Please don’t use those guys for the bees.they just dose them with chemicals. They won’t relocate them.

We have used many pest control companies over the years and have never had a problem- That has now changed -we have had such a horrible experience with this company that we felt we should let people be aware of who these people are...They are rude, careless and disrespectful of your property-the technician ruined our driveway pavers by spraying them with insecticide-our landscaper showed him what he did and we showed them pics-he denied it and didnt give a damn-we had to spend 500. to pressure clean and reseal the pavers...we were told they would stand behind and their error...when that didnt happen we called and spoke to a man named Carmen who screamed at us and denied having caused the problem and swore at us and called us liars, and kept hanging up the phone on us. We called back 3 times and all he did was scream at us and call us terrible names. Bottom line he never even finished the job properly and he was one of the rudest people we have ever met! Word to the wise do not use Nick Felicione Pest Control for anything -This man is the pest.

DO NOT use this pest company. Their customer service and billing process is predatory. (As perpetuated by Anne Marie, the receptionist and owners Phyllis and Carmen DeAngelo). Felicione bills you for things you DID NOT authorize or approve -- and then they say it was your fault because you did not tell them you DIDNT want it. That is the classic bait and switch game. It has been outlawed so that the cable companies can no longer do it...but Nick Felicione continues to try to rip off the consumer! Service is terrible and attitude is worse. STAY AWAY!
