The technician, Craig was professional, polite and efficient at his job. We are hopeful our termite issue is a thing of the past.

Nick and Mark was very punctual for the appointment. They were Excellent as a Team. They examined the problem, diagnosed the issue and took care of the situation in a very efficient and timely manner. Nick was extremely patient in his very detailed explanation of my palmetto bug issue and prevention for the future. He located the source of entry quickly and Nick & Mark exterminated my house within minutes with no mess at all. It was a pleasure working with them.

I signed up for their quarterly treatments and within a couple of days the service person was here performing the first treatments. I was quite impressed by his professionalism and the amount of work that he put into the visit. I mostly had a problem with very small ants, especially after the summer rains we get. After his one treatment, my housekeeper found a good number of dead ants. No ants have been seen since. Very satisfied.I had previously used the regular ant traps and treatments with very little results. I strongly recommend Hoffer to anyone with similar problems.

I am doing the Home Shield Classic for $36 a month, if I were to switch to The Advantage Package it would be over $50 a month! And my yard/house is half the size.Service is still great, it’s why I’m still going to use them.
