nice, courteous and professional. Im very happy with their service.

A year ago when I first started with Terminix I gave them 5 stars. Needless to say a lot changed over the course of the year. The communication became awful, Techs wouldnt show up or even call and I ended up paying for services that I didnt receive. It ended up being a terrible experience and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Today I had my routine monthly service inside and out . My Technician Jorge Delgado is the best!!

DO NOT USE THEM!! They are so unprofessional- we got a treatment in March that didn’t work and termites are back by 10x - no one calls back. And we had an appointment for today and we call to confirm and they say they don’t have it on the schedule and have zero availability!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! Find someone else and save your time, money and stress!!

We were amazed how intrusive these termites were with getting into and infesting a grandfather clock we had inherited. the sprays and gas they used did not cause any irritable side effects.

Kyhmba explained everything to me and had a lot of patience. (Not that I ever wanted an education about rat removal- lol)I felt like he treated my home like his own! Not to mention he has a very pleasant personality which all equate to your company having a top notch employee!

This company is a joke! Bunch of amateurs. No wonder they have so many problems in Alabama.

Lousy response had to call at least 12. Times to get someone to respond to problem.took 4 days to respond.

Informational, Friendly, and Thorough.I had Terminix come out for a first time pest control spray which had to be broken up into two different visits because of rain (the couldnt spray outside). The gentleman who game our was very helpful and even though his second visit was only to spray the outside of the house he checked the mouse bait boxes. Each day I was given a time range for them to come out and spray and he was came within the first house of that range.I dont live in the house the sprayed yet but based on my initial experience I would already say they provided a better quality job than some of the other major pest control brands you could use. So far I would recommend them to anyone in need of pest control. I will update this review if this changes any with time.

Great service from my technician, Alex, and very easy to get additional service when I have a problem.

We have had continuously poor interactions with Terminix since moving to Florida. Their billing and customer service functions do not even rate one star. We had an exclusion contract for rodents and despite having the guarantee that they would return to remove dead rodents and assure all egress was blocked we continue to experience delayed response (up to 3 day delay)when more rats are discovered. The smell is overwhelming because they are unable to block egress effectively. I would NOT ever use them again.Their service technicians are great, but can’t possibly do their job effectively with such poor support from their customer service, billing and dispatch functions. Extremely disappointing performance those functions.

I had Persad come in to my home on several occasions and I am utterly shocked at the lack of training this guy had when entering a customers home. No ETA call, no shoe covers, no introduction, and not to mention banging on the door (did not attempt doorbell).In the past, I tried to just put up with the unprofessional attitude and the bad parking in front of the driveway. This time just took the cake. He went up in to the attic to spray, which was great. However, he ripped out insulation and left it on the floor of my laundry and on top of that he disconnected the a/c box causing me to have to pay a guy 150 for an issue that could have just been prevented had this guy just not been in such a hurry to get out of my house.We have consistently asked for a different tech to come out and they keep sending the same one without our consent.As a dispatcher myself, I understand the importance of certain details when sending someone out to a home and how to best conduct yourself when providing a service. Just disappointed in the lack of care Im receiving as a consumer from this location.I used the one in Jupiter for years and never had an issue like this with their service.

My fiance and I purchase a home and I signed up for a contract to have the home protected and sprayed for the normal home pest expected in Florida. I set up an appointment 3 weeks ago and the technician called and informed me he was sick and asked if he could rescheduled and I told him it wasnt a problem and I understood that stuff come up so we rescheduled it for the next week and he never showed or called or anything. So I called and rescheduled for this weekend and the technician never showed up during the time frame that was given to me. My fiance and I both work, and to have to basically waste a Saturday waiting around for someone who never shows up is ridiculous. I find it very unprofessional that your paying for a service that never get done and they basically want you to throw your money at them and never actually do their job. I cancelled my contract before they were able to even do what we hired them to do.

Dont go through Terminix, or this branch office. They will cancel your contract then send you to collections 4 months later. Just google the complaints. Dishonest companies should not be allowed to remain in business. Their satisfaction guarantee is nonsense as well.

I never write reviews but I felt that I had to share this horrible experience. I have had a Terminix termite and home bug spray contract for over 20 years With the Boca Raton location and the last two to three years it has been AWFUL. Very Poor customer service, hap hazard inspections, missed appointments, promises for returned phone calls and on and on. Therefore I tried to cancel my contract the day after I sent my payment and I have been promised that I would get a call from the local Boca Raton office to get things straightened out. I still have not received a refund or proper Service for over three months now.....

I am very pleased with the technicians and have had no problem with pests.

If you want to be billed for a service youre not sure you receives then use terminix. Called them to help with a problem in my condo. They setup an appointment that i called and rescheduled yet the person still came and did who knows what or if he actually came and i was billed for the service that im still not quite sure i actually received.

Ive had Terminix out to my place three times, first for a very not-thorough inspection, the second for a termite treatment and then had to have them back for a second treatment as I was still seeing live termites.Now a few months later i am selling my house and the inspector said they are still seeing live termites so i will have to have them out a fourth time. After trying their website chatbox, receiving zero help and then calling to speak to someone i still do not have a solid appointment and was instead given a possible 3 day block of dates.Horrible work and horrible customer service.EDIT:Terminix came out to my house after the inspector said I still have termites, looked around and said they did not see any termites. I had to pay for another inspector to come out and the second inspector found termites. So Terminix refused to treat my house even though I have a plan with them. I will be looking into legal repercussions.

Worst customer service I have seen. Schedule appointment for a bad treatment in the house and never showed up or call.

The technician arrived hours before scheduled. The service (mosquito) didnt work as well as I expected. A day later Im still being bitten and forced to use other methods both for the yard and myself.
